I was advised to attend One Medical by the virtual ED so I could have a PCR test. I wish I had travelled a little further to a better Respirator Clinic not affiliated with One Medical. The in-person PCR testing was fine. The clinic was so sparsely furnished that I felt like I was in a third world country but I figured all the funding must be pulled since covid is less important. I did laugh at the fact that they didn’t allow you to enter via the electric doors and you had to pull open the entry door with your hand when it is a clinic basically for infectious people, but I thought it was a minor over sight. Turns out there is an over sight in every contact with this clinic. The health professional who took my PCR was fine. I had to ask him to listen to my chest which was a little sad, but I survived. He said my results would be in tomorrow and if it was positive for anything other than covid I’d have to ring up for my results. I called the next day because I didn’t get a text with my results within 24 hours like they said I would and the admin said it would take 48 hours and to call when I get the text. Ok. So I called the next day when I had the text and they said that I need to book a telehealth appointment via the app. Why they didn’t tell me this yesterday, I have no idea. She said the telehealth bookings start at 11am. So I go into the app to book an appointment after 11am and I cannot fathom the app. After searching I can only find a telehealth appointment in 4 days. So I call the clinic back and the receptionist says the appointments don’t become available until 11am. I can’t understand why none of these steps were explained clearly from my initial appointment. The admin staff are just chasing their tails because they didn’t explain the process properly the first time I called. I called the admin 3 times before I figured out that I have to wait until 11am to book a Telehealth appointment. I am an Australian born, English speaking health professional. If this process is hard for me, I cannot imagine how hard it is for the majority of Cranbourne who are mostly born over seas, unfamiliar with the Australian medical system, have English as a second language and might not be as health literate as I am. Do not bother with this clinic. It is an embarrassment.

I'll give a 3 only because the Doctors I have dealt with have always been beautiful over the past 5 years Dr Karen, Dr Mark, Dr Mario, Dr Hirosha and others. But... today we went in and 2 receptionists there one fairly young lady soft spoken, kind and helpful... the other much older names Louise, absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers not helpful what soever and just down right rude! She constantly talked very loud when in conversation with customers on the phone and in person i could now scam 3 or different customers phones and emails if i had written them down just because Louise doesnt know how to lower her voice. Secondly patients were coming in amd a new mandatory practice is to have their app downloaded and sign up to their rewards program. Customers that obviously didn't speak english as their first language were having a bit of trouble filling it out even though there was an option to have the app in certain languages they still needed help instead of helping them she rudely yelled for the whole doctors office to hear "I can't help you its not in our language" so they stood there and struggled with filling out till they got up and just left no offer of an interpreter or an advocate or anything. Same thing happened again with an older couple who needed 3 patients to be signed up she got frustrated and said "another patient?" Like as if she had done hard work. I would recommend the office has at least interpreters or even am extra staff member to at least guide patients new and old how to sign up to the app and fill out their details... Louise needs ato take a step back and actually be kind and at least a little more compassionate towards ANYONE who comes into the practice cause not once was she that cruel to a white patient but still somewhat rude. Etiquette is key! Learn to speak nicely and professionally and respectfully cause one day you will come across someone who isn't just ginna stand up and walk away but pull out the same game you're playing and you will end up crying customer abuse! If you have had a bad day you dont need need to take it out on others either...

Have you got a full free day? Then, it is best to call or go to this clinic. Spend anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes just to speak to reception, and during this time, you would hear at least 30 times that if you are calling for results then we would text or notify in the App that your results are in only to confirm your suspicion that results should gave actually arrived when the reception finally answers the phone. But neither the text or App notification worked for you (may be my bad luck). Anyway, now that the results are in, you decided to go to the clinic to speak to a doctor. Be prepared to spend anywhere between 1 to 2 hours to see a doctor just to see your results and even longer to see the actual doctor who prescribed the tests. Funny enough, neither Reception nor the Doctor (that tick you off as next to be seen) has any answers when you sit there for further 32 minutes after their App notifies you would be seen next and tells you to wait outside a certain room only to watch 8 or 9 other patients going to various other Doctors and you just helplessly watch and wonder why this particular doctor assigns you to him when he is not even finished with current patient!! "I apologise for the inconvenience" doesn't cut it for the sheer incompetence. The practice obviously failed to achieve the objective of the App because there are no processes in place to ensure patient queue is following the order. Would I visit AGAIN? ONLY IF I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.

