Terrible Hotel, Bad Service. "Do not book rooms in this hotel. I would rather sleep on the road than stay here. Throughout my travels, I have stayed in numerous hotels, but I have never had such a terrible experience. It's not always about the money; after all, they are in the service sector. Unfortunately, this hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of service. I have stayed in hotels costing as little as 400 rs/day and even ones charging 10k/day, and I must say that even the 400 rs hotel provided better service for the price. They reception lady and one small boy is their they both were so rude and disrespecting to us and this is something i never will accept such and unethical behavior of them. The receptionists don't even know how to behave or speak politely with customers. In front of me, the lady receptionist called the manager to ask whether they could provide a room to me after knowing how much I had paid. I had already waited for two hours, and they couldn't even provide a vacant room before attending to me. I strongly recommend that you consider other hotels in the area instead of this one. You will UNDOUBTEDLY REGRET choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund, so I had to endure one night here. The following day, I changed hotels and received excellent service elsewhere. I never intend to leave negative feedback for any business, but some establishments desperately need to update themselves and prioritize customer satisfaction over money. They did not provide towels, and I even found a cockroach in the dirty room's and smelly toilet. I was aware of the receptionist's behavior, so I decided not to complain and simply stayed in the room to sleep, spending most of my time outside. Save yourself from a terrible experience and avoid this hotel. Belive me its my humble request not to visit or Visit at your own risk."

I had an extremely negative experience at this hotel, which I consider to be one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The room service was of very poor quality, as they ignored my calls even after I tried reaching out to them 10 times. I had to physically go and wait for them to address my requests. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not functional, there was no hot water available, and even the toilet lacked running water. When I brought these issues to their attention, they responded dismissively and told me to adjust. It felt like they were treating us as beggars. Despite lodging multiple complaints, we received no response. The behavior of their room service staff was particularly disappointing. They seemed completely oblivious to basic courtesy. One staff member was constantly engrossed in his mobile phone and paid no attention to our requests. The condition of the hotel's lift was deplorable, resembling a public toilet with love stories written all over it. They did not even provide drinking water, forcing us to purchase it ourselves. Throughout the night, there was excessive noise on the floor, making it impossible to have a peaceful stay. Frankly, I believe staying in a paying guest accommodation would have been a better option than choosing this hotel. Furthermore, according to the information provided by OYO and Agoda, the hotel was supposed to offer complimentary breakfast. However, in reality, they did not fulfill this promise. Till evening 7pm they won't switch on the corridor light. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Sorry guys missed to take the room photos to post. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the hotel booking process and the lack of response from the hotel. I had made a booking with the hotel from makemytrip for 2days, but my reservation was not accepted because of online booking, and I have not received any explanation for this. Furthermore, I have saw that this hotel receptionist is a small boy, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. he's not ready to give proper explanation to my cancellation. I strongly advise anyone not to book at this hotel online and to boycott it until they have addressed these issues if the hotel is not accepting online booking they should remove their listings. they are cheating the peoples time and money. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, and it is unacceptable that I have not been given a satisfactory explanation for my rejected reservation. I demand that the hotel management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improve their business practices. In conclusion, I urge all potential customers to avoid this hotel.

Stay here only if you have no option left. I would rather sleep in bus stand or airport than stay here. I am not exaggerating. It's really that dirty and erratic experience. When you arrive at the hotel, depending on whether that day there's demand or not for rooms, receptionist decides whether to allocate room to you. Doesn't matter if you have booked earlier, a month ago or a week ago at a cheaper price. Receptionist gives you 2 options. 1. Pay additional fees2. Call customer care and say we hotel doesn't have room, we will deal with it. (Yes, that's the stink of their arrogance) Also, there's no reception of jio or airtel in this location. Reception will be limited to "Emergency only". So for internet you will have to rely on hotels wifi which has a max speed of 100kpbs. The blankets in the room allotted to me had hairs on it. The room was stinking of smoking smell. The bed under the blanket was torn. The floor of the room had a lot of dust and just walking on it was difficult. Also, no hot water here for bathing. Pathetic experience. As I said, majestic bus stop would be better option

Coming to my experience we booked a room when we entered first thing dirty stains on the bed sheet towels which where white now turned brown ask the helpers they say call reception but when u use the phone in the room it does not work. U walk down to the reception n they don't care they are busy having a conversation with each other so they feel they r just giving us free stay here.. We decided to leave n their parking there was a car parked behind pur vehicle n there guys don't knows who's car when its their park in also basically u book a room here u struggle fr everything u need and help yourself to any room service. N yes Oyo your apologize we r tired of that money does not grow On trees to pay these scamers

One of the worst hotel in Banglore ,Me and My husband just came approx 12:30 am from that hotel. We booked online from our state and when we reach to that place the receptionist said that they are fully booked. Receptionist said owner has no number , Receptionist don't want to give the number of owner. It may be their strategy to get the customers and book the room But it is not safer for women who is traveling alone. They are giving positive feedback on their review section and thanking to each other. We were not alone today ,with us - there are many couple ,they went outside with us and I really feel very very sad. The worst hotel in banglore. I guess we should avoid booking Oyo specially when you have emergency or you are moving in another state. Don't Come to Oyo Guess.Specially the owner and Receiptionst I write a big message just to help you guys Thank you .

