I received exceptionally poor customer service after an initial email enquiry regarding 2 pieces of vet bed that I ordered. Being an organised person, yes, I ordered the vet bed ahead of time as my litters were not due yet. As most people are aware, Vet Bed should be machine washed at least 5-10 times "before use" so as to rid the material from an immense amount of loose fibres - health and safety risk for puppies and the Dam. This is why I hadn't noticed the sizing difference, as like most things, you should launder them before using / wearing etc. However, there was "NO REQUEST FOR SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION" - THEREFORE NONE COULD BE GIVEN, AND NONE WAS OFFERED, nor was I declined. Happy to provide emails as verification to any person requesting this. I did not ask for an exchange, nor a refund, merely wondered why what I had ordered, 150cm x 154cm, was not what I had received. We measured the back 3 times, and somehow, what we received was crooked, and short on one end - which was the sole basis of my emails. Ange responded saying she'd been on our FB page and the vet bed looked fine. Err, no, it was far from fine. The front looked ok, but the back of the whelping pen was not. I honestly could not believe my ears at her audaciousness. I had conversed with Ange [via email] and another male [who had a thick Scottish accent], the following day over the phone, and couldn't get a word in edgewise. He consistently was rude and wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence and spoke over the top of me continually. He then proceeded to tell me that he'd shown my email to many others, all of which had found it quite funny. * At no time was I requested to provide photos etc. As mentioned there was never any request for a refund, or similar. No doubt, somehow this will be my, the customer's fault. All I wanted was vet bed cut to size to keep pups safe and secure. Should have been simple, and easy. Just as I'd received many times over from other businesses. Thankfully I recorded my conversation. Needless to say, my dealings with Pet Network have come to an abrupt end. Such a shame, a true real shame. PS. Your returns policy states - "Returns and Exchanges No refunds will be given for change of mind purchases or if the customer has purchased the wrong item - a store credit may be applied at the discretion of Pet Network. Goods authorised for return must be in original packaging and fit for re-sale. Refunds on Scissors is subject to inspection as these can be easily damaged. All returns or exchanges are by prior arrangement only. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. Under no circumstances will COD returns be accepted. All claims need to be lodged within a reasonable timeframe (normally no more than 30 days) and subject to inspection by Pet Network. A handling fee may be deducted from the item cost. No refunds will be issued on change of mind purchases for Whelping Boxes, Play Pens or Vet bed due to hygiene reasons." * AGAIN, NO MENTION OF PROVIDING PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE.

Thank You so much Pet Network for making it possible to purchase a replacement for our dog Logan’s favorite toy. We live in the USA and this toy is no longer available here as it is sold out everywhere. I happened to come across Pet Network while continuing to search for this particular toy. Pet Network had the toy and Angela went above and beyond to make a special sale for us with shipping to the USA. It was a real pleasure to have worked with Angela. I was so impressed with the vetbed. I am a breeder and had issues with some of my pups back legs not get traction. I tried all types of surfaces i.e. blankets, towel,s expensive whelping mats etc. All dangerous as pups can suffocate. I tried the vetbed and straight away the pups got up and walked. The thickness takes the pressure off pups chests, comfortably soft and great traction. It spot cleans easily and dries quickly when washed. The only negative is I thought the backing was waterproof but I have whelping mats I can put underneath. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong backing. I was so impressed I ordered more the same day so I have 4. I bought a size a lot bigger than the whelping box so the dam can't dig and suffocate pups. It was worth the investment. The delivery was very quick. I will only buy from this business as I can guarantee I am buying the geniune product.

Owner John is most unhelpful. Purchased a faulty Geib Scissor and refused to accept that the product had a fault. Regardless if I purchased the scissor from my regular grooming supplier, or Pet Network directly "Faulty is Faulty"!! I wasn't even given the opportunity to provide the scissor for review. Shut down!! Spoken to in a manner that can only be explained as arrogant. To not honor warranty claim for faulty goods for a product Pet Network are the Sole Australian Distributors for is appalling. Furthermore, a distributor not willing to support and endorse the product is the reason I will never by Geib again!!

I love this store and it’s owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful everytime I’ve visited. Although the physical store is open week days only they’ve also mentioned they work most weekends regularly attending dog show events around the state to be on site to supply and meet grooming needs (talk about dedicated ). If you are a novice groomer like me, or a pro, Pet Network offers great quality products to achieve excellent grooming results.