I got a call from a Pratap Phillip today after booking a Telehealth. He’s started off the conversation not with a hello but with him yelling at me about how other doctors had tried calling me and I didn’t answer. I explained I am at work and unfortunately was not able to answer the phone at the time. There should be an option to call back, as when I did quickly after the miss call, I didn’t get through to anyone, especially since the wait time for Telehealth is unpredictable and our lives don’t revolve around answering a phone call while at work. He then asked me what I wanted, i asked for a medical certificate for yesterday, as my employer requested one due to being unwell. He said that he couldn’t write me up a medical certificate, as they can’t do backwards certificates. Which I don’t understand because I have gotten a Medical certificate for the day after having a sick day without a problem previously. He told me that no doctor would give me a medical certificate for the day before. I’m sick of the practitioners treating me poorly at this clinic, there was no need for him to be so extremely rude. I don’t believe what he said was true either, as it doesn’t say anywhere, that this is not something that can be done. He might be qualified for the position, but he’s a disrespectful and rude person and I don’t know how he still has a position, if he speaks to patients like this. No level of professionalism from this GP.

Absolutely disgusting to call this a medical centre. Not only do you have to wait 2hrs on hold for a simple phone call that shouldn’t take more then 2 minutes, but when you do show up your left with nothing but disappointment and disgustingly rude receptionist. Use dr google be more helpful to you. This morning I showed up 7:30am (they open at 7am) with a child. Only 5 people in waiting room. Was told I had to wait downstairs and see the respiratory clinic as I had a slight cough and couldn’t see doctors up stairs. Went down to find the clinic closed and not open to 8am (no big deal I can wait) then 8:15am comes around and still not opened. Finally at 8:30am to be told by a different receptionist that the doctor has called in sick. Like seriously didn’t know this at 7:30am your doctor wasn’t coming in today. Only to be told another doctor from upstairs will be down shortly. (So a doctor I was already planning to see upstairs) at 9am still no doctor still no communication at all on how long till my child can see one. This centre is an absolute joke. I’ve been here numerous times now and it’s getting worse and worse. All the receptionist are useless and can’t seem to have the basics in how to communicate and answer a phone. STAY AWAY! Use Dr Google be better then this joke of a place.

On Monday 26 June 2023 I was diagnosed by my doctor from this clinic with possible acute appendicitis. Immediately the doctor sent me to the various parts of the building I needed to go to, being pathology for a full blood test and radiology for ultrasounds. With minimal waits, second opinions to confirm, calls to specialists and Dandenong Hospital, the staff in this building provided the information I needed and pointed me in the right direction so I knew what to say to whom when I got to Dandenong Hospital Emergency department. Two days after my successful urgent appendectomy/ appendicectomy surgery, I returned to this clinic for a check up and to redress my bandages which had moved. The treating nurse was amazing with practical advice on how best to recover. All these services were free of charge, with my only financial costs being for medication and transport, so please, make use of and support bulk billing medical facilities, because you never know when you might need them to save your life. I am so appreciative of everyone in these fields and I hope they get the support they need to keep doing what they’re doing, because we all suffer if they don’t. Thank you to everyone involved in saving my life that day. Please keep up the good work! :)

Would vote lower if possible. I have been to this medical centre a number of times and thought the walk in program they have going is great and they are open late also. However every time I have been to this doctor, I have never had to wait less than 2 hours, with the longest wait being 3 hours. At one visit, the doctor skipped me and went onto the next patient and thankfully the reception called the doctor to sort it out as I was waiting for 3 hours at that point in moderate pain. This applies to day time and night time visits. The reception is kind and always advises of delays, I also understand busy periods happen however there seems to be a constant shortage of doctors and just poor rostering/planning. I have also attended the pathology clinic on one occasion and was advised wait times were upwards of 2 hours at which point the clinic would actually be closed. If you don’t have several hours to spare, I would suggest you visit another clinic. To the clinic, I really wanted to visit this clinic as it’s so close to home and a great concept but I suggest you sort out your logistics and planning, so your patients don’t have to wait extensive times, that may improve your below average 2.3 google rating.