The only good thing about this place is location. Otherwise it's a waste of money even if this is cheaper. They don't have proper wifi, hot water and cleanliness. It lacks in every basic hospitality. No matter how many times I asked for room service, it never happened. Worst thing is the network never works within the building. It may cost you 600-900 from any app or discount per night. It isn't worth for sure. If you really care about above requirements pay more to other places or go for Airbnb. Thank you. There is no complimentary breakfast as given on any app.

Worst experience ever. While booking oyo agent asked us not pay any extra but the receptionist denied us to checkin without paying extra amount. Even the hotel is located at no network zone. No proper water supply at washroom, dirty washroom, dusty rooms..! Cushions were disgusting.! Dirty walls.! Broken windows..! When we gave complaint about maintenance and cleanliness the receptionist started shouting on us. No manners, don’t know how to handle customers. No respect for us. Really horrible experience..! No complimentary breakfast. Arrogant receptionist disconnected my call while complaining about the maintenance..! Really waste of money and worst experience ever. If you ask me to rate my experience out of 10 where 10 being the highest I would rate, -10(Minus Ten). I strongly recommend not to use their services ever..! Disgusting

Hello, If you booked through online via OYO with discounts. They won't accept and they won't allow inside, simple they will tell speak with customer care service. If they are not accepting the discounts, Hotel residency person should update it to OYO don't provide discount or below this price. But they are not doing and tell us to speak with customer care. This type of behaviour is very worst and this is not acceptable.. Just imagine after a travel and needd to wait more than 1hr to speak with customer care and lot of arguments. Really irritating. Oyo should take a immediate action with respect to booking and discounts. Note: plz don't expect Room service, cleaning and Neatness..!

Location of this hotel is very nice just infront of hope farm signal.. Prashant extension..but.they are not professional.. management in the hand of non qualified people... they are not following basic requirements for the guests.. even.mosquito replant machine...RO water or simple filter water not available for the guests. Poor Service Hotel need better way to manageLocation of the hotel is near to the ITPL which is good for me and also Hotel could able to give me the parking. Room size is good and spacious too. Bed is good to sleep for a night.Room was not ready even I checked in late. Towels are not kept bath room. walls are not colored properly having dust marks. Floors are not even cleaned and hairs and all fall on the tiles seems not mopped properly, No water bottle given need to buy water bottle separately even 500ml bottle has not been given. Bed sheets are not cleaned and having stains. Room service is poor. They dont send room service person need to go to reception to collect the towel, water and whatever you need. Bed light was broken and not maintained properly.

If u want to try any illegal activities means surely u can book in this hotel i booked through Agoda ANd charges was 686 with complimentary breakfast. But when I reach hotel they ask 1000 for single person and 1200 for Double person its first disappointment and another thing I saw only couples mostly in this hotel so family not recommended. bathroom was very unhygienic and rooms was not good. And there is no any room service and Breakfast was not there they will pack and given some packets but there is no plates how could we eat so it's an another disappointment. I booked a room for my friend but when we reached there, they said room wasn't available and they send us to another building saying it's one of their rooms for rent only just like this one. It's name was Manu's. They told they have room. They made us pay Rs2000 and the room was filthy and was filled with paint boxes. No human can survive there for a night for sure. They didn't provide another room for us nor gave a refund. The people there were real goons. I should write a review here too as from all the negative reviews, I understand both of these stays were run by fraudsters. Future visitors, believe these negative reviews. It will save your day.

Booked rooms for a family via MakeMyTrip, however Hotel refused for check-in by saying rooms are not available despite us having the booking confirmation, that too was in the midnight at 1 am, we were stranded with no place for overnight stay. They are just useless and pathetic guys, and I would suggest never book this Hotel, infect never go with Oyo Hotels even in your dreams, they all are so annoying, they don't care about customers. Booked for a few nights stay, but would advice against longer stays. I had originally planned a 3 day stay, checked out in a day itself. Issues with clean bathroom, lack of mobile signal in the rooms, no proper ventilation. Bed was clean, not ready access to hot water, water bottles are not provided for the cost charged, they can be purchased at the front desk though. Has secure parking so that was good, check in was cumbersome since apparently its very popular and there was a lot of people checking in. Better to choose to pay at the hotel than online you get better deals, plus you can choose to checkout if you do not like it

