Had a damaged tire and rolled in to Osborne Auto. Jay (mechanic) came out and helped me and my 2 year old daughter to get back on the road within minutes. Great experience - Quick and friendly service! Called with a bad wheel bearing on Thursday and they got us in on Friday. They saved our long weekend plans. My car was making a whining noise. Osborne auto replaced the water pump and belt tensioner. When I picked up the car, it was still making the sound. They took another look, and replaced the alternator with a used one for no extra cost. Car sounds much better now.