TLDR: Horrible customer service. Make sure you bring a mask or you'll be refused treatment. Avoid reception at all costs (which isn't possible but still) This review doesn't have anything to do with the GPs here - I haven't had any major issues with them. The front reception on the other hand have consistently been atrocious. This clinic will not be providing face masks to you if you do not have your own - instead they will turn you away. I was lucky in that if I wasn't seen here I'd have to go to an ER so the receptionist VERY reluctantly gave my partner and I one, accompanied with an angry lecture to both of us about "knowing better". I was the last patient to be accepted at 8:45pm as there is only one doctor working the night shift on a Saturday. My issues are constantly with the same receptionist who seems to be complained about on here all the time - conveniently she doesn't wear a badge so we don't know her name but it seems her only concern is with getting home. Honestly after talking to her prior to my appointment today I felt as though I wasn't welcome to the clinic because I arrive an hour or so before they close. Horrible customer service

  • Linda Jessop

One star is too many, after more than 2 hours waiting, l left for another commitment. I did check when l arrived because it seemed busy and was told approximately half an hour could be earlier. ( I could and would have come back another time )After an hour checked with reception, it won’t be long now. Waiting for a doctor in the back corridor it is difficult to check what’s happening in fear of the doctor calling you while you are on the other side of the building at reception. Another half an hour passes, not wanting to risk missing my appointment l called on the phone to check, after 20 minutes on hold, gave up. So after more than two hours, in desperation, l tried to talk to the doctor as her next patient was being ushered in, she told me, l was rude and that l didn’t have an appointment. On my way out, l checked with reception that my appointment was made, yes she says 3.30 and it’s now 5.40. On reflection if the doctor says l didn’t have an appointment, she was never going to call me. Woefully incompetent service on so many levels.

After being a loyal customer for 5 years, my family will not be returning. The comments below are fairly true. Expect to wait 3 hours plus for potentially a 5 minute quick consultation, that's with self check in and asking for first available doctor. I feel so rushed every consultation. We have also had a terrible experience with a Dr P Mayo, my wife had an undiagonosed tooth infection and we let the Dr know she was also breast feeding. We were prescribed a powerful over the counter medicine that he said is good for the pain and will not affect our baby. That night we rushed to emergency hospital as the pain had increased, we did not take the medication prescribed. The hospital doctor applauded us for trusting our instincts as he said your doctor has no idea what he is doing prescribing powerful medication like that. Over night surgery to remove an infected tooth same evening. Trust your instincts.

Absolutely disgusting service. My family have been visiting this clinic for two years no and we have never waited less than three hours to be seen. Terrible management, they don’t seem to care about their patients in the slightest. Some doctors are really good, but because of the terrible management it isn’t worth seeing them anymore. The receptionist are on a power trip, they treat the patients as if they’re stick of us coming in and needing a doctor. They NEVER answer the phones. Ever. I have never once had my calls answered even after 30+ minutes on hold. I tested them by calling the reception while waiting for my doctor and I watched the receptionist ignore the ringing phone and continue on her computer letting the phone ring out numerous times. Today will be my last ever visit at this pathetic ‘clinic’ and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else bothering to come here either. Absolutely atrocious.

The heavy set lady that works at reception always attempts to turn us away when needing a doctor. First time we have to down load an app. So I did and booked in. Then she tells me that there is a two hour wait after I booked through the app. When encountering the same lady I get the same issue "there is a 2hr wait even if you book through the app' each of those times we waited and got through in 30 minutes. This time I did not have the app installed and she tells me I have to pay $100 for not having the app. Yet a Caucasian man was allowed through by providing his date of birth. All the other reception staff are helpful. But this lady seems to always be confrontational when we attend. Really poor customer service. I had no data on my phone so had to take my son back home with high fever. She could have easily booked us in as we have been there so many times.