After reading reviews before checkin i was really upset. They might ask extra money., poor rooms, etc., But once reached there , there is no such issues… Room is fine for mens, hot water available, a/c , wifi ( bit slow) ., The thing i suffered is breakfast and room service. Its really poor. I paid and didn’t took breakfast for 2 days. So don’t pay for breakfast during booking. Lots of hotels outside to eat. Room cleaning happened before checkout only… Bed sheets are little old , torn … Overall review you can stay here if you’re going there for an official work like Going out in the morning & come back night.. Very bad experience. Lots off issue in this premises. The main issue is not a single network is working as well as not wifi is stable constantly wifi is disconnected include food also not up to the mark. I made a reservation and paid the amount on the agoda, after reaching the place, receptionists said that the booking price was too low and I will have to pay extra. I have no interest in fighting so I called agoda got my refund and left the place, thankfully. A few things I noticed around the reception were untidy. Pros: 1. Located at easily accessible place for restaurant, bus stop and other stuff. Cons: 1. In between the tank get empty, you need to call the reception and asked them to turn on the motor. 2. If there was an option of zero star, I would have given zero star rating. These people show different rate on Google, when they come in real they say that they don't accept online. I dont even want to give 1 star. They are scammers. They will charge you 400/day extra and name it as complementary charges. I booked from oyo itself and paid full . At the reception, receptionists will ask for 400 rs. Extra per day. I even called oyo helpline but the receptionist didnt listened oyo helpline and said we have this complementary charge and you have to pay. I finally cancelled the booking and ask helpline to refund my amount. Dont waste time here.

Rooms were very filthy. Bathroom was poorly managed. The room's floor was sticky as if someone had poured oil . And the worst part is room service. The communication between the staffs are very poor. I had to wait at the reception for more than one hour to check-in. Many others were waiting too. Staff were fighting who supposed to do what and the verbal fight was going for a long time haha. Or I don't know is this the way they usually talk. Anyway it was not a pleasentful experience. If the hotel need to run for long...it's better for the owner to replace all the staffs who take care of the reception. I won't recommend this place to anyone who coming first to the city.

This is not a hotel at all, it's just a 1-star lodge .It's just set of rooms with full of filth. This is not at all family place. No need to book this room. Even after booking you will need to struggle to get the room as they will allocate room for walk in request. worst experience. There is nothing to like about this property. It's not worth the money.Evrything. The rooms are extremely untidy. Not even a dustbin kept in the room. Curtains, walls n floor are dirty and the room stinks as well. Above all there is no proper network in this place. Staffs are very bad and there is no mannerism. nCheck in and checkout process with the staffs at front desk is pathetic. Staffs shud be knowing atleast basic English or local languages to communicate with customers. Overall it's not worth the money.

Hello Everyone, If you had booked this hotel through OYO and got the deal at discounted rates. Then they will ask you more money while checkin at the hotel. If you pay the amount then only they will allow you or else you have to search for another options. So be aware of this issue and then only book this hotel. Network issue you will face and calling is difficult from rooms. Internet is very slow and they even switch off the WiFi Router . Although rooms were neat and clean. Cleaning staff was good.

The bed was full of bed bugs. Unable to sleep throughout the night. Water outlet of AC was kept open in toilet and water was continuously dripping causing lot of irritation while using the toilet. Lights in the room and corridor were dancing disco when there was power outage. Seems DG was not working properly. Room and bed cleaning wasn't done. Room access system wasn't working properly. Over all it is not at all recommended. Better to stay on railway platform than booking this hotel.

I never had a worst experience before. Any network signal will not get in the room. Better thing they provide a wifi facility that and all will have a frequent disconnect. I booked through Agoda in their they have some additional facilities in that everything I have asked them to get. Compliment breakfast they haven't considered.

Even after going through the reviews, I gave a benefit of doubt! Except the favorable location, nothing else is even plausible. Strictly AVOID unless you want to experience the below. Lethargic staff, TV was not working, AC was insufficient even at 16, Bathroom had leakage problems and finally the bed had bugs! Seriously!!

Booked through OYO, check in process was terribly slow. The location was difficult to find, there is no proper name board. And the road to access it is so narrow. Rooms were not clean either.

It is walkable distance from Kadugodi Tree Park metro and the Hope Farm bus stop. Dont expect to take your vehicle to this place.

Very bad attitude from the staffs and were interested in only taking money from customer and not in providing fair service. Pathetic room condition. Internet quality was extremely poor. No network signals even there wifi was also not working. Washroom condition was sick. Water was not available in the bathroom and other bathroom accessories were not provided. Lathergic and rude staff members. In short, complete waste of money and time.

