BEST JEWLERY STORE NORTHSIDE, I'm honestly speechless with the customer service I have received today blown away today I came in looking for a specific colour women's ring for my girl not gonna lie finding a ring that I like and think she would love with in a good price is hard to do the lovely lady who works here sized every single pink ring on display and was more than happy to not gonna lie it was probably over 25 of them and she still insisted to help still with a smile at the end of our conversation I was so happy blown away and speech less I ended up picking up a mindblowing ring for the best price in all of edmonton they have really unique custom pieces of really high quality pieces reminds me a trax NYC in New York highly recomend best store in the city thank you guys will be coming back.

I can't say enough about the service at Paramount Jewellers. I went in to get my rings resized. Not only were they done ahead of time but they fit great and they look amazing. I also met Sarah, she helped me with everything, we looked at rings and bangles, she answered all my questions, we chatted. Bought my son a gold chain and and found out he was Converting to muslim so I want to go exchange it for a silver chain and get some money back and the guy said I can't do it. It was only six days after I bought the chain That I tried to do this. He did not want to work with me to exchange for a silver chain and give me the rest of the value.

I ha a very bad experience, I asked for an estimate to get my ring fix and they just fixed it with out asking me first. It took 3 months, 7 trips to the store and multiple calls to get my ring and other jewelry I left to be fixed. Very disappointed. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of Amit’s wife, she was very nice.

Good place to buy and sell your jewelery. Lotsa choices when buying. Special mention to Amy (if that's her actual name) who helped me pick out stuff and my wife loved it. No pressure sales,went above and beyond to showcase jewelry till I was sure about the one. Definitely recommend this place and would go back again.
