The service was nice but I felt the quality of food was lacking. At the prices they have I expected a more impactful experience. The lasagna: I ordered a lasagna which I personally felt tasted no different to a frozen lasagna. It lacked any Bechamel and tasted more akin to a multi layered sandwich of bolognaise sauce. The bolognaise sauce didn't have much if any depth to it, it felt like Basil, tinned tomatoes and salt. This isn't an issue when done correctly but I feel the cooking did nothing to highlight these ingredients and perhaps the ingredients used simply weren't up to par to pull off such a sauce. Minimalism can be wonderful but it must be perfect, without anything to hide behind your base ingredients need to all be perfect. The arinchini: was nice, fluffy, well seasoned. Basil pesto drizzle was tasty . Not much else to say about this. The two pizzas: both had a nice crust, the bases were soggy by the time we got them due to the sauce levels on the pizza. The dough itself was nice, moist and chewy. It had a depth of flavour to each bite which I'm assuming was thanks to a long cold fermentation. The sauce on the pizza was the same one they used for the lasagna, which isn't a bad thing to do but the sauce needs to be killer if you're spreading it across multiple dishes. Overall the pizzas were nice both just needed mild tweaks to their construction. Maybe a slightly thicker base if you're using a lot of sauce or less sauce, And possibly a slightly hotter pizza stone to firm up the base and give it more structure but this could be boiled down to personal preference, the pizzas at a base level were nice. The salad: More or less a standard salad. Grilled Chicken was basic but refreshing, dressing was nice. Feta was creamy but it's feta so what do you expect. Overall I really wanted to love this place, I have such a soft spot for Italian food but I felt this place played nothing but safe. They made their food with the least offensive flavour profile in mind. Which is fine, if you like that sorta of stuff but I personally like to taste a bit of risk, a bit of love and energy in my food.

Went on Monday Parma night 6 March 2023 with the family and would of been the worst chicken parmas we have ever had. Although the parmas were a decent size and cheap this is where it ended. The parmas were under cooked with the crumb being claggy and soggy, and the chicken within the sub standard crumb was warm bordering on cold after waiting for more than half an hour for the meal. I ate mine because I was starving however the others left their parmas unfinished. Spoke to the owner/manager in charge and made him aware of the food quality and he agreed with our sentiments when examining the unfinished portions, and all he offered was a free coffee or dessert to share which was very poor with no offer to discount the bill. We also had a pizza entree which was served hot but it lacked topping, flavour and the crust was way too thin. Drinks were also way too expensive. Wasn’t looking for a free dinner however we were just looking forward to a decent meal. On top of this my kid has an upset stomach and had the runs at the restaurant during dinner and afterwards at home. Overall a very disappointing eating experience which did not deserve half of the bill cost, and will be the last time I visit this venue.

An unpretentious Italian restaurant that excels in what it’s doing, Pacino’s is well-loved by the locals and it’s not hard to see why. Here you can get pizzas, pastas, salads, seafood, BBQ meat, amongst others and the spacious space makes it excellent for big groups. With a relaxed and casual vibe, Pacino’s is a local restaurant that we all deserve in our life. A feast awaited us here and I am hard-pressed to fault anything here. The Garlic Prawns was the highlight of the night. Big juicy king prawns in a creamy garlic sauce, this was incredible to say the least. The Mixed Grill is perfect for sharing, featuring tender and meaty cuts of pork ribs, lamb cutlets, pork sausages, chicken tenderloin, chorizo and beef skewers. The Tandoori Chicken pizza, and Prosciutto Pizza hit the spot too. Crisped yet soft pizza base, with an even crispier crust, and very generous with toppings. The Gnocchi Bolognese was my favourite out of the three pastas that we tried – rich, thick and a beautiful depth of flavour. Even the Caesar Salad wowed with its creamy yet bright and tangy flavours. With so much delicious food, we were left bursting at the seams, yet incredibly contented.

We just enjoyed a lovely experience at Pacinos! The atmosphere was lively, but not so loud that we could not have a conversation. Our server, Lily, was friendly and attentive, and made our evening smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious. The range of options, Italian and international, made it hard to choose as it all sounded good. We shared our starters, which came out quickly, then had a nice little break before the mains arrived. I had the veal scallopini from the specials board. It was very tasty and a substantial size. The owner came for a chat and suggested we might like to share a dessert. In the end, we decided to have one each. They were so good, though we could not fit it all in...but we were able to take the left overs home. If you are heading to Melbourne, I definitely recommend booking a table for dinner. The pizzas looked and smelled good too, so I look forward to trying those next time!

