My very pregnant sister ordered food tonight from this location. My other lil sister and I stopped by to bring her and her children a few items that they needed and helped her take her trash out. While we were at the car talking, a car starts rolling down the street talking very rude and unprofessionally , now at the time it could have been anyone but she then proceeded to tell the person on the phone who I found out later after I called was another Papa Johns employee that she has driven around twice and called and was about to pull off. The only problem with that statement is that it was a partial LIE! Now, she probably missed her call but she did NOT DRIVE AROUND TWICE; All three of us , the sister who called the order in and the two in the car (me being one) were all outside by her building , so she definitely didn't ride around twice; She actually never stopped in front of her building. My sister asks, "Are you from Papa John's"?, The female driver replied yes, but due to her being so rude, my sister told her to keep the food. Now, I was going to pay for the food and just get the money back from my sister; Another thing to note is that she is heavily pregnant, it was going to take her some time to come outside if she weren't already out there, and the missed calls were due to her forgetting to bring her phone outside. I started to say something but remained quiet. I called the store afterwards to speak with a manager and the other female employee who was on the phone with the rude driver attempted to take up for her, she then puts the manager on the phone who does the same thing. I'm going to call the corporate office . The service is not up to par and they are rude and unprofessional. It shouldn't matter where a person lives, if they're paying for service and requesting it then they deserve the proper service like everyone else. The driver nor the two store workers appeared to care and it's unacceptable. When they close this location down , I won't be surprised. Eat elsewhere.

WORST PAPA JOHNS.. Let me correct myself, WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM EVER. I’ve had so many issues with this place. First starting off with the fact that if you pay by card, you aren’t guaranteed to receive your food. I’ve tried paying with my card multiple times before and i NEVER get my pizza delivered. They just take your money. When you try to reach out to the them the phone just rings and the only way to get your money back is if you complain to the headquarters. So i stopped paying with card because they SCAM you. I’ve had times where it took over 3 hours when it did deliver and I live less than 15 minutes away. Well today, I tried to order one last time because papa Johns used to be my favorite pizza place... well let me just tell you that they literally took my pizza piece by piece and threw it in the box from the looks of it. I tried to contact the manager, who was rude and refused to give me his name, and he hung up on me! I get a voicemail from him saying that they tried to redeliver a new pizza, but nobody even tried to knock on my door and deliver it. This place needs to be taken down or they need new staff because they don’t care about their jobs and what they do. Ps. I got his full name after I called the store back and had to ask another employee and his name is Harrison Millie. Thanks to him, Papa Johns just lost a loyal customer.

I ordered my pizza at 8:02 pm. First of all the lady who answered the phone act like she couldn't understand English I had to continue repeating my card number slowly and she still didn't understand. After she finally understood my card information, she said "Your delivery will be ready in 30mins." The time is now 9:20 and now I hear that the pizza will be delivered by 9:30-40. Ready for the worst part? I live in Mayfair which is not even far from Papa Johns, probably like a 8-10min drive. Why does it take so long to be delivered? I can see if I lived further but its literally walking distance smh. I'm never ordering a delivery again next time I'll walk to pick-up or just choose a more professional Papa Johns. Smh

I read the reviews on here and got nervous after I had already placed my order. Since I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail after lacing an online order I called to make sure they got my order, the young lady who answered was very polite and said my driver was leaving out and would be there shortly. The young lady who was the driver got to my house very fast and was also very polite. The pizza had slid to one side of the box, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Guess I caught em on a good night, but this pace is straight! I’ll be going back! Stop sicin personal issues on here to give this place a bad rep, y’all got me nervous for nothing, they cool. Order y’all Papa Johns man!

Terrible delivery service and poor customer service I ordered 2 pizzas, a drink and dessert from this location yesterday and was beyond disappointed. After ordering online and being given an estimated delivery time of about 10:50-11:04, I checked the pizza tracking and found the status of my order was delivered (it was most certainly not delivered). I called the store 3 times only to be assured that my order was “on the way” or “the next stop”. Nearly and hour after the estimated delivery time and 40 mins after being told I was the next stop, my order arrived....cold and hard. The only decent part of the order was the soda.

Horrible delivery service! I placed a delivery order and the delivery driver was just lazy. He advised me that it was their store policy that they don’t deliver to customers doors, which is a lie because I always get delivery service and every other driver has delivered directly to my door. So he left without delivering my order that I already paid for and getting my money back was a hassle I called into the store 3 times, explained the dilemma and been placed on hold for more than 15minutes each time.. still no solution about getting me my order or my money back. I will never support this particular branch ever again.

