By far the best experience I have had with a dog groomers for our 3 year old Finnish Lapphund. Our dog is double coated and generally looks traumatised after a groom. But since coming to Pakenham Petbarn, Hiccup is happy and relaxed whenever we pick her up. The staff are incredibly friendly and so genuine. I can tell our dog is comfortable and that’s important. I would absolutely recommend the team here for dog grooming

First time visiting this store - Staff are very friendly with good knowledge, Store is very nicely laid out and looks great thank you in particular to the staff member (sorry I didn't catch your name) who helped me pick the correct product for my cat - even though it was close to closing time you took your time to help me out and even looked at the picture I took of my cats scab and steered me what I needed.

It is finally here and open! The Nosh project food available close by - tick, additional groomers inside - tick, additional DIY dog wash inside - tick, additional savings - tick. Clean, new, friendly, love it, no more driving to fountain gate every time. If you are after prescription food, there is no vet instore, so they don't stick the prescription food at this store.

Way more knowledge than best friends pet store. I went in about a kitten I rescued covered in fleas like riddled with them. I ask best friends what I could do and they told me there was nothing I could do. Went to petbarn and I walked in the door and immediately had 3 different options of treating this tiny baby.

Booked my dog in for a groom at 8:30 was a bit late due to being in hospital and the groomers were rude, refused to listen and would not engage with me about rebooking him. I am very disappointed as I have always had good experiences at the Narre Warren store. Very disappointing and will not be going back.

Living in a semi-rural area, most of my large deliveries go straight to the post office which is annoying when its 6-10 bags of cat litter or large bags of dog/cat food, This delivery was delivered straight to my door the very next day, Absolutely delighted &will continue to buy from them

I recently bought some fish from them (9) in total and 4 died they asked me to bring in a water sample and everything was fine the ammonia level was a bit high and that’s it and the manager was trying to tell me that my tank is overcrowded

They might be the new dogs on the block but their range of products is something not to bark at. Pity they don't sell Vet prescribed pet food and I hope they maintain a pricing competitive approach to their business model.

The new indoor doggy wash was warm & immaculately clean & private. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The shop was well laid out & well stocked. There was a good range of supplements & shampoos for pets also..

A relatively new store I went here to get a collapsible water bowl for my mum's dog and found a couple. It had a large amount of stock and wash bays so quite well set up.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, however they are a little pricey on some products and I didn't find the dog food I was looking for.
