I bought a chicken burger combo for lunch and it was the best tasting chicken burger I've had. It was tender and juicy and full of flavour. Made fresh and was very enjoyable. This place is so disgusting the service was horrible so rude and dirty the food was the worst I have ever had couldn’t eat it it was all burnt and very old chips cold and horrible honestly they are an absolute rip off $19.00 for this horrible meal and when I spoke to them did not even apologise for what they are serving

Having been a big Ogalo's fan for over 10 years now I was fairly disappointed with my meal here. I got the hot jumbo, there was minimal if any chilli sauce/oil on it and the chicken was burnt. The chips were also half cooked as well with minimal salt. Unfortunately won't bother trying to eat here again.

This ogalo store is no good. Can’t get the ingredients right and their idea of the jumbo/double burger is just cutting one piece of chicken into two pieces. Avoid this one.
