All too often I have had to pick up a delivery from the depot because they claim that no one was home at the time of delivery. Even though I have been home. I have since installed a camera doorbell and now see what has been occuring. They will tap lightly once on the door, do not ring the doorbell. Then 5 seconds later spend the next 1 and a half minutes filling in the you weren't home card, and walk away. They do not knock a second time. Even though they were standing at the door for almost 2 minutes.

Package specifically states it can be left unattended and I added “please leave on porch” - and doesn’t require a signature - and they still wouldn’t leave it stating ‘there was so suitable safe place to leave it’ and it was supposed to come on a Friday, yet the cart left says I can’t pick it up from the parcel collection until Tuesday.. ‍♀️

It was a terrible experience for me. I went to collect urgent parcel and they didn’t open the parcel collection door for me even though I kept pressing the buzzer next to it.

Ridiculous hours. How is a working person expected to collect an important parcel when they close at 2pm, and don’t open weekends??! Australia Post are useless

Had to go here to collect a parcel as delivery wasn't attempted, just a card left. Staff member who attended was rude and dismissive.

Open Monday to Friday only. Till 2pm