Our family have been patients at Our Medical Home for over 4 years now. We have two young children, and have been taking them to the clinic since they've been babies. I cannot thank enough the doctors, nurses and reception staff for their support over the years. In particular Dr Moyo and Dr Li are exceptionally friendly, family oriented, great with kids. Additionally, they're highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, informative and supportive. I really cannot thank them enough for their efforts, support and care over the years. I just hope they never leave. I also want to add that in regards to the reception staff I have never had an issue, all the girls are professional and helpful. Sometimes they're under the pump for being understaffed/super busy and maybe some of us need to have a bit of a heart and understanding and feel for them too.

  • Colin Smith

Pratap Phillip is the rudest man I have ever met, zero bedside manner. I walked into his office and no Hello just, what is wrong? I told him that I had fallen off a ladder and had two egg sized lumps on my elbow and back. He looked and turned away and said I'll get an x-ray. They were the last words out of his mouth. He did not touch or examine me, he did not even offer any pain relief. He handed my the x-ray forms and I left, I tried to close his door for him but he jammed his hand in the way stopping me. He never looked away from his computer. Now I find out it's 3 to 5 days for x-ray results, that is a long time to go around with an undiagnosed back and elbow injury. Google you need to give us the ability to give negative stars, this place does not deserve the 1 I had to give to write this review.

  • Ethan Murdock

Took my partner to this clinic after she slipped and hurt her ankle. We arrive at the clinic and made an appointment through their online system. Waited outside the doctors room for approx 1hr. She came in and out a number of times, and didn’t say anything to us even though we were her only patient waiting there. After an hr passed we received a phone call informing us that we would not be seen today as she has regular patients she needs to attend to and the clinic was closing in an hour and a half. Her other excuse was that she didn’t see our appointment on the schedule. She had also advised us to speak to reception about a reschedule but she would still be unlikely be seen as she’s “not a regular patient”. Absolutely disgusting service from this clinic. Would not recommend.

  • Kay Cee

***This review is specifically about the necessary “Our Medical Home” app that a patient is required to install onto their devices, in order to book in & see a doctor at this medical centre!*** I don’t like the app! I don’t like the concept! & it’s definitely not “ok” in my opinion, for a medical Centre to decide that all of their patients must have this app - without a choice! That’s wrong! i find it very concerned that if someone was to ever go there because they needed urgent medical attention - but they didn’t have a phone with the app on it - would they actually be turned away??? I wonder…?! This sort of practice is ostracising people & that sets a very bleak tone for the future of our healthcare industry! God help us if we ever get sick!

  • MA Films

Please please please avoid this place for any out of pocket treatment costs. My mother went in yesterday for an iron infusion treatment and was told it will cost $250 and she should receive $120 back from Medicare claim. Saw the account today and only received $39.75 back. The receptionist took absolutely very long to print out the claim papers, it seemed like she did not know what to do at all. More training required for the receptionist staff. Called on Thursday 10th November at 12:50pm and staff was rude over the phone, did not seem remorseful. I suggest for any out of pocket treatment go to the hospital and get it done for FREE FREE FREE!!!!!……..otherwise avoid this place.

  • Daniel Sloggett

The fact that I had to download an APP to check-in to see a doctor is ridiculous but okay I did it. I then return after and have to create a rewards account through the app so that I can see a doctor. Receptionist is useless and refuses to book in at the counter even if you've got an upset 1 year old. After check-in, my wife (who is not with me) then receives a text message telling her which room to wait outside of. App is broken and service is horrible. Doctor barely looked at my child but I'm glad that I was able to get antibiotics for my child. Waiting time on this occasion was only a few minutes but it was over an hour last time. I will be seeking a new clinic.

  • attracta gorman

I have used this clinic several times and expect to wait as it is a walk in service. I recently attended with a very swollen leg which I knew was a DVT DR Philip attended to me and immediately brought me to radiology where an extensive clot was confirmed within 10 minutes and an ambulance called. The staff in radiology were wonderful and the practice nurse Jo could not have been kinder and attentive. I have had follow up teleheath appointments with Dr Philip and he has listened and treated me appropriately.Drs nurses and receptionists are under huge pressure and try to to their best thank you much appreciated

  • Cecilia Elliott

Went to the clinic on Sunday 21/5/23 with my daughter, yes she had a cough and when approached by the receptionist she was very rude and persisted I go downstairs to the respiratory centre I refused and receptionist kept being rude she is a larger lady with short stature. She rolled her eyes at me and walked off. I waited to see the GP upstairs and he treated us with respect. The service needs improving and now that COVID doesn’t require isolating nor mandatory mask there needs to be a better system in place and no matter what the circumstances are everyone should be treated with kindness.

