This shopping center at one time was a nice little location to come, because there was a variety of stores that may accommodate your needs. Such as s record store, shoe shopping for casual or work shoes, drug store, beauty and barbershop. A bank that's still in this location and medical offices in the upper levels of the center. I really missed the option of parking out back if there were not enough parking in the front and having the option of using the escalator to get to stores. Hopefully we can continue to have that option again someday. Parking is not good in this shopping center, there's not enough space for parking in the front. Not enough accessibility for seniors to use this area for parking when picking up medicine or banking use.

It is an o.k area. The cvs is what i use the most. However their pharmacist are among the worst in customer service, not all of them. They always look grim, and grumpy. You'll say good morning or afternoon and they don't reply. The best thing about here is that you can get parking to go do your business. and if there is none immediately, it doesn't usually takes looking for someone to move.

Penn Branch Center offers a limited amount of retail stores with a parking lot. Hopefully they will expand and add more retail stores to the rear of this shopping center. The steps next to the Wells Fargo Bank need an accessible ramp next to the steps for wheelchair access to and from Branch Ave SE sidewalk.

I like the cvs because its well organize and they keep it very clean. They have outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a good sandwich I also recommend going to Subway. I'm also very excited because they going to have a planet fitness.

The construction playing is not good enough for disabled people to get to the bank I think they need to look over their plans and make it easier for seniors and disabled people to be able to get to Wells Fargo Bank

T-mobile's staff was really good at helping me solve my problem with my phone. Although they can be a slow when there's a long line, but that's because they make sure you're taken care of before leaving the store.

Poor Parking for seniors since anyone parks in handicap spaces. Workers come and park ALL DAY, leaving their cars, eliminating available spaces. 7-11 has reseved spaces, reducing number of parking spaces

I'm so grateful that they remolded our community shopping center, however we would like to see a grocery store and a better Cvs, and chic-fil-a or McDonald's in the broke down laundromat.

The shopping center is great its had a facelift there are new stores and even added a new Planet Fitness so the neighborhood is very excited about this addition.

I stopped there to visit 7 Eleven store. It's nice that they added this store here. Conveniently placed. Parking lot well lit. The clerk I met was very nice.

My branch of my bank is there. Bank staff, helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Subway is Subway. CVS is also there. A little jumbled but good.

Strip mall location with jeans and T-shirt stores and a few fast food restaurants and carry out as well . . Okay for casual shopping.
