Furnace repair, quoted $800 and I was denied coverage from my insurance company. They never contacted me again and I used another company that charged $310 and the insurance company covered the bill. Ask to quote for new furnace and was told that I had to pay for a quote, I know that you don't have to pay for a quote (please let me pay you for selling me a new furnace). It didn't matter anyway they never called me back I guess I am not their type of customer. Same day: Had a leak in my home an the repair technician complained that the basement was dirty. Yes, water getting all of the basement floor can really make your floor dirty. What does this guy say when it sewage??? There is way to many other plumbing & heating companies that can do the same job, use another company.

Quality work, great customer service. My kitchen sink was leaking, and my washer standpipe was blocked, so I called Parsons. The plumber was out the next day, and showed me that my 50-year-old drain system was beginning to disintegrate. He installed new drain and parts, and put me in contact with someone to help me with the standpipe (who also turned out to be great). The bill was extremely fair, and they even called back to help me with questions I had about the work. Will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs from now on!

This company cleaned our furnace and the worker forgot to have a filter/bag on his vacuum and blew fine greasy black soot all through the house. They refused to compensate for his error. Moreover, they were very unprofessional and did not even respond to emails and their receptionist screened calls to deny access to staff. She rudely giggled while giving excuse after excuse why staff were not available. The attached photo shows how black my socks were from walking around the house after this incident.

I am sorry to say that I have not received such terrible service ever with any service provider. Specially if you are dealing with a Insurer or home warranty program - because Insurers are their customers not the home-owners and they make all efforts to please the insurers by giving reasons to deny claims, Home-owners are not at all their priority. Beware - their technicians will help find reasons on why your claim should be denied. So hire them at your own risk.

I needed a new hot water tank, and they were one of the dealers of the brand I had. The fellow I spoke with said he wasn't sure he had a tech free, and suggested that I call around, since my need was urgent. He freely gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which was much appreciated. That made me feel as though he had my interests at heart, instead of trying to make a buck at my expense. I thought that spoke of integrity and customer oriented priorities.

Over the years every plumbing job Parsons has ever done at our home has always been well executed, their staff are very capable, cheerful and professional and their jobs are always finished on time. If the job is outside their sphere of expertise, the company usually recommends one who can carry out the task to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Parsons Plumbing to anyone and without reservation.

I thought we should record our thanks for exceptional service, something I rarely do. Our hot water heater quit on the coldest December in 25 years, and Parsons were booked for days ahead on emergencies. The office phoned Bill, who was out and about, and he rang us within five minutes. We went down to the basement and he talked us through resetting it. Hot water was restored in an hour. Thanks to all at Parsons.

Do not recommend at all. We asked for a written estimate for a claim and they would not provide it, despite me calling weekly. Finally, 6 weeks later and too late for the claim, they sent an inflated invoice with extra time charged. And they even charged us for a fuse one of their workers blew. Worst of all, our problem is not fixed. Avoid them.

They were supposed to repair the air conditioning system in our building. It is not working properly and is not blowing s trong enough to cool the suites off even marginally. Worst service in the world as far as I'm concerned.