  • Belinda Blunsden

Absolutley disgusted by the treatment from reception. They are unprofessional refuse to acknowledge mistakes and wield an unhealthy authority over patients who are trying to get solutions. I requested to speak to my doctor after returning a phone call to me and was treated in the most insolent way and then told I was being abusive at which I stated firmly I have every right to return a phonecall from my doctor.. The lack of empathy found amongst this reception staff is appalling. I have been seeing my doctor for 15 years but will now be seeking a new clininc.

  • L J

I wish I could give zero star. Seriously I could not see a doctor this morning waited over an hour to treat an open emergency cut. The receptionists are absolutely terrible at doing their job.pls I don't know why place is so lazy they have created this whole online system that is not improving this customer service at all. The receptionist just says to go online when and blames the online portal they chat around all day doesn't even answer the phone calls just let the phone ring. Someone pls take charge of this management it's absolutely disgusting.

Used physiotherapist Sudeep Nair a few months ago to help me with my back, and was very satisfied with his services. After an initial assessment, he showed me several exercises to do every day, which helped me greatly getting a stronger back. After a follow-up visit he gave me extra exercises to keep strenghtening my back further, after having noticed the improvement and a lot less stiffness. Would happily recommend him to anyone. Thank you Sudeep.

  • Brittany M

We choose this medical clinic because it is close to our home. We have taken our son quite a few times and the wait times are no more than we used to have to wait (with an appointment) at our old medical clinic, usually less of a wait time. This morning we took him for his immunisations. All up we were in and out in 30 minutes, including the 10 minute wait after his immunisations. The nurse was lovely, quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

  • Chantelle George

Went to the Dental part of this clinic. Dentists are great and very informative, however the pricing is ridiculously higher than any other dental practice. For example, a sealant costs $99 here, other dentists charge $45. Consult $68, elsewhere $50 or less If you have insurance or money isn't a problem for you then overall this is a good dental service, but the price for private payers is just too high

  • Sunny Gosain

I had been struggling with knee pain, and Sudeep Nair has been a lifesaver! His expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference from day one. The exercises he recommended were not only effective but also easy to incorporate into my routine. In just 20 days, my pain has reduced by almost half. I highly recommend Sudeep Nair for anyone seeking a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist

  • Jasmeet thind

Physio: I have been lately visiting Sudeep Nair for my physio treatment , and I must say it was a fantastic experience. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease throughout the session. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring a positive and effective treatment. I highly recommend this physiotherapist for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

PHYSIO. "For Sudeep Nair" I had the worst leg pain and over pronation, it was like a nightmare I thought I would not be able to exercise or even walk for a year or two but thanks to Sudeep I have recovered within 6 weeks fully. Sudeep is very professional in his field the dude knows exactly what he is doing and gives best exercises and advices. Highly recommend the Physio !

Woah. Waited for 30 min in the phone queue trying to figure out if they are still taking Covid test patients. They didn’t pick up. drove 20 min with a fever to get here cos nowhere else is open at 5 on public holiday. found out they are at full capacity. Can’t they just update their capacity at vic Covid test site page? I’m sick and disappointed. Also it’s not 10 pm. Lie.

  • Lily Prescot

Wish I could give 0 stars. Doctors are great but the receptionist there is horrible!! She speaks so poorly to people and speaks to people as if they are dumb when they need to download the app. She definitely needs to be spoken to as this seems to be a re occurring problem!!! Absolutely disgusting, I was ready to get up and say something it was making me so frustrated!!

  • Sanjan Kumar

The facility is good. However, some doctors are extremely rude, brash and extremely ill behaved. Mind you- they will say that they like to be "direct" and blah blah but the fact is that they are rude bunch. One of the doctors is Pratap Philip who is an extremely impolite and brazen in his reply. If you ever book an appointment, make sure you don't book it with him.

