I'm here at the pharmacy it's 413 am and the woman who told me a hr before that my meds a be ready in in 45 mins I come back and hour and a half later she say it's gone be 45 mins again. Then proceeds to down talk me to her supervisor who is here while I'm hearing her talk about me. I wasn't wrong she was. She won't give me her name but she is bout 5'2 heavy set with a small afro who works the overnight shift. I really do like this hospital they saved my life in 08 but now it's like they don't care. Hope this changes soon. We come to the hospital for help not pain

Absolute worst experience! They do not care about people. They do not care how sick people are. They refused to give my husband my meds when I have a fever of 102!!!!! I’m LIVID and the dr wouldn’t let me take my meds to the pharmacy I live by it had to be JPS one. I hate this hospital. The staff looks like that are 12 or they have hella attitude the whole time.

The lady at window 6 was utterly rude and lied to me. She told me I had to cancel one prescription to get another. I showed her my paperwork that proved I was right. At that point she kept being rude and spoke over me. The JPS system is wonderful. The last at window 6 is not.

The lady at window 4 pharmacy, said " you have nothing", I showed her the JPS app, she said " SO you gonna pay for it, I said "ok". She told me... " THEN wait one hour".. she did mock of my last name.. unprofessional and passive aggressive service.

Very good staff but staying in line for a very long time needs to get better. Jps is a wonderful hospital
