This property was allocated to an agent who couldn't make the viewing. I didn't even receive a response from the agent regarding my application. I received a response from a colleague of the agent upon my inquiry. This colleague was also the agent who stood in to show me the cottage. What a pity that the property was not allocated to the colleague who seems to be picking up the pieces. Also a pity that I have to generalize about the lack of professionlism and unresponsiveness. I'm wondering what kind of tenancy I am going to experience if this is the quality of service I have already experienced.
