I get how inflation caused for prices to go up incredibly high, so I won't shame this location for its current gas prices. I honestly care about the employees working inside this gas station, since they're mostly just young college kids who migrated from countries far away to recieve a better education. Infact, I feel very respected whenever I receive service from them, since they are incredibly polite and always follow company policy. The prices for regular items (disregarding from Tim Horton's) is quite expensive, but I won't complain, since I should expect that it is probably a financial or governmental decision.

Teach your cashier how to behave with the customer. There is one girl cashier working in afternoon is very rude. She doesn’t know what exactly customer service is. Train her again or get some better employees to work. No one will visit again if this kind of behaviour happens. I was a regular customer in this gas station but will never go there just because of this cashier.

cashiers working here is trainers. They don't know much about customer service or the way to handle customers in a timely manner. But the manager is a good guy. One of the helpful person in needs. One of this store employee working on Sunday evening is a nice dude, but I don't know his name... 4/5. Need improvement in services

The cashier lied a pregnant woman in front of me that someone was occupying the restroom, preventing her from receiving the keys. They kept the pregnant lady waiting for 15 minutes before eventually unlocking the door for her. I’ve never seen this level of bad customer service
