Terrible service just does not do it! Honestly we ordered at 4pm and went to collect at 6pm. I understand they just came out of loadshedding. But the line was so long. They weren’t taking new orders. (Even though ours was placed 2 hrs prior) we just waited and waited as the staff refused to assist anyone. 3 workers blatantly walked past us and ignored me. The food was cold and WRONG! They said it was just the sticker. Got out of there only at 7pm. How ridiculous!? Your food might be great but your staff seriously needs some TLC. I mean where’s the managers ? A lady came to take the cash outs. Looked at the situation. And walked away. How can you be so oblivious to how your business is run !? Catch a wake up guys. Why say you going to do something about it when you just send an email saying sorry about what happened. And close the complaint. Useless

While the food at Pedro's was enjoyable, I was disappointed by the very long wait time of over 2 hours to receive my online order. The location seems understaffed, which likely contributes to the delays. I would suggest increasing staffing levels, especially on busy nights, to help ensure more timely service. Additionally, the manager could benefit from improving communication with customers about order status and expected wait times. This would set reasonable expectations upfront. Overall, I want to see Pedro's succeed - it's a local favorite for a reason! With some operational improvements and better customer service, it can live up to its full potential. I hope the owner considers feedback like mine from loyal customers who wish to see Pedro's continue serving our community for years to come.

This was our third time being given bad service...I convince my family to go there because I love their meals mara iyooo it got worse this time...I believe it was my mistake not mentioning that it's a takeaway or stay in...okay I rectified it immediately after paying for our order. We were served after the people who were behind us on a queue...that was then sorted...iyooo worst of them all is when I asked the other lady for a doggy bag...I almost cried... asking myself why do we keep on coming to this restaurant even if the treatment is sooo bad...I kept consoling myself that our days will never be the same...it will get better but instead it got worse... security officer at the mall finally made us smile...it only takes a kind heart to make someone's day very special.

Improvement with the service team would be great as when I order from phone and collect I'd have to wait in line with people who didn't order. Then when collecting food , I'm still made ti wait in queue with people who only ordered at the shop which in turn impacts my waiting time. So leaves me feeling it was pointless ordering over the phone as I'm made to wait twice (when paying and when collecting). For orders made over the phone, accommodation should made separately to those who who buy directly at store.

Worst service ever. Staff has poor to no customer service. Literally each and every customer complained about waiting over an hour for their food. People almost got unruly. I felt so sorry for the one family that placed their order for sit down and after an hour still didnt receive their order. And when the customer complained no one had knowledge of their order. One cashier to service customers for walk-in, phone orders and Mr D. I phoned the call centre to place my order, received SMS to collect order, waited almost an hour to be served just to pay. Got home and our order was completely wrong. Floors are extremely dirty behind the counter.

Placed an online order on Sunday the 19th November 2023. Lady was rude, abrupt, impatient and acted like we did her a favor by ordering at Pedro's. Went Into trade route mall to pay for the order,and was directed to wait in the collections que. I further complained about the engagement to the manager to investigate the call center agent and then revert back to me. I gave her till Wednesday the 22nd to revert. Till now...2023/11/23 @12:17pm... I'm still waiting for my feedback? Absolutely appalling service.

The staff doesn't even care!!! Don't ever bother yourself with this place.

Good day Recently I’ve been trying to buy a double cheese burger from pedros for the past 3 weeks over the Mr delivery app and everything single time I place an order there isn’t any available. I don’t know if they don’t stock enough burgers or what’s the case but it’s really poor of them not have the basic burgers as a franchise. Service is always poor. Orders are never correct, food takes long to get done,and most recently I waited n an empty store for ten minutes to order. Three employees came and went and I stood unhelped. It was only when I finally decided to leave that the cashier acknowledged my presence.
