I highly recommend enrolling yourself and your fur baby into puppy school at the cranbourne store. We had Aleisha take us for puppy school and level one. She is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching people how to train their pups and install expectations of behaviors at home. One of the best parts is when you realize the training is actually for you!!! Aleisha teaches you how to recognize your pups behaviors according to the situation they are in which helps us to identify other dogs behaviors in order to keep ours safe. It was amazing how she was able to easily hold their focus for as long as she wanted which teaches you how to control your dogs and to get them to keep focus on you. An import part of the training was when she took us to a park to teach us recall. This is extremely important to help keep our fur babies safe. She was able to guide us on the best products for our puppies diet as he and his brother being Groodles have sensitive stomachs like most. She was also able to teach us how to teach others coming into our home to interact with our pups which was important to us as our grand daughter was very scared of dogs. Her confidence with our 2 dogs is growing and she is learning how to help them play calmly with her. The puppies all got along so well and were so excited to see each other every Sunday. We have been with Best Friends for 5 years & have not been overly impressed or happy with them for a while so we recently discovered that Pet Barn opened a store in our area we went down to see them about two weeks ago & found the staff not only to be quite experienced in there line of work but also very friendly the store also had a calm & relaxed feeling our fur babies got groomed there yesterday & it's the best they have ever looked very impressed we will be staying with them great job Pet Barn team Cranbourne

This store has been absolutely amazing to me with their customer service. The rewards program is brilliant, they have also put food aside for me after calling around local stores and most recently after a small chat about soon rescuing a kitten the lady went and gave me a new kitten pack full of free food and discounts. They have also price matched on items for me. They have great knowledge and each visit have gone over and above. Thank you

There was a slight hiccup with my same day delivery but these guys went absolutely above and beyond to fix the issue by sending my order direct to me at work as well as adding a bunch of goodies for my pup. The store manger, Guy, was absolutely lovely to speak with as well as the other staff at the store. I won’t ever shop anywhere else, my pup is going to LOVE his gifts. Guy, the Manger and his team were outstanding with my autistic client when she came in to adopt a cat. They were attentive, spoke to her (not me) which was very important and bent over backwards to assist her ! They went above and beyond ! Emma now has Frankie the cat and he’s her perfect match. The store manager (I'm so sorry I don't recall his name) is absolutely amazing! Took our Staffy to the store for a halti lead and received a wealth of walking/training tips to help regain control of our dog and keep her calm during walks. We learned so much in our time with him and our Millie is responding so well with what we took from this interaction. Highly recommended!!!!!! Thank you so much!!! We will definitely be back.

I usually go to another well known pet store but decided to go to Petbarn due to getting a Border collie puppy in 2 weeks and wanted to see what they had. ABBY helped us and was absolutely amazing. Thank you Jess and Emily for the amazing groom they gave our very anxious German Shepherd. They were so sweet, caring and accommodating and our dog Storm felt safe and comfortable. Will never go anywhere else now that we have had this experience which we have not had with other groomers. Its always stressful handing our girl over to strangers but not anymore. We cannot thank you enough.

If l could give it 0 l would.. Walked in got a Hello and that was it... Stood around near the live fish for a GOOD 10mins, the male worker was walking up to me on his phone and went straight past me . The two older women were to busy talking up the front. I was the only person in the shop . Will never go back... Missed out on a good sale from me. But l don't think they cared.

I usually shop at the Narre Warren store however on this occasion I went to the Cranbourne store, the service was excellent. I received exceptional customer service from a petite, short lady in this store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions I had regarding my toy poodle puppy and cavoodle boy.

Very friendly staff everytime I come in! I take my Corgi to get groomed and Jess always does an amazing job!!!! One of the best groomers I’ve had so far! They also have a new lovely groomer and she did a wonderful job & made my corgis bottom looking peachy …

As usual, all petbarns are great. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Guy, one of the managers there is exceptional, he has a good knowledge in fish and aquarium products. The dog groom service in there is so good, my dog loves the place.

I wasn’t very happy with the customer service yesterday morning I left the shop feeling like I was an absolute pain and nuisance. The Mornington store is worth the drive always welcoming and happy to help in every way they can.

I take my fur babies here. So happy with the results. I have two miniature schnauzers that look so adorable after Jess and her assistant groomed them. Not just great grooming, staff treat them with such care. I love it!
