Searching the internet and finding  your advertisement everywhere indicating 15 minutes pickup on all items, was misleading and having not heard back from anyone became extremely disappointing for us. It is understandable that an item can go out of stock, but it is not acceptable that after giving you 24 hours to process it I have to follow up to find out my cat is going to be left another day without what she needs. At minimum it is expected of you to reach out to your customer WITHIN 15 MINUTES of the purchase time and advise them that the shop is out of stock. My note above is a reply to customer service request. They told me that I have been refunded. Here I am letting you and your other customer know, that it is NOT okay to advertise you have a pickups within 15 minutes, but you never contact your customer if you are out of stock. After 24 hours when I reached out to customer service they replied very promptly, letting me know that the shop was out of stock and I have been already refunded. It is expected of the shops or the PetStock system to reply to customer WITHIN 15 MINUTES of the purchase time, and let the customer know the shop is out of stock, order has been canceled and fully refunded. Please keep this review as a reminder to adjust your system to be more truthfull and less misleading in your advertisements.

Great range, friendly staff. If they could change the dog wash to pay by minute, this would be amazing. The K9000 dog wash there is $10 for 10 minutes (as all other K9000 dog washes are). However Petstock Box Hill have left the key in so buying a token is not needed. As such, I think it would be a great business model and attracted a lot of customers who own short haired or smaller dogs if pay by minute or a 5 minute dog wash option was introduced. It obviously taken a much less time, water and shampoo to wash a whippet or a staffy than it does a poodle or a husky; I find I wash my dog in 3-4 minutes but still have to pay for the full 10. Please consider this idea! It will cater to a niche of small/short hair dog owners who will choose your wash over Petbarn or the service station this generating a larger customer base, and we will benefit from no longer feeling ripped off for the short amount of time we use!

This place is very disappointing. I go here as there is a good selection of prime 100 raw food which i feed to my dogs but 2 times ive had problems. The rolls usually last 3 months once i bought one, not noticing it expired the next day. Yesterday i bought the chicken barf and have opened it and it smells like pure chemicals! I am not happy at all and will be getting my money back! Once i also took my dog there to be groomed and thwy treated her very poorly. She was very nervous and they kept throwing her behind doors and slamming them in her face!!! Will not be going here again!!!!! Should be shut down!

Took my dogs in for a bath after they rolled in something disgusting. Checked very specifically on the website before I left home to see if they were still doing dog washes during lockdown and the website SPECIFICALLY says yes, they are. Lady on desk with mask BELOW her nose was really rude when she said they weren't doing dog washes during lockdown. Update your website if that's actually the case, wear your mask properly, and don't be rude to your customers.

My family and I visited the Box Hill store to buy items for our first pet rabbit. We were greeted well by all the staff and Sh****y made sure all of our enquires were answered and ensured we understood everything about our rabbits needs. Sh****y helped us for atleast 30 mins and we were very happy with our experience, great customer service from someone who always had a smile on her face. Thank you to Sh****y and staff.

saw these betta fish being kept in horrible conditions- one with fin rot so advanced, its fins were black and falling to the bottom of the tank. another fish with a huge wound on its back, both being kept in tanks with less than a litre of water per fish. absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to sell these fish with the lack of knowledge the workers have on fishkeeping.

I went to pet stock as a new puppy owner to buy a harness as I thought this might solve my dog walking issues. Instead I came out with a wealth of information/advice from the staff member on duty that has completely turned around our behaviour problems with our puppy. I am SO grateful for the expert advice I received, I wont go anywhere else now to buy my pet products.

I was shocked and disappointed to see the state of the Betta Siamese fish at PetStock yesterday and the amount of water they are in. It appeared to be less than 1 litre and in very small containers. I don't know a lot about fish keeping but the state of their tanks, the amount of water and the sad state of the fish is a disgrace.

Can't possibly thank the staff enough. We recently adopted two gorgeous cats and they have been so well cared for and loved during their time in store. Elvis & Priscilla (now named Pumpkin & Spice) have settled into our home seamlessly and totally stolen our hearts.

Not entirely happy with the grooming service here dogs hair was cut with steps in it not consistent and tail was not done, also dog was very sad when he was picked up because he was locked in a small crate , won’t be coming back and can’t recommend their services

The staff were helpful and friendly and lovely to chat with. I was especially happy to see that there were no live animals for sale other than two kittens up for adoption. I hope this store doesn’t start selling birds from breeders like far too many do.

Only person in the store, 3 persons behind counter, one doing some packing the other two talking. Walked around store then to counter to ask a question. No one bothered serving me nor was I ever asked if they could assist so I left and went elsewhere.

Girls in the grooming salon did a fantastic job on our spoodle dog today. They were so helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. Our dog was happy and relaxed when we picked her up and she looks so good! We will be back!

What a great store - staff are knowledgeable about products and future pets. They take the time to explain the entire investment being made to ensure that the client understands that buying a pet is for life! Well worth a visit.

We love petstock! My puggle feels like a superstar every time we visit. Great dog bathing and grooming facilities on site. Friendly halpful staff anf a great selection of products for the whole fluffy, scaley and winged family

Overpriced in my opinion. Stock is always lacking and not great if you have small animals. I will say their reward system is good and beneficial if you shop here regularly (I do as I have a fussy bunny).

Great store that has all your pet needs covered. Friendly staff and excellent grooming service every time. Our pups are difficult sometimes but the staff are incredibly understanding and tolerant.

Told me my perfectly fit Labrador was "severely malnourished" and tried to sell me hugely expensive dog foods to help him gain weight. Sorry my Labrador is not obese like the rest of your clients.

Worst experience in a Petstock. Thank God Petbarn is two minutes away. Priorities are chatting with friends, waiting at register, ask for help draws a blank answer! 0/10. Never again

These guys are awesome. They do price matching, which cuts out the delay of waiting for parcels/orders. I was even able to book my dog in for a welfare groom. Very happy customer.