Ideally Located at Showgrounds Village, with plenty of parking available, Pacino's offers a broad variety deliciously prepared Italian Food and Pizzas*. The setting is Modern, the Ambience is very Family Friendly, with Staff that are very helpful and attemptive to customers. *Attended Pacinos today bought 2 take away Pizzas , as I took bite of a Napoletana Slice I nearly broke a tooth as there was an Olive stone. Not a pleasant experience however I recommend Pacinos Pizza making staff to please watch for these in future to avoid any unpleasant situation. Another thing, is that if Pizza bases are being precooked, make sure you store them away from customers view, as having a bunch of pre cooked bases piled up on the pizza oven* does not look pleasant nor appetising. *Photos not posted as a means to allow your business to rectify this minor issue.

The family restaurant in Flemington where you can enjoy steaks, pizzas, grills and many more. They have quite a big seating area both inside and outside and it's perfect for large groups. They are located in Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre and parking is not an issue as there is parking around the restaurant if you’re driving and it is located in front of a tram stop which makes it handy if you’re taking public transport. There is such a good variety on the menu and a large variety on the pizzas. We took awhile to decide what to get as we wanted to try abit of everything. We went with the pizza, mixed grill, caesar salad, angus burgers and pasta. Could not even pick a favourite as the dishes were all great. Really enjoyed the salad and it complements the dish. The pizzas had a good amount of ingredients and the flavours were good. Don't forget to try their housemade gnocchi as I thought that was really good. The portions of the dishes were good and can also be for sharing. The staff here is really friendly and attentive. I have been a local at Pacinos for years now as they have always been very consistent in their food.

Disappointing, l have been here a few times before and liked it, but it has changed, prices have gone up and quality of food has gone down. Garlic bread was a dry panini roll with barely any garlic butter, l had garlic prawns with chilli butter, 3 prawns for $24, they were nicely grilled but not seasoned, l asked for salt and this took a while as the lady took the empty one off the table to refill it, by the time she got back l had 1/2 prawn left, l added salt to this one and it was the only one l actually tasted a bit of chilli. The others had pizza, l also tried a piece, it was just ok, similar to a supermarket pizza, no where as good or as fresh tasting as the pizzas from Zonas in Sunshine. Last time we went all the tables were full, this time it was a Saturday night and there were plenty of tables available.

Birthday dinner for four. Our table was right next to the takeaway counter and register with waitstaff constantly standing at the register, felt very intrusive as if they were constantly staring and gawking. 2 chicken parmas, neither were finished, soggy and flooded with cheese. Lamb cutlets unfinished. Rigatoni Broccoli, first time out the dish was cold. Sent back, second time out the pasta was so undercooked it was chewy and stuck to my teeth. Sent it back again. Very small portion size for a pasta main. Ordered a pizza for takeaway and were told they'd inform us when pizza was ready. It was ready and sitting on top of the oven for nearly 20 minutes before we enquired. Waitstaff ringing the service bell jokingly was not needed, house music blaring over the speaker unfortunately pointing right towards our table. Unpleasant environment, poor food quality, will not try dining in again.

We opted for something different—Rosemary & Potato pizza, with mozzarella, bocconcini, caramelized onions, and extra pumpkin. There’s also a range of pastas to choose from, including the Seafood Linguine Marinara that we loved. For something a little different, we chose the Grilled Lamb Couscous with vegetables, pesto and yogurt dressing. A taste of Italy fused with Victorian-sourced produce. Food was good and service was amazing, but a major drawback was that all the dishes were really salty.

The pizzas here are nice but never enough topping doesn't even reach halfway to the crust. Ordered an illusion it had a lemon in it and a lemon taste they need to google how to make one. Ordered garlic prawns and they came with the heads on it not a pleasant eating experience sauce was nice. Had to ask twice for bowl of chips ordered, when you are halfway through your meal and the quickest thing to cook finally arrives its disappointing. Bring everything out together. Wouldn't split the bill at the end, have done it previously today told no. It was to be split for 2 people not several need a sign to show if you no longer going to do this.

