After renting through one agency for nearly 3 years and being referred to as a "great tenant " they helped the landlord take my bond because of a untended to drainage issues that flooded the back yard in the heavy rain of 2020. After dozens of failed attempts by myself to fix the back yard and each house inspection I was told "everything is grest" they took photos of the flood damage then without any thing said and emails giving me glowing reports of inspection, they then used photos years old to enable the landlord to take my bond blaming my animals for the heaviest rainfall in 26 years. I've now had to get a lawyer. I lost $1409 for replacing a drowned old lawn with the incorrect species of grass. . Great realestate if you own a house $$$$ tenants go elsewhere.

Renters be warned. This agency will do everything they can to take your bond so the owner and themselves profit. I can appreciate with the rental market it’s unlike that you can go somewhere else but take lots of photos before move in and send and defects to the agency before, during and on departure. You will need all the evidence you can for the tribunal that you must be prepared to go too to get your bond back. If you are a home owner and reading this, I would suggest you find an agency that conducts itself with compassion and empathy. Great tenants that look after the house like their own don’t always pay top dollar.