  • Arlette Fonseca

So when they say there's a minimum of 1hr wait, the real wait time is 3hrs+. ONE doc on duty all evening on a Sunday. Still waiting. Not coming in here again. Edited to add: Saw doc for no longer than 5 seconds to be directed to the nurse for the family's flu shots. Could have just been sent there in the first place but front desk insists on GP appointments.

Many Thanks to Dr Manoji for recommending the right treatment for my 8 year old daughter who have been struggling with eczema for years. We visited other doctors and tried all possible means but couldn’t cure it and instead it was getting worse. Tons of thanks and love from our family to Dr Manoji .Words are not enough to thank Dr Manoji

I would just like to Thanks the professional when it comes to physio, I injured my knee earlier this year and started to see Sudeep and since then I’ve made a lot of improvements and feel much better and stronger. He is super professional and effective if you are looking for someone I would definitely choose him again Thanks Again MyCranbourneHome

  • KIM JOHN

Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. Worst surgery ever. Visited tonight, had interaction with Jabba the Hutt receptionist. Rude as. If you want to transfer your medical records to another surgery, it will only cost you $60. Apps to check in OR you pay $90.....the government say so. Dodge this joint like the plague. NEVER GOING BACK

  • Gaudiaudi

Great bulk billed clinic. You just walk in and get an appointment. The app works well, you just check in and wait to be seen. Longest wait time I've had was about half an hr. Docs are pretty thorough and my kids have received great treatment here. Facilities are clean and well kept. Could do with a telly but no complaints otherwise.

  • Angela O'Donnell

Waiting times are SO bad!!! Waiting with my child who was having trouble breathing and had to go to the respiratory clinic downstairs because GOD FORBID a doctor sees my child with a cough Doctors think coughs don’t exist now and treat you like the plague!! One doctor for the respiratory clinic. They really need to do better. …

  • Annika F

Absolutely the worst medical centre. So unorganised. Be prepared for a long wait and being re-queued to another doctor when they double book doctors to the rooms and the covid centre. And good luck seeing the same doctor each visit. With no bookings and an extremely long wait, it would take hours of sitting to get consecutive care.

  • Frank Triantafyllou

Physiotherapist Review- I have been seeing Sudeep Nair for my physio treatment for the last three months after a motorbike accident and shoulder reconstruction. Sudeep is very professional and friendly and always makes me feel comfortable during the session. I have already seen so much improvement in my injury since seeing him.

  • Kayla Lawrence

Absolutely love dr Jude mendis. HOWEVER if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t come to the clinic. The receptionist are rude & apparently do not know how to answer phones - unless you physically go in forget about calling. You only get a 1 star because I like the doctor and pathologist. Otherwise medical reception deserves 0 stars

  • D Claussen

This review goes to Sudeep Nair (Physiotherapist). Extremely professional, approachable and easy going. Very knowledgeable with care and clear instructions provided have helped me to regain body functions of my right shoulder and enjoy life - in short, no pain. Grateful for your services and the care. Highly recommended!

  • Marzia Mohammadi

My husband was unwell and I bought him to this clinic early in the morning as a new patient. The staff were all very helpful, quick and professional. The thorough examination helped to provide relief and comfort to us. Highly recommend, would definitely come again! We were both very happy with the service.

  • Bryce Neilsen

Dr Logan Poopalapillai was the most inattentive doctor I’ve ever met. He shouldn’t be in the medical field. Severe sinus infection, didn’t lift his hand from his lap. Just took what I told him and wrote a script. Get a new profession, you’re lazy! Maybe my self diagnosis was wrong?! I waited two hours!!

  • Kelvin Koh

One of the most amazing bunch of people I have worked with in the last 10 yrs being a doctor, especially the receptionists and admin team. It would be nice to read more positive reviews here to encourage the staffs who showed up - the whole world is short staffed FYI. Thanks for having me around!

  • Abeshek Kalimuthu

The physiotherapy in this clinic is wonderful, Sudeep who is the physio here, is very caring, approachable and dedicated to his work, which is why he was able to fix my muscle issues very swiftly and effectively. I would 100% recommend that you visit Sudeep to solve any physio related issues!!

