Okay this is the 2nd time with Oyo in Bangalore. God was it disappointing, again? YES Never ever booking on OYO There were cockroaches everywhere, the room had basically no place for a person to stand that small it was. And the bathroom wow, u could either put a bucket under the tap and stand outside the bathroom or put t the bucket on commode and try fit in the washroom.. also NO HOT WATER, TV OR another facility.. it was stinking, the room, bedsheets, NO TOWEL OR TOILETRIES WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

It was such a pathetic hotel. They asked for our phone at the time of checkout and gave themselves a 5 star rating on oyo app. The oyo app showing a rating of 4.5/5 is fake, please don't book that hotel just because of rating shown on oyo app. The rooms are small, smell badly, no geyser, no drinking water facility. Other hotels offer the same service in 1000 with good facilities in main cottenpet road.

Don't use this app after showing low prices in app and doing payment they are asking us to pay 2 times extra amount of what paid online. Customer care service is very bad they mentioned due to technical issues we could not help. Don't use it they try to attract you from less budget hotels they after check in you will need to pay the required amount they will choice because you have no option other than that.

Very bad survives . charges extra after you booked from Oyo app . Not oyo's fault Oyo fought for us and asked them why they were charging extra . The rooms are small and some doors don't work . TV doesn't work. Wifi good. The hotel staff aren't good either. They don't even give you anything other Oyo hotels do .

Rooms are very very small with a real tiny washroom inside. Good for bachelors and single stay... that's it .. also please be careful --- the guys out there are pretty smart... At the time of checkout they will ask for your phone to check something, then after they just go to their listing from your phone and rate themselves 5stars... very very cunning people ...

Pathetic service, paints are falling off the wall. If you book online thru oyo they will scam you and it is a trap, anyway they will charge you more once you reach if you book by oyo. Oyo app reviews are made up to lure customer. The behaviour of the Receptionist is WORST.

The hotel was not what it looked like in oyo site. The ratings seem to be cooked up. It is located inba filthy location. The staff are not corteous . The only thing positive is that the room was clean, even though the shower was broken. A very bad experience with oyo

It's an OK OK place to stay specially for bachelor or when you are travelling alone and can be used to stay for transient trips . 18% GST was additionally collected at hotel inspite being fully paid online at OYO. This is something i felt fishy. Rooms are small but sufficient enough for one person. Hot water facility is available and this place is very near to Majestic Railways station

The service was so poor, I booked from oyo app.They took my mobile phone and didn't allow me to write a review. There are many good hotels in the same road starting from 850 to 1000 for 2 people. Just please don't waste your money in this hotel. Rooms are small, no hot water supply, no drinking water supply.

The room is very small. I paid extra 200/- in the name of Tax, apart from oyo payment of 1660/- for two days. They will say that hot water will come. But no hot water, just warm water.

They are not allowing for check in after 12 pm also if booking price is lower than their expectation means 1000 for small non AC room. So rude and waste of money for all room there. They should be removed from OYO bcz they are using this platform for calling customer only.

They charged an extra amount stating that amount paid at the time of booking through oyo was low. Moreover room was small. Totally unsatisfied with the service. They were not ready to give invoice for the extra amount which I was forced to pay. One would get a better accommodation and service at the same cost. Not at all worthy

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangalore city and also it's near Station.

The room given to us had the water leaking marks and the room had poor ventilation. Due wetness on the ceiling, the room had bad smell. Awful experience. I don't know about other floors (They may be good).
