Had an experience with Joel. The problem with Petro Canada is they rely heavily on pre-paid gas. Unfortunately if you need to fill the tank that philosophy doesn't work well in predictability of how much. The attendants at other locations have kindly unlocked the pumps before so that I could fill the tank, it's really up to the attendants based on either Petro's policy or customer service. Joel however has a rotten attitude and refused any compromise, said go to Shell. Joel wouldn't call his manager for assistance and told me to Google the number for head office. We had a standoff for at least 1hr because he wouldn't unlock the pumps nor give me the number to head office. Unfortunately the customer service at this gas station is an example of what not to do. After reviewing the other complaints in the thread I noticed Joel is mentioned by name in other negative reviews too. It appears as if other customer also had made attempts to speak to head office and this particular station is problematic with how it deals with customers.

I wish I could give zero stars because this station deserves it. I left them mess with me 3 times and now I will never shop there. First time I wanted to buy a car wash card with 20 washes. The guy behind the counter decided that he would not answer my questions and starred into space. I think he was in space. Second time, I complained because I guy left his vehicle at the pump and walked away. He comes back 10 minutes later from next door and then starts pumping gas and blocking the diesel fuel. This last time I pull up to get diesel and a man grabs my nozzle for diesel and starts pumping his truck on the other side. Then he was very aggressive and rude and when I asked for help from the attendant he did nothing but allowed me to be put down because I am a female. I was discriminated against. I will never ever take all my company trucks to this station ever again. There are other petro-canada stations with better attendants and service.

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option! Horrible customer service!! I went to that location to get gas and a car wash and was told they have a promotion for car washes. 5 Super works Washes for $50. Sounds good right?! Well, what they failed to let me know is that the car wash was only valid at that particular location! I found that our while trying to was my car closer to home in Mississauga. I called the gas station and was rushed off the phone and told to call back another day. I called Petro Canada just to be informed that nothing can be done as they have a third party car wash card that is not owned by Petro Canada. So now I have to drive for 25min to wash my car if i choose to use that card!!!! Long story short....watch out for that gas station and the DEALS that they are trying to give you because there might be details they do not tell you about!!

I went through the car wash here July 17/2016 and the tire cleaning brushes completely scratched up the paint around all four tires. I immediately showed the associate inside the store and he had me fill out a car wash incident report and asked me to call the next day. I called on the 18th and spoke to the manager Mr. Siben Pat who simply denied that the scratches could have come from his car wash. If I could share images here I would, but since I can't - there are multiple scratches in small circular and brush stroke lines around the base of the car before and after every single tire. Upon looking up the words "Petro Canada car wash damage" this very location appears to have another much worse incident occur to a van and they again did not acknowledge responsibility for the damages. Thumbs down, would give this place zero stars if I could. Awful experience.

DONT PAY FOR AUTOMATIC CAR WASH. Car Wash app fails so often and then the staff refuses to give the ticket manually, says to call customer service. After paying for yearly plan why shall we waste time of calling in customer service so often!?? This is total failure of system in this era of high-tech services!!! Another huge issue is that the car's front glass always have stains still after the wash, as if they don't have rinse aid to get rid of that. So automatic car wash is headache instead of convenience here. Would never pay again for this, sadly wasted a year's money.

I paid at pump. authorization suddenly cancelled after i took the nozzles.so i try to contact the CSR via the phone at the pump. He was not busy at the time but he did not answer my phone. so i went inside to ask what happened. He (Joel) was very rude. He was not explained what was happened. But he said this is petro -Canada "we don't take your money". i said i will talk to manager about you. he reply " I don't Care". Very bad service. i don't want to go this gas station any more. Very rude customer service.

Bought one car wash at this gas station and my total was showed to be gas + 1 car wash but when the receipt came it was different from what the gas machine told me. It charged me for two car washes...and the attendant said he couldn’t do anything since it was an ‘outside my transaction. Seemed like a lie to me..and charged me an extra $14 plus tax. Moral is if you need a car wash don’t buy it at the gas machine, go inside.

Typical gas station and car wash. Conveniently located (it was for me at least), and easy to get in/out of the refuelling area. Car was is a bit older - and the location is independent so you can't use standard multi-use car wash tickets from other locations or purchased with your petro points. This isn't written or displayed anywhere - so you won't know until you are pretty much committed to a car wash.

I think it sucks that Tim Hortons started too quit being available after 10 P.M. just after minimum wage increased too $15. They want people too kill themselves working but never get paid well. Because the wage is increased by a mere $3.50 they decide too not be open diring nights. Because then god forbid their workers might be making decent money.

I've come here four times to buy propane. Twice the pumps weren't working. The other too times it took several minutes to get someone's attention, and even more time for them to actually come and fill my vehicle. The Dixon Petro-Can has nearly identical pricing, but enough staff to actually run the station. Won't waste my time driving here again.

The teller was very rude an professional ,this location was my favorite for my vicinity but at the time when the system for the credit card payment was not working, I was forced to go in to the store just to came across a very rude teller and very an professional

I live in the area and avoid this place. Worst car wash possible. The cloth just scratched cars. And air is $1.50. Apparently he said air is $1.50 everywhere. Well that is just a rip off.

Great place to fill up with Ultra 94. I've always hit this place in the winter when there is a salt shortage everywhere else. Go figure why they always have winter salt in stock....

We bought a car wash season pass from Petro Canada specifically to use it at this location only to be told that they don’t accept the season pass at this location.

Did 2 car washes, the station is clean however the car washes sadly are not good, did not clean...I think they re-program the wash cycle to save money!

We have tried at least 15 more Petro Canada car washes before settling in on this specific location.

Gas pumps work Beware: Drive thru wash is not SuperWash brand so you cannot use SuperWash cards...

Went there to get a car wash. Does not accept multi carwash cards or season's pass wash cards.

The car wash here is "private" therefore you can't use your Glide or Seasonal Cards