  • Monte Tenisio

Was great when it first opened, now the wait time is 2 hours minimum. GP rosters are on the app but doctors always turn up 1/2 hr to an hour late and have a full back log if patients waiting. If you’re happy to wait half a day to be seen then this clinic is for you. Looking elsewhere now.

  • Drago Killgore

Dr.sudeep Nair Has been a absolute godsend I injured my back two+yrs ago and after prior physio which didn't help I've been on chronic pain for nearly two years but with the good doctors help I've Regained a vast amount of mobility and am almost pain free absolutely would recommend.

  • Elvize Korcarevski

Not good if you want to see a doctor you have to book your appointment through a app but before that you have sign up to a new membership reward otherwise you have to pay $90 to see a doctor wait time is crazy for a no more than 5 minutes What a joke our health care system is gone

  • Mohd Ghasemie

I am giving this review for the Physiotherapist Sandeep Nair. He is a good soul with passion and compassion for his patients. He will go above and beyond to address the health needs of his patients and treats them with great honesty. Hats off to Sandeep, keep up the good work.

If I could give 0 instead of 1 star I would. I’ve been coming here since it opened but honestly how is it possible to wait 2+ hours to see a doctor? Definitely am changing which I’m sad about as I have 2 drs I really trust going too but the wait time is not acceptable

  • Samir Hindocha

Medical Center : Great Location Best Doctors : Dr Lee and Dr Pratap Avoid : Dr Paul mayo - Not helpful at all Waiting time getting longer and longer Would be ideal if you get a call or text 15 min prior instead of waiting for 2 hours at medical Center

  • DIPAK CHAUDHARY

Why do you ask people to book an another GP appointment to receive test results? I understand that for any complex medical situation which you can’t treat anyway. Why don’t you tell send the report to patient with next steps? Trying to scam Medicare?

  • MANIRAJAN SUBRAMANIYAM

Warm and welcoming clinic. Receptionist Debra was so good and patient and booked us in the last minute in the closing hour. So understanding of the circumstance and was very polite. Doctor was very polite and helpful too. Thank you to the team

  • Megan Jenkins

I’ve been coming here for many, many years and over this time I’ve seen this place rapidly decline. Wait times on the phone are an absolute joke. SOME of the doctors are shocking, I have my regulars who I see and am happy to do so but if I

Wait times are atrocious. Have been sitting here for almost 2hrs and only need to have my babies 6mths needles done. This has been an ongoing issue for sometime. Clearly the managers have zero consideration for the service they provide to

  • Virginia Nyokabi

Definitely a place to be very careful of, tried to call a million times throughout the day from 10am to 8pm. On hold for 20-30 minutes at every time. The reason I needed to get In touch with someone was because I had seen a doctor a month

  • Sue De Silva

This medical centre got some wonderful doctors & I'm coming here since they've opened. However, it was so shocking to see they only have 1 doctor at night. I went there 2 Saturday evenings and both the days I can see more than 10 patients

  • Tariq Usuph

Great doctors and pathology service. They have been amazing. My family and I have been patients of this clinic for quite a long time. However, the receptionist in recent times haven’t been great. It appears the administration is not very

Sunday 16th April - Dr Pratap Phillips beside manner is disgusting. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and watched him yell through his door for patients. Not once did he get out of his chair in his office and come to the waiting

  • Mick Sinclair

We had to see a DR around 9pm on a Friday night. We were able to walk straight in, sign up via the app, and see a DR straight away. The reception staff were great in guiding me through the check in procedure as were new to the clinic.

  • JJ SMITH

Physio Sudeep Nair is excellent, working through a shoulder issue that was likely due for serious medical treatment, but a few sessions in and range of motion is restored and now working on strength and pain reduction. Very happy!

  • Sandra Kina

It's got everything, queues can be crazy when everyone gets sick. Around 8pm onwards i would drive there accepting a possible chance at que being closed. Pharmacy below the centre so you can get your meds fast at whatever time

  • Maria Miki

Evenings that I’ve come here are the worst. About 2 doctors available and the biggest lines of people waiting for help. Please fix and issue more doctors available for evenings otherwise you make people wait for the longest.