I ordered a pizza at 2:44pm and then didn't receive my order until 6:25pm. I continued to call and recieved an automated call about my order, then called again finally an actual person answered the phone, she was very rude with her communication and told me to call back 10min if I didn't recieve my order. I called back 10min later and was sent a new order then only offering cinnamon balls as compensation for my time waiting and wasted another 1hour and 30min passed and the Delivery driver didn't come to my door. The pizza of course wasn't fresh or hot. This was a very trifling, disrespectful and disgusting experience.

The most worst customer service ever the after asking for a refund because I ordered online the girl gave the phone to the driver. First if you going to put someone on the phone make sure it’s the manager. And second they told me he will come back to deliver food and I waited for a hour called again and she put the driver on the phone and he was so rude and nasty I was never once rude or nasty I was calm and patient with them so for them to act like that toward a paying customer. They need to A hire new people or B close the whole business. This is unacceptable like really. Wish I could give a negetive stars

I was disrespected by the foreign lady at the call center so my order was never placed. But I do want to graciously apologize to the woman and manager who did try to help me. I was just over exhausted from the foreign lady at the call center constantly disrespecting me and my character as a man and valued consumer. I just wanted to hang up on the woman so I don't take my anger for the foreign lady out on her. But she called me back and got the backlash that she never had deserved.

I live one block in fact not even a block a half a block from the store. Every time I order pizza I have to call them and ask them to be the first delivery and they never listen and I end up being the last delivery by the time I get my pizza it is ice cold like it's been sitting for hours. Just spoke to the manager Carlos and he acted like I was lying telling me I can't be the first delivery it goes to who orders first. I will never order again from the store. I ordered the pizza at 6:37 and just received it at 8:10 p.m.

Horrible experience. Tried to order a pizza back on July 27th (974922341) for my neice. Driver dropped it off at the wrong house. Waited an hour and half for a refire after already waiting an hour. No need for the pizza now, called for a refund and was told it would be. Didn't happen. Now I have to wait for corporate to handle it, now that I've missed the window to dispute it on my end. All for $26 smh. Incompetence all around. Never again.

Please do not order from this place I ordered here a total of two times the first time they never bought my food when I called back numerous of times to check on my order they claimed they had the wrong address or phone number.... throw the whole Papa Johns away no phone etiquette, customer service sucks they keep lying say your food coming and never comes they eat the food you pay for and lie!!!

The cashier put his hand in my food. It's an open space, you can easily see. A few fries fell over and he thought it was a good idea to throw them back over vs the cook. I asked for new fries and told him why. Problem but wtv. The cook steps into the back, comes out brushing his hands, and with those same hands decides to transfer my food with the new fries. I'm done, money back Please!!!

Loved this location and how friendly the staff was. I've placed large corporate orders in the past and they never disappoint. They aways go above and beyond even ensuring mulitple times that I will be picking up my order the next day. Staff here is always willing to help and food is very consistent. Order from here and you'll always get top notch Papa John's quality and service!

Horrible. Many times, they lie they don’t deliver when they say. They told me to go to capital hill if I want pizza. If you order after 9:15 you won’t receive it. Now I have to drive my pregnant wife around town. You will never get my business and I’ll direct as many away from this one as I can. I really use to like you guys. Even worked there in college but this is disgusting.

This location hasn’t been open for too long, but the service and quality are surprisingly good for a typical Papa John’s. The only location that seems to pay attention to special requests input for online and mobile orders. I always ask for extra sauce and get it. Only gripe is parking, or lack thereof. Other than that this location has been great so far.

Im not totally certain that he's the manager but if he's not he definitely possesses the qualities of one...A Mr.James who took our orders gave us EXCELLENT customer service...so much in fact that we inquired about being able to leave a review or take some sort of a survey... Absolutely will be a repeat customer thanks to this young man.

I would like to commend the young lady answering the phones at the Minnesota Ave, NE store. You went beyond the call of duty to assist me with ordering for my mom who lives in a senior building. You don't get good customer service from young people working so I am extremely appreciative.

This location has the most disrespectful delivery driver and a lying manager. When I initially called the driver to check my order he had an attitude. No reason to have gotten upset when I asked him to bring pizza to the door. He even said

My wife ordered me a online special that came with 2 large 2 toppings pizza was 1/1/2 hour late then she orders me a 2 liter soda with the same order never got my soda make several attempts never got my soda from 7pm til now 10:57 pm .
