Lovely small store with great customer service by the 2 owners. They were even kind enough to let me in before their official opening hours. Excellent customer service when you ask for it as they explained several dog brushes and their uses very well to an uninformed person like me. Even let me measure dog coats to ensure proper fitting and clearance. I wish their website would show stock on their items, but understandable how it can be difficult for a small business to setup things that larger stores can. At the very least we can call them during store hours to check for stock (the old fashioned way). 5/5 Will buy from there again.

Shocking. I called today 17/08/17 for a price on a 4kg bag of Royal Canin Intense Hairball for cats and I was informed they were in stock and a price of $48.00. When another pet store called to check the price they were told it was $60.00. Price matching is part of retail business. Either they lied to me, or to the pet store who called them. Either way it's disgusting and dishonest behaviour. I'm glad the pet store called them, I would have gone out there and been charged $60.00 instead of the stated $48.00! Disgraceful behaviour. I'd give a minus score of I could.

I live in Ashburton but I go to glen waverley for my dogs' supply every month for over 2 years. Just because the owners brothers(still can't indentify them now :( ) are nice and honest ppl. They record every customer's details carefully who bought Hills or RC dog foods so they can inform you once you have bought enough for rewards. And every time if I bought 2 x 15 kg dog foods, one of them would use their own trolley to help me take them to my vehicle. And I believe that other customers would feel the same if they really shopped there.

SUPPORT THESE GUYS! :) Don't let location or appearance fool you. We have been buying from these guys for over 10 years (way back when they were in a small shop in Glen Waverley) They offer a frequent buyer/rewards program and have always been very helpful and generous ,and always giving good customer service. We have purchased food and products for our cats, dog, fish, guinea pigs and rabbit over the years. Certainly worth using over the big brand stores that charge more and often offer less.

Literally the BEST pet shop in Melbourne!! I was looking for physical pet store since I was sooo tired of how slow PetCircle delivery is and luckily found Pet Legend and I have found my true place to go! The store is big, clean with good range of products and good price, service is very friendly and staff is very helpful and caring, advise everything I need for my cat. I can feel the owner's dedication in pets, will definitely become regular customer from now on!

Wonderful service from both brothers. Always helpful and diligent in recording my receipts for Hills Science dog food, so I can receive a discount voucher from the manufacturer when I reach a certain total amount of purchase. And their price for the dog food I buy is cheap, and on par with online suppliers. I am happy to shop at their new premises although a tad further away compared to their old address.

Friendly and helpful service. Owner stopped stocking some brands of pet food when he gets negative reviews from his customers when they're fur babies gets sick which says a lot about his care of animals and not just about the money like those brands. The shop has most of basic things you'll need for your pets at a great price. Pretty happy and will be back

I have always bought my pet supplies from Pets Legend and I find them the best priced pet store so far. The brothers are such nice people and though I've been there for at least a good 5 years, I still couldnt tell whom is whom. Sad to see them leave Glen Waverley but I will definitely go where they next open up.

I was interested in purchasing an item that was advertised on Pets Legend’s website, that stated they had this in stock and was available for pick up. I travelled over an hour to pick this item up, only to be told they didn’t have it. Absolute waste of time. Will not be returning.

very nice pet shop. Lots of oxbow products and fantastic quality Oaten hay. A good choice for rat or bunny family, I've never seen such a full range of goods in a store. The service is also very good. Will come again !!!

Great pet supplies store. Nice people, great prices on pet toys (I was buying toys for my parrot). Heaps of lovely dog rugs and cat stuff, fantastic range of small foraging toys for rabbits, Guinea pigs et al.

I have been shopping with them from when they were in Glen Waverley. They have excellent prices and a large range of stock accommodating cats, dogs and small animals. This is my go to place for pet supplies.

I travel from Officer because they always have what I need and at a great price! They always beat the bigger pet stores when it comes to pricing. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

My cats food is cheaper here than petbarn and they have a nice range of affordable toys, scratchers and more. Staff are so lovely and helpful and great at recommending.