  • Andrew Gleeson

The first impressions at the Our Medical Centre is good. They use a “self check in” facility through a web portal. Very simple, and straight forward. We were seen within 20mins. Time of visit was lunch time on a Saturday.

  • Rana Al-Hashimi

So rejecting a new patient who is 5 and throwing up even water is really lack of humanity!! Couldn’t feel sorry for him? Youll say go to emergency where my child would wait for at least 4 hours no thank you i have enough

  • Chloe Jones

Physio: Dr Sudeep Nair is amazing, in just 2 sessions so much of my pain has been alleviated, he’s very kind, super respectful, and definitely knows what he’s doing. 10/10 would recommend him. Great experience.

  • Jenny Witterick

I took my son to the clinic on a Saturday at 12pm. Once we had downloaded the app and entered the details a doctor saw us with no waiting time. Very quick and easy and bulk billed. The pharmacy was also fast.

  • Praveen Mathew

Emergency ward is quicker than this place to see patients. Have an app system where you just end up not even knowing how long it will take. Better to suffer the illness than wait here surround by sick people

  • Valerie Tanuvasa

Receptionist are awful. So rude and unapproachable. You get turned away an hour before closing which is ridiculous especially when you need medical care urgently. DONT RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL CENTRE.

  • Nilan Amarasingha

Very bad experience tonight with the receptionist who refused to state her name claiming “It’s none of your business “ This is advertised as a walk in clinic but she refused to give an appointment

  • Andrew Gee

If I could write a minus review I would this clinic well the receptionists are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and beyond rude! Went to the clinic couple days ago and just while killing time I was ringing the

  • Kirsty

Sudeep is an excellent physio. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The pain I experienced for sometime was gone within one session. Couldn't be happier with the results

  • M p

Very happy with the wait time. We have been visiting the clinic for about a year and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Experienced doctors who are competent at their jobs

  • Georgia Donkin

This place never has any less than a 2 hour wait - absolute joke of a ‘clinic’ and needs to be shut down. Not something anyone can benefit from in the community. Disgrace.

  • F G

Great dentists very helpful and very understanding of the fear of needles and take the time to explain and make you feel comfortable, will definitely be returning

  • Jessica Bennett

I can hardly get a booking at other places, I went on a Friday afternoon and was in, seen and script filled within 20 mins. Lovely doctor and very convenient.

  • AMIT SARDHARA

I have been going for physio session with Sudeep Nair due to neck pain and upper back pain. He is really good at what he does. Definitely recommend him.

  • Tandrell Freeman

Sudeep the physiotherapist has been great. I have been able to get alot more movement and strength back in my ankle after having surgery 3 months ago.

  • Lisa Webster

I had excellent service at the physio services. The physio gave clear instructions on how to do the exercises required to improve my back pain.

  • Khushboo Dhiman

Have been consulting Dr. Manoji from almost last 3 years, she’s one of the best GP’s I’ve consulted so far. Very patient and understanding.

  • Random Stuff

The doctor was good, but the receptionist was rude and trying to make it my fault. There is no way to give feedback online so using Google

  • KJ Sethna

Best clinic in the region. Fast service, very clean, lot of parking. Doctors are also nice, range of services offered which is also great.

  • Amrit Bhurjee

Sudeep Physiotherapist is a very experienced and professional therapist. He explained all the stretches and exercises really well!

  • Kerry Crompton

Pathology: excellent pain free, multi vial blood extraction. Thanks to Safia. Efficient with time and proficient procedure.

  • Michael Wierzbinski

If you need physiotherapy you could do worse then Sudeep Nair. His treatments get right to the heart of the problem.

  • Brian Tennyson

Download the app and self serve for quick GP appointments. Especially good when you just need a medical certificate.

  • Jay Krish

The clinic has good infrastructure. There is a good element for improvement for the quality of doctors consultation.

  • Harminder Multani

Dr Sudeep Nair helped me a lot with the recovery and the exercises for my back pain. Best physio in the town …

  • Judy Aitken

Dr Li, thank you! I highly recommend attending this clinic and I'll continue to do so since I returned to NSW.

  • Gurtej Singh

Staff on reception is very rude. Dont know how to talk to someone who is sick. 9.15 pm 23 November
