SO IMPRESSED! My sister needed her bathroom renovated as it was leaking water and also needed an update it as it was looking sad to put back on the rental market. Bill was the contractor for the job. As she lives far away, It was hard for her to liaise for any decisions etc. I offered my time but I really didn't need to do much, Bill looked after everything. I turned up towards the end and they were in the process of finalising the job and about to do the cleanup. I asked a few questions on a couple items and he was were very accommodating. They selected all the materials, and managed all trades and finished on time on budget and I was very impressed with the quality build. We wouldn't have known the extent of damage that travelled to the next room if i didn't see the photos after it was fixed, cause it looks brand new & didn't even get a call related to the surprise. If I knew about Bill earlier, I would've used him for my properties. Im definitely using him for my next jobs. Thank you for your helping my sister out Bill!

Our 15 year old Vulcan Gas water heater died this week in Langwarrin and within 24 hours of exchanging messages on the phone, Bill and his apprentice replaced / upgraded with Aquamax G390 stainless Steel tank Gas heater. Quote was free and very competitive , compared to companies like Rheem. Another company wanted $39 for a quote alone!!!

We couldn't be more pleased with the renovation of our ensuite and bathroom. Bill and his team of dedicated trades delivered a beautiful result coming up with ideas we hadn't considered which worked well. All work happened on time as promised and we got a value for money result. We would highly recommend.

Bill went above and beyond my expectations. Rang and kept me in the loop if he needed to reschedule, completed work straight out of hospital when he didn't need to and always informed me of costs before going ahead with works. Completed work was well done. Would use him over any other plumber.
