What professional and friendly service! From the first interaction with Natalie in the office to the visit from Philip for measure and quote. Philip problem solved our french door install issue in my new home, made friends with our dog Ash and installed something very suited to Ash! He even offered to install straight away (at the measure and quote visit) since we had a busy weekend coming up and Ash would be much happier being able to come and go from the house as he pleased whilst we were out. A very professional company who provided an excellent service. I made a query online on the weekend, I was contacted on the Monday, Phil came out and measured my existing window on the Tuesday, and my custom made dog door was fitted on the Friday, at a reasonable cost. Firstly, door was installed quickly and professionally and we have never had an issue with it. Recently, we lost the metal piece at the bottom of the flap that connects with the frame to keep it from flapping in the wind. I emailed Pet Doors about a replacement and, before I knew it, a replacement had arrived in the mail. Gratis. What great customer service. Recommended.

Amazing service and really helpful. They were really patient and took the time to explain the different options for our pets and discussed where we wanted the doors installed. Installation was extremely quick. But most importantly our pets love their doors!! Our doors were installed over 5 years ago and still working perfectly!

Amazing service !!! I had a door installed last week and I misjudged the size I needed . The door I had installed was to small for my dog .
