I must of went on a off day every time I've been there since the staff member have been very helpful and there to assist you. Helping with advice on the new addition to the familya boxer puppy . The doggy daycare looks like it's a good place to leave your pet the staff looks like they honestly care and have a great connection with the regulars dog that come . There Doggy wash is set up well why go to all that trouble get your pet in to a bath at home when you can come here with a DIY washing bay . "Just to anyone out there looking for a cat they also have adoption available to giving a cat a second chance of a happier life .To anyone how finished with there Craig . I had done an online purchase with petstock on Saturday night. I chose Brighton East to be my click and collect in melbourne. To my surprise it was Brighton in WA. David was so so helpful. David asked Frederick to call WA and organise my order to be cancelled and repurchased at the Brighton East store. I was with my husband and very active 2 year old. Everything I needed help with from pet beds, to on the spot nail clipping you name it David went the extra mile without a doubt. Frederick was also so helpful and attentive. You can tell that this store has an amazing vibe the minute you walk in. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family. The fact that my toddler was also enjoying himself there just speaks volumes. Thank you David and Frederick see you all soon.

It's alright, some staff are nice, some staff are quite rude, I understand live pets like fish and worrying about there safety but what she said was out of line, pretty much you'll kill your fish and made a comment about seeing me when they die. They haven't died except for one, the sickest looking fish which she grabbed out, he was off colour to begin with the poor thing, he did pass but I have another form another pet shop and his quite happy and lively! Becareful about purchasing live fish from any petstock but they have a good basic range of food, heaters etc. Nice fish tanks but are pricey. Overall I have had good experiences but just one lady there was quite rude.

Amazingly friendly staff and service. We met a staff outside with the most adorable puppy, and she was more than happy to let my kids mingle with the puppy. Then the French lady who served us, Fred, was simply amazing in helping the kids pick what fish they wanted and providing so many great advice on looking after the fishes. And Daniel, who we spoke to prior to confirm they had the fish we were after, was also amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all, the kids now know first hand what amazing customer service is. Thanks to everyone there.

The ladies at Petstock Brighton were super helpful and patient with me in exchanging some cat food. My cat has many allergies to foods and it's been a trial of what works and what doesn't for over 3 years. I've finally found Trilogy Wet Food and Black Hawk Duck dry food are a great combination and don't cause any skin irritations for my little guy. The team at Petstock Brighton has been super understanding of the situation and have gone beyond in helping me with all of this. Thank you!!!

All of the staff here are so lovely, welcoming and really know their stuff. We signed up to doggy daycare this week and the girl who helped us out (I didn't catch her name) talked us though the whole process including the dogs daily routine and made us feel super comfortable leaving our whippet with them for the day. He seemed to have a great time and has been passed out on the couch ever since we got home I always have a great experience in store and I just wanted to say thank you!

Amazing pet groomer. She really cares about animals she’s treating and lovingly cares about them. The In store staff are super helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. They even told us not to get something before going to the vet first as it may not be affective with our dog. I don’t know what kind of retail place does that. Top stuff 10/10

Great daycare service, the staff are always friendly and seem to really bond with the dogs. My dog loves coming to daycare and always returns home happy and knackered. The store has a wide variety of products and staff are always happy to price match. You can tell the staff and the dogs love coming here, always a positive environment.

My Sammy boy had his first visit to the groomers yesterday. Georgia clipped him for us and we couldn't be happier. He went in looking like a scruff and left looking like a king!!! When he got home he was bounding around the house like a puppy. Georgia was supremely kind and gentle with Sammy (cavoodle). Thank you Georgia!

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Katie the groomer was beyond accommodating at the end of her very long day and Emily who was behind the counter could not have been more helpful or caring. They are to be commended! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for my pet supplies and grooming requirements.

Always lovely and helpful team. You can tell they really love animals. I come back every time for my dog and cat food. The ongoing discounts make the loyalty even better. I have yet to try the grooming services or daycare but I have seen others have a great experience whilst in store!

The kids that work here are friendly and provide a quick pickup service lifting 15kg bags of dog food into my car. on a side note they've jacked up the price of single pigs ears from $3 to $5.95 recently. Not sure if they changed to using some type of magic pig...

Amazing store. The staff love and dote over of furbabies and we love that. Our puppies are so happy sniffing the aisles and picking their own treats. Thanks for your professionalism, fun and friendly personalities and great products and customer service.

Usually very (very) good but had a booking lost for grooming (I think it was lost anyway). The staff say they do not remember making it and I know they called me a few times as I was also on a wait list. That said I am going to downgrade my rating.

Great store with wonderful staff and a good range. The staff are especially nice with useful advice and allays /always happy to swap things if they do not work out. We've not tried the wash and grooming facilities but have enjoyed all our visits.

My chow chow Tofu and i love popping in when we are in the area. The staff are always so happy to help and are very knowledgeable. The DIY dog wash is amazing, there is no time limit ad you get a waterproof apron as well. Keep up the good work :)

Closest pet store to us doesn't have everything but all of the leading brands. Service is hit and miss as well as the understanding if products. Will price match, but I wish they'd just charge the correct amount; it always seems to be $10 more.

Christina and bodie were amazing we drove 1 hour to look for something and they went above and beyond when realising the stock they had was a display they got It out and as it was used we got a great discount and some awesome advice

What a great experience this was. Super helpful staff and covid safe environment. The store is brightly lit and layout is easy to follow. Staff are always available to answer any questions you may have and prices are reasonable.

Warm and helpful staff, the dog wash facilities are very good. My dog eats so much I find good benefits from their (Hill's) PETstock brand loyalty rewards program. Got a whole bunch of the Science Diet wet food for free!

Good place to buy some pet food. Doesn’t really smell. Cats for adoption. First time we went there was pee on the ground in front of the entrance, which was a bad experience.

Lovely guy spent time showing me the various options of litter trays for my cat. Store is well laid out, with animal designated areas clearly signed. Give them a whirl!

Really nice staff. Reasonable prices on most items, some are a little overpriced but that’s normal for retailers. I def now come here regularly for bulk items I need.
