Do not use this florist ever if u are wanting common sense and good service and if you are wanting your flowers to be delivered to be a surprise! Purchased a mother's day bouquet of flowers for my gf which also was supposed to come with a keepsake and was that ever a mistake! First off the delivery was suppose to take place on actual mothers day , they blew the surprise by calling her the night before to make sure she will be at the address for delivery , is it me but I get it they wanna verify someone is present for delivery but how bout call the day of on actual mothers day! But they stated it should have been written in special directions for delivery cuz they are unaware that flowers for mothers day would be a surprise! And second, the bouquet of flowers was at least correct but when I ask my gf if she received the keep sake that was suppose to come with it she was like huh what keepsake? So I looked and well there was no keepsake! So I asked and told them about my concern and all I got was well mothers day is a busy time and we ran out and there's nothing we can do for u, well how bout u don't advertise it and let me know before delivery or replace it with something else! I was a repeat customer but after that experience and lack of customer service I will never return !

July 23/22 I'm updating my review to say this flower shop has maintained the same high quality in the bouquets they send out. My mother is now 102 and continues to be swept off her feet by the bouquets she receives from the same friend. Another special bouquet arrived last week and it was oh so beautiful and fresh. In spite of not having A/C in her care home, the flowers are holding up unbelievably well. Thank you to Petals and Blooms and of course to my mom's 'secret admirer'. A dear friend positively delights my 98 year old mother by sending flowers on special occasions. The bouquets are always fresh and beautifully arranged. They are always from Petsls N Blooms. My mother gets many days of enjoyment from these bouquets. She is in a retirement home; the staff and residents frequently comment on her lovely floral arrangements. It warms my heart to see my mom so happy.

Ordered online and got a phone call the next day saying the flowers were not available and could substitute for something else. I agreed and asked when I would be able to pick them up and was told they closed at 2pm on Christmas Eve, even though it said 6:30pm. Something came up and I was not able to make it and asked for a refund and the lady just ripped into me saying how it wasn't very nice that I couldn't make it and she could have sold it to someone else and they did all the work to make it. She hung up on me. I called again to confirm I was getting a refund. Unacceptable customer service. It was okay that the flowers I ordered were unavailable as well as them closing early but because I had a family issue come up and she isn't making any money, she gets all upset. NEVER ordering from them again.

I am very disappointed in the floral arrangement. I purchased the arrangement based on the image on their website which showed an arrangement bursting with flower heads and a specific decorative vase – there was only 1 size arrangement available for this specific vase. The actual arrangement had more evergreen branches than flowers! When I contacted the vendor, they explained that the “design recipe” called for a specific number of flowers which obviously did not match up to the number of flower heads in the image on their website. Only one size arrangement available for purchase with this specific decorative vase. Yes the flowers are nice, yes the delivery was on time and yes the specific decorative vase was used but the image full of flowers on their website was NOT delivered.

I love Petals 'N Blooms - it is the only flower shop that I go to. All the staff is so friendly, and accommodating to my needs. Every person in there is incredibly kind, and helpful. Their flowers are always outstanding, I am never disappointed. They also have a wide variety and selection of flowers which is so great - and they all always look immaculate. I can see that all the staff puts a lot of time and effort into the shop, which makes me happy and unhesitant to support them. My flowers are always so beautifully wrapped up for when I take them home. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Their delivery option is awesome!! it is fairly priced, and it always on time. 10/10 honestly, will never go anywhere else!!!

I received beautiful roses as a surprise for valentines day from this location. unfortunately, it was disappointing that the delivery lady was not wearing a mask and banged on the door repeatedly. we are in a pandemic. delivery drivers for ANY business needs to be following covid-19 guidelines ESPECIALLY if they are hand delivering and there is contact. I could see her walking to the door from the window, so I grabbed a mask for MY OWN protection. There are vulnerable people that live here, including myself and though this was a gift, I would assume businesses would be following safety measures.

Just incompetence across the board. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday which their website says they do, I received a call on Sunday morning saying they don’t deliver on Sunday. So I cancel my order and setup a new order for the following Saturday. Low and behold the day comes and goes without so much as a phone call. I tried contacting them by calling three times on Saturday between 1 and 4 no response. The flowers are not delivered and I am not contacted. So I left a message cancelling my order and found a competent florist to deliver my flowers same day ON A SUNDAY!

I had to introduce the background was my order got mixed up when I picked up the bouquet for my wedding. I was very worried that I wouldn't have a bouquet or my style bouquet for the important day. However, the staffs and the owner were very responsible, cooperative and very skillful that they made me a very beautiful bouquet in an hour. It was more than what I expected. I was so amazed by their service and skills. I think there is nowhere to beat a service with such high quality like that. I'd definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family.

It was Valentine’s Day and my daughter wanted to get her mom flowers. I called a head of time and asked if they had pre arranged bouquets or arrangements. The girl told me they had everything I needed. When we got there the cooler was full of pre arrangements and bouquets in all colours, sizes and styles. My let my daughter pick out what she wanted to get. She settled for this arrangement with a heart square vase. The girls were very helpful and friendly. There was one lady who even cut a fresh flower for my little girl which put a big smile of her face.