Lunch for 5 of us. Shared really nice cheesy garlic pizza. Then I had rigatoni with napoli sauce and chili. Husband had calamari which came with chips and salad. Ordered Carbonara and Arancini on Tuesday night via Uber Eats. For context , all I ate prior to this on Tuesday was some toast. The carbonara tasted chalky but put that down to the pasta undercooked. Woke up Wednesday and have been bed ridden since , going to the bathroom non stop, body aches , chills and unable to keep food down. Spoke to my doctor who believes it is food poisoning and can only put it down to the Carbonara. 3 days of lost wages ( as I’m too I’ll to work tomorrow ) due to something completely preventable in a difficult economy , not to mention how horribly sick I’ve been the past 2 days.

I think the waiter/manager looking man could be more friendly. It definitely made the family feel uncomfortable and we're not excited to go back and dine in for that reason.There is major room for improvement on his attitude. The pizzas are fantastic, love them here. The garlic prawns were mediocre. Kids meals was ok. All in all I think the food is enjoyable, atmosphere slightly dated and that manager/waiter who served us I think was the biggest downside today, I just wanted to get out of there. The variety of parma's is great, some interesting choices as well though I do wish the Irish parma had more potato on at least more than three slivers of a potato. Driven past here a few times and it was a Saturday night visit, which saw the place quite busy. Luckily we had a booking. Good seating array and friendly staff which made customer service great. Good Italian style menu. I went for the chicken parmigiana which was fresh and up there with one of the best ones I've had. Chips were the thin cut French fries style. Seafood Linguine was good I am told. Wait time for meals was very good. Around $75 for two people. Good spot for a date.

This used to be one of my favourite restaurant, to the point that we dined here almost every week (either eat in or take away). We used to know almost everyone there (as soon as I made a phone call to book a table or order take away, they recognised me and said hello). About a year ago, the quality of their food really went down and we stopped frequenting their restaurant. Anyway, last Sunday, we had some visitors with kids and they all wanted to eat pizza and so we decided to give Pacinos another chance. We order 2 large pizzas (a Hawaiian and a The Lot). They both were dry and burnt. The photo will tell you better than my words. Felt so sorry for the kids!

the food is not great lack’s flavour, dry everytime we order takeaway i end up cooking to fix what’s been ordered due to the low quality of the food. milkshakes are insanely over priced and when it came to the table it didn’t even have whipped cream and very basic cheap garnish, milkshakes need whipped cream! when we dined there this week along with the plain milkshakes there was an old man working there who was being very touchy with the waitresses you could clearly see the discomfort in their faces and made it very uncomfortable for customers to have to see. overall not a great experience

I placed an order at 5:30pm on a Thursday night via Uber eats which I wouldn’t consider peak hour to order food. I live a 2min drive from the restaurant and my order arrived at 6:15pm. I ordered the lasagne and linguini carbonara as a quick take out option for me and my toddler. The food was dry, oily and inedible . Even my toddler who LOVES pasta said ‘this is yucky Mummy!’ It honestly looked as though it had been cooked the day before and re heated. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Can't believe I haven't been here before, this place is amazing! I highly recommend the ribs, full of flavour and juicy! The mushroom carbonara is equally just as good, just amazing. We brought our toddler and she couldn't get enough. The paella was yummy but in my opinion had too much saphron but everyone else loved it. The garlic prawn was delicious, definitely a crowd pleaser. Overall, loads of parking, good family orientated facilities. Super friendly staff and beaming atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend this place. I have gone multiple times and have never been disappointed. When I first tried here I thought the prices might have been higher than I'd like but I got way more food than I expected and it tastes incredible. The owner has always been welcoming, and adjust food as needed for dietary requirements. If you are looking for the most authentic Italian food, restaurant and food, then eat here.

Recommend booking ahead. Really busy on a Friday night - waited 10-15 minutes for a table for 2. Food was delicious, will definitely go back. Used an entertainment book voucher for 25% off. Was a little put off by different menu prices between take away and eat in. We were picking what to order off the menu board above the counter whilst waiting, then found that prices increased when we got menus at the table.

Wonderful family restaurant to dine at. Staff were very attentive and service was great! We had a booking for 16ppl and the food was delicious. Some of the best pasta I've had in a long time. Been coming here for years and posting pics but today was our last time. Although the food was great, we were given unfriendly service by the main waiter (manager?). We were also over-charged $21(!) on our bill and, although this was eventually acknowledged, we were offered no apology either verbally or by way of a complimentary drink or coffee for next time. Disappointed.

We ate here on a Saturday night. Plenty of other seats around but we were placed between the serving station and the toilets. Service was good and responsive, food good too. Fair pricing. $69 for 2 lemon lime bitters, triple dips for entree and 1x mixed grill that we shared. It's good honest food, just pity about our seating. Average experience all round, not complaining.

