In short, we waited an hour for breakfast! When we ordered there were only a few people in the restaurant. Other people arrived and received their breakfast before us. On leaving, we complained to the manager who refused to understand what happened and said if the food took too long go complain to the cook in the kitchen. Absurd!!! She refused to acknowledge her responsibility as a manager. We've been going here for over a decade...not anymore!!! The food has been going downhill for years...too salty and the metal chairs are cold and uncomfortable. Awful experience in an awful restaurant!!!
Maybe it’s decent if you are in the area but it wasn’t worth the drive for me. The duck eggs Benedict was very, very bland, though texturally it was cooked well. I picked up a pastry to try and found it to be very one note with only one soft texture. It might’ve been better with some crunchy elements. For the price of one item I was expecting to at least like what I had rather than find it okay, especially when competitors are doing more for less. There are more fulfilling patisseries closer to me, but I still liked the atmosphere of sitting down with friends. The servers were quite nice.
Wonderful cafe with fantastic food. We have to drive 30 mins to get to woodbine but it’s worth it. Freshly made and kind, attentive staff. One thing I would suggest, although I gave five stars, is the staff to be well aware of what ingredients are in the food. My partner is allergic to chocolate and two times I double checked before buying things, just like the banana pie in the photo and also ameratto cookie which had chocolate and she was in agony after eating. However highly recommend!
It was on my list for a while after I tried one of their cakes in a friend's house. The cake was good and not overly sweet/sugarly. I tried their pastries yesterday and they were great. Coffee was average though. Its a must try place, we will definitely be coming back.

Was recommended to me by a friend. Went a few times. Both times I did sit down I'm left with an empty cup 10+ minutes. Light traffic one time, completely dead the other. Mentioned it to them. Facetious apology, no attempt to improve. Went to Tim's for another cup and late for work. Staff was nicer there. Food's great but service is everything.

I come here every now and again, and I love it every time. The brunch is delish and well-priced, plus all the bread they used is baked in-house. Unlike some other reviews, I didn’t have any problems with the speed or quality of service. I appreciated that I was allowed to sit and chat with the people I was with, and weren’t rushed with the bill. I definitely recommend the vegetarian benny or the ducky BABS.
The Cranberry Blueberry Bun is a definite 10/10 – incredibly soft and just the right amount of sweetness, with a delightful cranberry flavour. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was served on freshly baked in-house bread. It was absolutely delicious. The poutine arrives in a generous portion and in the best way possible taste like McDonald’s French fries and poutine. Overall, a fantastic experience.
I had the French Onion Soup and a Croque Madame. Very tasty. I would have preferred to have them served separately, though: a hot sandwich after the soup was done. It was unpleasantly loud: hard surfaces and no acoustic panels. But people seem to enjoy themselves.

I popped in today to pick up a few things from the bakery. I did not dine in. I purchased a day old loaf of sourdough, a pumpkin loaf and lemon poppyseed loaf. I was charged $24 dollars. The pumpkin loaf and lemon loaf are not very good. I'm pretty disappointed considering how much they cost. Happy with the loaf of sourdough though. More
Amazing bakery. Great food. Even greater prices. My only complaint is the coffee. Bakery coffee is always delicious but this was just bad. I got two cups and the second was worse than the last! It basically tastes like coffee flavored water. Which usually means the beans aren't ground fine enough. Other than that, love this place!!
Scrumptious vegetarian eggs benedict with roasted potatoes. Latte was good as well.. Friendly and quick service. Was there at 9am and there was lots of tables, by 9:30 it was packed. Will definitely be back.

I have never had better cakes!! This is my go to bakery and I recommend it to everyone. I absolutely love this place. We get at least 1-2 cakes/month from here. My fave flavours are chocolate mouse, cappuccino mouse, and chocolate grand marnier. The staff are super friendly too.
Very friendly service and the options range from breads/buns, loaves, some pies, and a good variety of pastries. The lighting inside is kind of dim, however there are several tables and even some outside (patio). The pastries we had were tasty and had a nice texture!
Cute bakery with cafe. Nice place for a breakfast date. I didn’t like their smoked salmon however everything else on my plate was delicious. I have now gone twice and would recommend anything with duck. All their breads a made in house and are absolutely delicious.
I absolutely love this place. We regularly get delicious lunches, snacks and coffees from here, their cronuts are the best, we have ordered many beautiful cakes from them, and they did an amazing job on our wedding catering and cake! Highly recommend.
A cute little hidden treasure of a Patisserie and a brunch spot in Woodbine! Service is a little slow but probably due to the fact that there's only 2 staff working the front- bakery/pastries portion AND the brunch/meals seating section.
Mixed feelings about this bakery/cafe as I visited here with high expectations. My salmon benny was loaded with delicious salmon and the eggs cooked to a perfect medium, but it was cold, not even luke warm. I would have asked them to fix
The food is a little pricey but delicious! Especially the banana bread french toast! The atmosphere in the cafe is nice and the art displayed on the wall changes once and a while so you always have new art to look at while you eat.
The Salmon Benny and hashbrown was made into perfection. The smoked salmon is not in house but feels like it. The hashbrowns were crispy and has an amazing after taste. The cake was smooth, not too sweet and not heavy. Great staff.
We were there 2021 and were turned away because we didn’t have vaccine passport. The lady was so mean to us. She didn’t even offer curb delivery services, she just decided to use her authoritarian power to kick us out. More
Dog friendly patio. Decent amount of tables inside and outside and not too busy around 10am on a Sunday. Service outside was lacking a little and I felt I'd been forgotten but was fine. The new brunch sandwiches are great!
Great food, service and really fairly priced.

What a lovely place!! I had one of the best chicken salads I have ever eaten!! All interesting and delicious ingredients tossed together. Well done. Will definitely recommend the patisserie to friends. More
Incredible breakfast and super friendly staff. They were down a person on a incredibly busy Sunday morning and still managed to provide phenomenal customer service.
The Duck Benny, Duck Confit, brie cheese, and sour cherry compote is an exquisite dish to die for. A must have. An amazing latte beforehand set the mood.
Wonderful Brunch place, homey Café feel. Love their eggs, Benedict, and coffee and hot chocolate. Also, have sweet donuts and cheesecake.
The food was amazing, and the service was great! Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Likely won't be back. Have enjoyed popping in to pick up pastries many times in the past. But last few visits have been pretty meh.
This is one of the fanciest bakeries I've ever encountered. Beautiful pastries, and very French. We ended up going twice.
Overpriced items Mediocre quality Ordered a banana bread hoping it’d be fresh.