Friends sent me flowers for my birthday. Received crushed browned leaves on most of the roses, with some kind of infestation on the underside of some of the leaves. They ordered the flowers online and requested for a certain color, which they sent the wrong ones(driver started they had no pink flowers at the store and sent others instead.) The shop owner's professionalism over the phone... Would never recommend this place. This is one place you will need to be cautious about when ordering flowers for others.

I cannot recommend this florist. My father raised and paid for an order online to be delivered to me directly. The order was never received. My father then sent an email enquiring about the order and again asking for the order to be sent. He did not even receive an acknowledgement to the email. Customer service is obviously not important to this business if they can't even reply to an email for an international order. Shame on you and the business. I would rather not give a star at all .It is not deserved.

If your customers are going to follow public health protocols, those working there must as well. Public health protocols were clearly posted on the entrance door (masks required), but when I entered the store one of the two people working there was unmasked and talking on the phone at the register (a very high-traffic space). I mentioned this to the other person working there and I was told that they need to do that because "people on the phone can't understand us talking through the mask".

Yesterday, January 2, I called Petals 'N Blooms to order a bouquet for a friend's birthday. Checked out photos on line & because my friend was ill I asked the florist if the arrangement was bright & uplifting. Florist was very pleasant & understanding & said she would add large yellow roses. The arrangement was delivered on time. My friend called this morning to thank me, exclaiming "it's the most beautiful flower arrangement that I have ever received!" Highly recommend Petals 'N Blooms!

I am very impressed with the service at this business as well as the quality product that lasted. i ordered online for a friends birthday and when the flowers did not arrive when ordered I called the business and inquired. The woman who answered the call was polite and helpful, but was unable to find my online order. I redid the order as I had not completed it properly online and all was good. I am pleased to be writting a review for Petals N Bloom. We used their services for a second family wedding and were so happy with the final bouquets. The flowers were fresh, exactly what we asked for and the color matched perfectly. The staff were so helpful and accommodating for pick up time. Picked up a delightful bouquet for Thanksgiving, complete with a cute vase and faux pumpkin. It was my first time in the store and I thought the selection was good, the florist was friendly and the prices seemed very reasonable. I am excited to come back. Another occasion: I frantically called in for a last minute pickup for our daughter's first dance recital, and they whipped up two adorable bouquets in 15 minutes for me. Super accommodating staff. With last minute notice of a funeral of a former neighbour of my parents, I was calling florists at 10 AM on the Friday before Mother's Day, trying to get an arrangement delivered by 1 PM that same day. The first florist passed: couldn't begin to do it with that notice. By contrast, Petals 'n Blooms found something in the cooler that would work, and made the extra effort to get it to the church on time. Great service, and a thoughtful, creative solution.

Went to pick up my order today. The door was open so I went in. I smiled and said hello, and was then immediately yelled at and berated to leave the shop... If you're going to continue to operate during Covid, you need to have specific pickup procedures and let people know that ahead of time! I did not appreciate spending money on an expensive arrangement, only to be yelled at like an intruder or some unruly group of teenagers. Definitely won't be back.

The arrangement I got looked just like the picture, and the selection of flowers was gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with, I had troubles with payment originally and they contacted me quickly and worked the problem out like it was nothing. Ordered an anniversary bouquet and added a $10 upgrade (online). Bouquet was delivered on time (only positive in this whole ordeal) Upgrade was ignored but still got charge upgrade price. Contacted them by phone and was given an apology. Was told $10 upgrade fee would be refunded along with tax. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Very fresh and lovely arrangement. I wanted something different and found it on their website. Arrangement was delivered as promised for a family in law who passed away from Covid. Lots of nice looking flowers with great variety. They arrange and wrap it for you so you can just gift it as is. However it is quite pricey. A bouquet of flowers can cost you $60 so sometimes I'd rather go to Costco to get a bouquet and wrap it in nice wrapping paper myself and put a ribbon on it.

I've got the beautiful orchid as a birthday gift from my friend last March. The plant was huge and really healthy. The white flowers were so big and beautiful. It kept blooming for next 6 months! Amazing quality plants in this shop! One year later it is still healthy and ready to bloom again!

I had a wedding bouquet and boutonniere done by Daniela at Petals N Blooms. She did a fantastic job, and my bouquet was incredible. She worked off a few photos I sent in to make exactly what I envisioned. The team was easy to communicate with over email and phone, and so lovely to work with.

The flower arrangement I had ordered came just as it was shown on their website, and less than 24hours before Valentine's. I wish I had the ability to track the order as I had no idea when it'd be delivered, but other than that, I was very pleased.

My friend was quoted $160 for a bridal bouquet , only to have the shop tell her that 'they didn't feel like' doing her flowers for her wedding. She ended up getting not just her bridal bouquet but also her 4 other bridesmaids at Safeway for $130.

Wow can’t believe how expensive flowers are! Could be a Calgary thing but I just paid $23 for a small pot of flowers that would have been $10 or less at Walmart/Safeway etc. I prefer to support small shops but this was too much.

While they does say flowers and container can be substituted, I don’t accept a much smaller vase and not-so-good-as-shown product. Online order is tricky; if I knew this looks like this, I would not order it spending 75 dollar

Online ordered a creative Thanksgiving floral arrangement. It was ready ontime and the flowers were very fresh. The arrangement lasted 2 weeks and we were very pleased with the ease of ordering and the quality of flowers used.