Online prices don't match with the current booking price they will ask you to pay an extra amount after you book through online. Service is not so good and the floors are so wet and uncleaned. Bathrooms are unhygienic, taps and buckets are not in proper condition and Water runs out every hour.

For god's sake, please don't go. I had a worse experience in this hotel. I had came with my family. Rooms are worse than bathroom. The buckets in the bathroom are very dirty. The taps leaks like anything. The corridors are not hygienic. People spit like anything. Smells very bad inside the room. Pathetic service. Please never go there.

If anyone wants to rate the worst hotels in the world, then it will get the first place... The receptionist will be making team in Dream11, he will listen to you whenever he wants, They will charge extra money than what u have paid while booking. And bathroom flush will not work, bedsheet, blankets will be dirty, They do not provide soap, towels etc... They are the worst guys in this world...

Dirty windows, Toilet doesnt flush or cleaned well, Mold in bothroom door, Algae clog in shower head, Electricity turned off on room to force early check-out. Oyo doesn't list my review. Why bother asking for a review if you are going to approve only favourable reviews.

Very worst, The hotel denied the room which I booked in OYO by saying room unavailable. When I raised the issue to OYO they simply rejected my complaint saying my complaint cannot be validated. Because OYO representative cannot contact the hotel manager. Both the hotel and OYO have hand in hand to loot from the customers. Do not use OYO at all.

People in the reception don't have ethics. They cancel the booking if we go through Oyo. Room service was not given. Hot water was not given. They don't respond to anything. This is my personal experience and feedback after staying 15 days.

PLEASE DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL!!! The worst hotel I ever stayed in. I booked the hotel via Agoda. I tried to check in the early morning. They refused my booking because they did not get any confirmation from Agoda. They ask me to pay direct to the hotel Rs.1200/- The room is full of dirt and the bed is full of stains. There is no complimentary breakfast or water bottle also.

I never seen this type of Oyo room in my life time . It's really very bad cockroaches there in the bathroom and number insects there in the bed i was stayed for one day it's really felt like heaven such a bad room from the Oyo . Please look into the issues facing by the customers and settled down the things...

We had booked this hotel for an event at ktpo exhibition center. The location is not too far from it although the rooms are very average. Cleanliness was an issue with cockroaches all around and one of our rooms had a lot of bed bugs because of which we had to change rooms

Worst it's really a worst experience rooms are not clean ,washrooms a dirty no proper cleaning ,ac is not working,in between I change three rooms in same property for the same reason,I don't want to give a single point for the stay .

There is no water heater in the room and in Oyo the amount is mentioned as 800 per day but they charged 1000 per day and the rooms are not up to the mark for 1000 rupees we can't able to expect too much but for 1000 rupees also it's not worth.

Worst room, never chose this if you are going with family or if you are a person who likes to be hygienic. It is like some local lodge, room was not clean and toilet was worst. Rates are also costly, 1200 INR they took from me but for the guy next to me they changed 1000 INR. Also, no parking available.

Very poor service they give for the cost we pay, though we booked via Oyo they say room and all full and force us book at desk telling they have other rooms. Bath room and all very inhigenic, rudd reception boy and worst service. You can better stay away from this hotel. Don't ever prefer this hotel

Nice location, Need to improve reception staff's behaviorI have booked the hotel and advance paid full amount as shown in the website. But check in time the property demanded extra money for stay because they are not providing any discounts and the hotel rent is more than shown in the website. So what is the benefit of finding hotels through this website.

The hotel is a scam. Charged me twice for the same room for their technical glitch. And then shouted at me for asking back the money but didn't even return it. Terrible rooms and terrible behaviour. I blame myself for booking without checking reviews. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Pros - Cheapest in the area cons : cockroaches crawling around No Dustbin Tap on the washbasin doesn't work. No flush. No faucet!! WiFi: seldom works. Bed: Nothing on the bed is clean *important* - Vodafone & Airtel networks are extremely poor in this area. So you'll have to depend on Wifi and then you realise you're at the mercy of Hotel Staff!

Full of cockroaches as of April 2023! Very bad experience as roaches climbed the bed too Geyser, AC, wifi & elevator were in good condition, checkin experience was bad due to delay. Rent was low and toilets were not in good condition

No water, frequent power cut, cockroaches in room, fraud hotel staff, I stayed here for 1 night and very next morning i checked out because of there unprofessionalism. Dirty room, no water, no tv, even lights were broken, cockroaches around running in night.

Very dirty rooms No hygiene. Can't bear the smell of cigar and liquor whole hotel. Worst service. Hot water is also not available in rooms. It took 2.5 hrs to get bucket of hot water to my room.

Worst experience. I booked this hotel through oyo app and when I reached at destination they said sorry sir rooms are not vacant but yes they can provide room by given 600 ruppes extras

Rooms are moistened, slow service, room size is good. Need improvement in service and give basic things to customer.
