Awful customer service. I waited months for a car part - they told me it would take a "couple of weeks". The part never arrived at all (bearing in mind I had already paid like £250 for it), I had to keep chasing them about it but the customer service was awful. I ended up cancelling the order with them because the car part never arrived. Luckily they gave me a refund but the whole experience was a bit of a joke.

Discovered that my MOT had expired this morning and was recommended to phone PC Motors as a number of other local garages were unable to help. Fortunately PC Motors had a cancellation and welcomed me with open arms. Wonderful people, wonderful service and street legal again within 7 hours. Dave, I am so grateful to you and your team. Many thanks indeed. I will definitely be returning!

A cracking local garage in Bristol BS7 David and the team did a superb job at rebuilding the rear sub frame, brakes, discs,handbrake, etc that had severely corroded. Communication was top notch at all times especially as the Mercedes parts were on backorder-David hunted down the parts 3 weeks ahead of estimated delivery time - great service from a local independent garage!

This is a really great garage that is well run. I've take a number of cars there over the years (modern and classic) for MOT, servicing and general repairs. We’ve been using PC motors for 20 years and they have been brilliant with us. I cannot thank these guys enough! I had a puncture and was about to get onto the motorway unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired so they told me it will be an hour for a new tyre. I went for a bite to eat i got a phone call and it was done faster than expected! Grade A service! Highly Recommended!!!!

Expensive. Was charged 84gb for 1h of labour. Hand brake readjustment. Customer service not the best. When asked what was a problem received attitude that this was explained on the phone already so in face to face I not suppose to even ask. Car was kept from 8am till 5pm. Disappointing
