The staff there, especially a young staff employee member by the name of Ian works there, he was brilliant.. Ian was very helpful with a bright and bubbly personality, that went beyond his means in helping us out with all our dogs needs.. we look forward to coming back to Petbarn in sunshine on Ballarat road, Melbourne for all our pet care needs. I just visited this store and omg I could not be happier they have everything u need I’ve been to about 100 pet stores trying to find reptile sand and a heated rock and no one had them the staff are super friendly and helpful and the prices are extremely good and they have dog grooming services which is really good 5 stars definitely recommend this store and I will definitely be coming back for all my animal stuff

New Store just off McIntyre Road and Ballarat Rd Sunshine has opened . Really lovely , helpful Staff to answer all your Pets needs . Plenty of great Pet supplies too . .Great looking Store with plenty of Parking . Go check it out
