I had a 7 day workshop in a nearby hotel, but it was booked to capacity for the whole duration. So had to book in Oyo - Surya Residency from 24th to 31st January, booked through MMT, all paid up online. This whole area is pretty isolated, no public transport of any kind, no restaurants nearby, no homes or commercial buildings nearby. The Oyo property is an very old one, old residential construction bldg converted into a hotel. The rooms are tiny and stinky, the floor is sticky, bathrooms are unclean. More than half the day there is no electricity here, the hotel staff do not bother to start the generator during the day to save costs. If they find that you are not in the room for more than an hour, they will switch off the mains to your room. Oyo automatically cancelled my booking after 2 days into check-in, the Receptionist/Owner of this Oyo - Laxmipathy started harassing me, asking me to call Oyo for sending money of the remaining days or vacate immediately. He was not co-operative or reasonable at all. I had to sort this mess with MMT over phone for 3 hours. During the period of this 7 days, there were many shady characters in the hotels. It was not hard to figure out what kind of illegal activities were going on. Book here at your own risk, this property is not safe for women. This kind of run down property does not even deserve to be your last option. Book on your own risk to have the worst experience ever.

When I arrived at the Hotel at 3.00 am on 11th October, the Manager Mr. Laxmi was not ready to give me a room and was asking for extra charges. Then even after showing him on his tab the booking details he was not responding properly. Because of this behaver I decided to check out from the hotel on the same day. But again he was not ready to cancel the booking for the next day and told me to search for some other hotel. Because of emergency I had no option but to pay him money for 2 days. There is no facility to swipe card. He charged me extra for complimentary breakfast. So I was very disappointed and had to check out of the hotel in just one day even after paying for 2 days. Other than Mr. Laxmi the rest of the staff was supportive and the Hotel condition is good.

i booked the hotel for two days| i booked my hotel room with free breakfast. but the worker and the owner argued that the breakfast is not free| when i opened my booking details then they agreed to give free breakfast. also| dishes are available in the kitchen and the customer have to wash the dishes by themselves(i never saw this thing in any other hotels.the most pathetic problem i and my family is that| there was no electricity on 14th april| 2022 from evening to the next morning. i and my family was not able to charge our mobile phones| pack our luggage's| eat our food| there was no light in the bathroom also. we faced lots of problems. the houses| hotels surrounding the oyo flagship 11419 surya residency| all of them had inverter/generator. the owner is also very rude| the cab driver of the hotel is also very very rude.

Room - blankets smelled of cigarettes; no towels and toiletries provided. Washbasin tap was broken. Bathroom just had a dirty bucket and a mug. Service - Pathetic! arrived at 11 at night for check-in and the owner asked for additional amount before handing over the room keys. when I asked for receipt, he said I shall receive an email from OYO. Later that day, I got an email where the proprietor had cancelled my booking with reason 'no show'. He kept all the cash to himself. Location - quite away from the main road. difficult to get an Uber at mid night and if lucky, you might get an Uber during day time with a long wait time. No eateries around the building. Wi-Fi - router was kept at one end of the living room.. hardly any signal in the room inside.

First of all: Great hotel, great room service. The rooms were really nice and clean. It's a 2BHK house. All the freedom of a house! The TV is in the living hall. It might be a problem for those who want to spend time on bed with TV shows. But hey, they got a good sofa there. The bathroom is clean. Hot water availability all the time. Even though the place is a little inwards, you could book OLA and UBER; they don't have any trouble finding you. The only con I found was the inadequate power backup. If the power goes out for a few minutes, you would be in the dark. Side note; off topic: NEVER BOOK TAXI/ PRIVATE RENTALS. THEY ARE A RIP-OFF. USE OLA OR UBER. I could have saved 5k+.

Wonderful experience. Me and frnd booked a room in this hotel before one day of our flight from bangalore to Agartala . unfortunately we got stuck in a incident with our bus which was moving from coimbatore to Banglore but we already told the hotel staff that we r checking in around 6.30pm evening but due to our bus delay we checkin at 12.35 am midnight they were waiting once we went they helped us checking our room and provided us food at this hour..IAM extremely happy with oyo services. Provided in this hotel or residency... Thank you oyo.

Service is too bad. Didn't get proper response from reception. No soap, no paste brush, no shower. They didn't provide anything. No Complimentary breakfast. We booked for 3 guests, they gave only bed for 2 people, extra bed they give for 3rd person by charging of 40% of the booking amount. So even after booking a room for 3, we had to adjust in a 2 people bed. Too bad overall, i have visited many Oyo and other rooms, but didn't regreted this much.