Amazing food, Chorizo pizza was the best we've ever had all ingredients were really high quality, would definitely come again. Service was also excellent, staff regularly checking if we needed anything, food was served really quickly aswell.

Absolutely, flawless. I've been going here for the last year, and the staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond, from breakfast to dinner, it's perfect for all occasions. The food can be on the pricy side depending on what you order, however it is well and truly worth it. Also has a great selection of drinks. Highly recommend trying out the gourmet pizza range.

It's ok. Over priced for what you get. The service is good, but the meals need lots of improvement. Below photo if my meal looks good, but did not taste good. It was warm. Sauce not properly cooked. Cheese was like a big chewy gum with no taste. Meat dry. Chips were below standard. Not my first time and decided to try them again, but know now not to return.

Food is consistently good and price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. Pork ribs were massive (even for half rack) and meaty. Also love the seafood pasta (cant remember the actual name from the menu) and really appreciate adding the fresh chilli in it when requested. Great service too. Note: can be quite busy on Fridays and weekends.

Wonderful place to go out for a date, with family or with friends! The service is absolutely lovely and the food is affordable and huge servings! Went for the Parma night and it was superb :)

Great place to eat - reasonable pricing and big portions. We got the bruschetta, seafood pasta and a pizza - all super delicious and we were so full by the end of it. They also provided takeaway containers so we could enjoy it the next day. Staff super friendly as well!

One of my go to places never really disappointed. Staff are great. Very roomy for a pram and big family visits. Pizza is honestly great quality they do such good work on this. Every time I leave I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Had dinner at Pacino's with my family. Service was good and do was the food. We ordered a garlic pizza, lamb salad, calamari salad, ribs and a parmi. Serving sizes are large, we couldn't finish the ribs or parmi. Prices are reasonable, our meals totalled $120. I'd have no problems recommending Pacino's.

Such a great vibe, brilliant food, and the service was to a standard of luxury in an affordable relaxed place. Will definitely come back here on my next trip.

Enjoyed a delicious pasta meal for my first visit here. They managed to make room for 3 of us even when full. Service was very efficient. I was surprised at how fast the food came out. Staff were friendly and very switched on. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Visited this place for the first time, since the new original owners took over and i’m glad we did. We had the benny’s mob and the big guns, It was absolutely delicious. We will be back again. :)

The restaurant is family friendly, reasonable prices, staff are very friendly and helpful. My family was here for Monday night Parma $12 plus side extra $2. The Parma is very big serve can serve two people. Taste good. Their pizzas is delicious my kids love it.

The staff are friendly and the food was ok, definitely not Italian though. Italian family resturant is not a good description. The food was not authentic Italian at all. The montepulciano wine was nice.

Dined in tonight with 6 of us. Called 10mins before arriving and they happily accommodated us. Brilliant service, lovely atmosphere, food was delicious! Couldn't find a fault. Even going to the bathroom was clean & tidy. Will happily return asap!

First time here, and it was amazing. Great atmosphere, very friendly service and amazing food. Highly recommended

Best chilli muscles we have ever had and all the other food was delicious. Service is amazing, the staff are so friendly. Will squeeze in another visit during our stay for sure! 10/10

Had been wanting to try this one for a long time. Went there for a late lunch. Not too crowded because of the odd hours and the food came quick. Staff was great and food was alright. Might have to come again to try a few different things

I've noticed the parma is under cooked with the crumb being claggy and soggy, and the chicken within the sub standard crumb. The parma chicken is noticably thinner. And two straight weeks now only have fries and no beer battered chips.

I've been dying to try Pacino's and was not disappointed. Food was so delicious and friendly service made it a most enjoyable night

23/03/2020 only doing takeaway orders the usual $10 parmas cost $25 each but was actually blown away with the size of the parma and it was absolutely delicious thanks for staying open during the high risk times.

Beautiful place, staff really friendly and attentive. Music is so fitting, really good atmosphere! Food yummy ! Vito, I'm guessing the owner, very friendly and remembered my name when I came back.

We ordered kids pasta, 2 parmi and ckicken ceaser salad. We couldn't finished it and we requested a container for bringing home the leftover. The food was yummy and the size plate generous

Do NOT get a schnitzel. It was Melbourne Show time and very busy, but still was not even worth the $10 we paid. Get something else and pay the extra.

Absolutely great food (had the lamb cutlets and Nutella pizza for dessert)!! Really tasty and decent serving. Great service and nice casual vibe.
