The printers on the pump rarely work - 9/10 times I’ve been there they fail to print after you’ve finished pumping. Never the case at the other Petro-Canada pump stations nearby, so obviously it’s a case of poor investment and lack of consideration for customer needs on the part of the station owner. What’s the point of paying at the pump if you still have to go in and get your receipt? Very poor customers service - they can’t get off the phone to speak to customers when they’re serving them. It comes back again to poor service. Most of the other Petro-Canada stations nearby on Don Mills and Ellesmere have much better people. I only go there if I’m pressed for time, otherwise I make the longer trip to other stations.

The young female who worked there is extremely rude and such an ahole. I parked next to the entrance and she thought I would not spend any money today so she said the washroom was under maintenance. Come on, everybody knows it is a big FXXKING LIE. She is simply too lazy to clean up. I politely asked her because I was having a bad stomach, really need to go asap. She said no. Then I said I am getting a car wash today, she said no again. Then I ask her where do you go to washroom. She went like.. EEE... eeeee. Then she got mad and started yelling at me. LOL You are such a disgrace. Similar things happened to me before girl, I know what you are doing.

This goes for the store owner. One of your staff an old South Asian male in his mid 50s (Slim built, salt and pepper hair and beard) is incredibly racist and rude. It is so painful to visit this store at night because if you visit the store in other hours the younger staff will show you such an incredible customer service that you would wonder how did this guy got hired. I am VERY convinced the owner doesn’t know how this employee treats its money paying customers. Do yourself a favor if you don’t wanted to be treated rude, visit the esso pump right next plaza.

The girl working today July 14 at noon was unbearably stupid and rude. The man in line had no voice, he was struggling to talk with her and she still had the audacity to be rude with him and insult him. She told him that he does not belong in Canada, just because he was trying his best to talk loud and make her hear him! She was trying to kick him out of the store! Fire her immediately, she is not able to navigate in critical situations and serve people with different issues. I will no longer use this gas station.

Very disappointed with the service. I'm here now at 7:47AM and the cashier instead of serving me is praying behind the cash. I respect prayers but not standing while cashing someone out. I'm asking are you trying to tell me something in Arabic? I'm Persian and don't speak Arabic. He ignores me and continue the verses in Arabic. At some point I'm sure he qas cursing me. What a disappointment in the morning wow

The staff inside are friendly no complaints ..some stations very grumpy people. The car wash is not great Have come here 4 times in the last 6 months and each time I came out parts of my vehicle were still dirty. Either on the trunk end or the front end. I assume there is something wrong with the way the machines are set.

Had vacuum problems, the owner didn’t care and said “oh well you will just have to take the loss on the money you spent.” Absolute garbage service. Will never come here again. Superwash also sucks here. Left scratches on my car and they wouldn’t cover the cost to fix. Terrible. Cancelling my Petro Canada Loyalty

very rude staff, I just park there and go to the washroom and I was the only person in the gas station, she came out and said here is not parking, so I didn't fill up my tank and left there, despite it is so near to my home i won't ever fill my tank there

The Indian girl who works here doesn't have respect for the customer She throwing the items in front of the customer from behind the counter without any welcoming She did for all the customers while I was buying my stuff and she did to me as well

The cashier dinged me 2000 points for my coffee when it should have been only one. Only noticed on the receipt later. I should have been alerted by the fact that the customer in front of me was complaining about getting stiffed on something too.

Carwash damages vehicles and Management refuses to take any responsibility and makes excuses why it is the vehicles owners fault, when the vehicle owner has done nothing wrong. I Stopped going to this location.. Extremely Poor customer service.

When I visited this location on the afternoon of October 26 there was no line-up, service was quick. I redeemed 10, 000 Petro-Points to get a SuperWorks soft cloth wash and had high hopes as the Petro-Canada website promised a complete body

Scam Alert: Be careful going to this particular gas station. This morning I bought RegularClean (87) the cheapest gas and they charged me for using Ultra94 the most expensive gas selling for $1.169/L. When I questioned the clerk he said,

Be careful when you buy in this store. Always check the expiry date of the products you buy. I bought a jerky here that's been expired for 6 months. Though they refunded me the money, it's a waste of time going back and forth.

Always have received great service the last time I was there the bathroom could have been cleanser as I felt uncomfortable being in the bathroom. Shall check it out in the future to see if next time it's clean.

Car wash had NO SOAP. Brushless scratching side of car without the soap. Terrible - that being said the people who work there seem nice - but I will never take my car there again for a car wash.

At 6 AM all prepaid but cannot go inside the big store, no. You have to prepay through a drawer. Juat drive 50 meters north and there is a good Esso gas station with store and Tim Horton.

Friendly and helpful staff! The car wash failed to grab my car. Went back inside and they helped me fill in the paper work for a replacement wash free of charge.

Very old fashioned carwash. All other petro Canada carwash locations have colorful lights coming from water which is interesting for kids. Please upgrade it.

Brutal car wash - basic over 12 bucks with tax and barely clean and not even remotely dry. Horrible - person at desk says it's the way it works.

Leased car washed yesterday, new year but the cover of one of my tire was removed and had my driver door scratches.not good experience for 2019!

18$ for 3min under some splashing water!!! For 18$ they should clean your car in and out and dry it by hand . Those dryers don’t even work.