When we called earlier for booking he said 1200 for 2 nights stay even when we mentioned we are two people and we'll reach by 12 at night he said ok you come room is available and when we reached there he started saying it'll be 1500 that also for one person knowing that it's already 1 o'clock he tried to take advantage of us we were luck to find another hotel just nearby .... Beware of such scandals .... They'll firsr be nice to you and when presented with opportunity they'll scam you

disappointedwe had made the pre booking of five days through site on the rate published at the site but upon reaching hotel, the manager declined to give the room at that rate and demanded double the rate against the published rate and refused to give room. since we were dead tired and no near by hotels to go we took the room in our desperate situation. we felt cheated by this hotel who offer such rates on site just to attract customers and then fool them and demand what they need.

Please avoid. Near airport but remote like abandoned village area. Flat transformed into hotel. Terrific service. Booked 2 rooms for 2 family . They gave 2Bhk flat with single bathroom. No soap. Only 1 towel for 2 families . Had flight at 10 am. But cab failed to locate fast. Booked through OYO with complimentary breakfast but as there is no kitchen they failed to give breakfast in time even at 8.45 am. Hope oyo will choose better hotel.

Nightmarish experienceIt was a nightmarish experience. The person at the reception simply refused to honour the booking. He was demanding extra money. Even though booking was made for three single beds he refused to provide the additional bed and was charging double for the room even though the rate has been decided. He refused to give the room. Finally i had to call the local police. It was an harrowing experience

It was a bit away from the main road such that to get an Ola or Uber was taking longer. They dont have kitchen to make breakfast. The breakfast( that was included in my package) was brought by them from the market. Then, the breakfast didnot include tea/cofee/milk. I was charged extra for this tea. No lift to go tho the third floor. Good points: Very clean, AC very effective, room charges very cost effective.

experince was unpleasant, they denied my check in with the actual payable amount i booked for, which was around 700u20B9 including all taxes and fares. instead they demanded to pay extra 350u20B9 which was not mentioned anywhere with my booking. even after i proved spam the receptionist still forced me pay an extra amount of 200u20B9. this can be considered as a clear case Cheating.

The worst ever Oyo I visited .. no breakfast ... Charged me extensively .... For one days usage... Knowing my urgency. Didn't even provide the Oyo welcome kit... Worst experience ever. please never stay at this property. the owner is a scammer. I reached late night and he asked for extra money to allow check in. the place is very shady by any standards. There is extra fee charged even for water. The Wi-Fi does not work and the place looks pathetic anyway. Most dissatisfied with the experience.

had a very bad experience. when we reached the hotel. they were like rooms are filled| we can't stay there it seems. they told this around 11 pm later after arguing for 15 mins. they got us an hotel. which was very pathetic never expected such behaviors. next expected this. couldn't explain how terrible was yesterday's situation.

The worst hotel.. No this is really a worst stay.. Not sure why they simply use oyo brand that too near too airport .. No proper Maintannce they were lots of marks on the wall.. No attached washroom, No lift, no hygiene, no sanitization, No cleanliness on the washroom, No parking etc etc.....

It was a worst experience. Management was very poor. They kept us waiting for 30min even though we have pre-booked rooms. It is not even a hotel. They gave only 1 towel for 4 people. We booked 2 rooms and only one room was having AC & mirror. I will not recommend this OYO to anyone.

Rooms are very neatly maintained and clean. Location is a bit off from the main road but still a very nice calm and quiet place for staying. There is no lift facility in this property so you need to climb stairs even to the second or third floor. (I was staying in the second floor).

Those lodging fellows not provided room with the price booked over Oyo app.... Charged around 1500 rupees extra for three days. He was having very rude behaviour and worst fellows as per my experience since beginning of Oyo, so far I faced.. I am proud to use Oyo..

Its a little bit far frm the city but very near to the airport....got a 2bhk apartments ..the staffs were nice...got a cab frm the hotel also in the middle of the airport....very good budget hotel...only disadvantage is its inside the village...

Please don't go here, this hotel scammed me, they denied checkin and said money will be refunded, but the receptionist initiated the checkin in his app and I was not given any refund.

It was a great experience. The room was very clean and there were no disturbances in the room. The hotel is located on airport road Bangalore, which is very convenient for travelers.
