The owner was very ABUSIVE TOWARDS the staff because they have mixed up my name and car model. EXTEREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL! The owner was not welcoming at all, he was excusing that I have not booked through them but somewhere else!? The staff has given me a price over the phone a day ago, when I drive there for 1 hour and 30 minutes on the next day, the owner has given me completely different price, and said he would "NOT TOUCH" my car at a given price by them. I told him that if the staff has mistaken, I can totally understand that but it is your responsibility to correct that mistake and NOT to make the customer MORE unhappy. But he has refused to give the service but instead kept blaming his staff. Which does not help anyone but it instead raise more conflict! INSTEAD, He could very easily tolareted the situation and make the customer happy for the time being by starting the service. Then he could politely warn his staff for their mistake after I left. And he did choose to make the mistake worsen. So he choosed to receive this review instead. I have wasted 3 hours for that. The service not been done, and now he put me difficult situation towards the company I work for. Careless & unprofessional place. We needed a good mechanic for company cars I definetly DO NOT recommend this place! Lucky that we have GOOGLE REVIEWS!

My experience was bad, I normally go to NRMA service in parramatta as they were booked out for 2 weeks, I was desperate to get my car serviced and get little things fixed. My major concern was the car’s battery as it would take more than 4-5 key rounds to fire the engine. I explained in detail to the owner and he said he will take a look and fix. 2 hours later, When they called me to come pick up the car I was quite dubious if they really checked the things which I asked them to do. To my ratification, they clearly haven’t done anything to fix my concern. All I get is regular service like oil and routine checks at a ridiculously over priced. Owner wasn’t there when I went to pick up the car, the boys who work there don’t exactly know what to check so they did a routine service, I have been asked to refer the report (clearly nothing was done as per) and talk to the boss. They also mentioned that they didn’t have enough time to fix the car and they have other cars to work on, hence the regular service. I was so disappointed, thought I could share so that no one else falls in this trap. Well if you get your car frequently serviced and you know the boss then one would want to go there because they will have time to check clearly not for newbees.

One of a kind I must say! I wanted to replace normal airfilter with K&N airfilter. Kam was upfront with me on the call, he said "If it's 2 mins work I won't charge you". I ended up going there today without booking appointment. He gladly replaced the airfilter and refused to take any payment. One another mechanic quoted me $40 bucks for the same job, a job which only took abt 5 mins. Not about the money but in today's world no one does anything for free except for a very few who have set principles. From now on I am going to use them for General Service too. Thanks again Kam.

Going here for 10 years Never had any problems with Kam's work or prices. He always had the best prices for service and repairs to my previous car (1998 Camry wagon), current car (ASX) & gf's 2006 Astra. He has always provided sound advice on what had to be done & what could wait a while. No hesitation in recommending Parramatta Automotives. For the guy earlier complaining about a $960 bill for his Camry, my guess is engine or suspension. Old cars need parts replaced, that's how it is.

Recently moved to Parramatta and was in need of a new mechanic for my pink slip. Called through to see if they're able to do a pink slip but she advised that they're fully booked until next week Thursday. She then helped me and told me to bring my car in asap and they can work on my car between jobs. Customer service was great and they were friendly. Definately my go to mechanic in Parramatta now!

The manager is a desperate man who rips customer off 1. Replace things on your car without permission. 2. Repair half of the problem with a reasonable charge. Wait until you come again and rip you off. If you don't pay whatever he wants you to pay, you can't get your car fixed and you lose the money you've paid before. He charged me $580 for something I actually got from another shop at $280.

Highly recommended for your cars, as I just love the honesty and the work done on my car. I went there on 2 different occasions (Regular service & Blue Slip) and was equally impressed both times. I just received my car back. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. The owner is very honest and trustworthy. This guy ripped me off. I went to this guy for a blue slip for my Toyota Camry which is year 2000 model and he charged me $960 for small work. The cost of the car would not be more than $2000. I was desperate to get it done same day. Being new in Sydney I did not have any contacts to guide me.

I've only gotten pink slips from here. I've given a high rating because I'm happy with what I got, an easy no fuss, same day, service for a reasonable price. They aren't going to win any customer service awards and I'm not sure if I would bring my car in for any other type of service.

Needed to undertake a blue slip to move registration from Qld to NSW for a 2018 A250. Booked an appointment online and had a phone call back shortly thereafter confirming the booking for later during the week. Rocked up and it was all taken care of from that point in. great service.

An honest and efficient car service center, they wont fleece you of your hard earned money by doing something that is not required. Am a regular customer and Kam knows my car inside out now, he advises me what is right for the car and what is not. My car loves him.

Kam has always been professional in his services. He even goes an extra mile for the customers. He once waited for me till 2 PM on Saturday even though they close at 1 PM just so that I can get my car inspection done for REGO renewal and save my weekend trip.

Amazing service. Dropped in on the way to Mudgee with a coolant light on on the weekend before Not only re-filled checked for leaks. Found issue with oil, fixed that so we could be on our way to Mudgee after planning our weekend for ages. Thank you.
