I wanted to write this review because of the groomer Georgia, she is amazing! Not only is she incredibly sweet but for the first time in three years, a groomer has done what I have actually asked for. With no push back or looking annoyed or making me feel guilty or stupid. And she aced the groom too! She has also done tidy ups for my dog multiple times before and is always does it so well. My dog has been ill for most of his life (involving his skin) and I feel like she was the first groomer to ever listen, show some compassion and accommodate our needs. I’m so grateful to have found her and can see why she is booked up so much in advance. I also love this store, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you have heavy items, they will even help you to your car. The store itself stocks a good range of products too.

So Petstock head office after 3 promises finally rang me back about my dog pusher that fell apart. They advised me that the Ormond store is a franchisee and they had no control over what they did. Of course, as a customer, I explained that we the sign above the door says Petstock so that is all that we care about. Petstock - you need tighter franchisee rules - these guys represent your brand and are successfully trashing it. Petstock suggested that someone from store/area managers/regional managers would ring me to resolve my complaint. I should live so long ! So far, I have had lots of sorry's and zero action.

Extremely dissatisfied customer. I’ve been coming here for 4 years (I have a rabbit and a Newfoundland) bought a Kong Jaxx toy on Sunday costing $39 and my puppy had the toy for less than 5 minutes and it’s destroyed. I went back in to Petstock and explained this to the person behind the counter only to be met with ‘we don’t do refunds’ I tried explaining the above and thought it was ridiculous a toy costing almost $40 is so easily broken in less than 5 minutes right in front of my eyes! Will be taking my business to another Pet store as this one clearly doesn’t care about loyalty or us! The customers.

So incredibly disappointed in my dog's clip at the groomer today. I won't be returning. Did not listen to my wishes at all and felt it was easier to shave him completely and leave one ear several inches longer than the other. I should have taken my dog home as soon as I got there when I saw the dog before him looking so distressed he was chewing through his lead and being ignored. I have used Petstock Ormond for my dog's clip before and they did a fabulous job and his hair was more tangled then. I didn't catch today's groomer's name but I could have done a better job myself.

Staff are polite enough. Don't know who's managing the place though. Signs for the bird cage don't match. Prices was a big pain in the neck Said clearance$27 for $77 bird cage Signs were up for a week so I came back to purchase them but none of the signs matched I said ok. I'll have the $35 one then. I was informed no cages were available matching the signs Super annoying when prices don't match anything and then they don't even get changed when you tell them and come back a week later still the same

Im a regular for now. Have to watch the discount lines and labels. Yes agree a very extensive range. Loyalty programs are great bare in mind they do rotate discounts...fair enough. Purhased 2 x large bags of Black Hawk dog food lugged them to the counter. Questioned the price. Counter staff said "from $105" labels upon checking they don't specify which bags. I paid $20 more. Buyer beware ..Caveat Emptor. Cheeky advertising, which even the sales staff agreed. Bordering on Consumer affairs report.

Really great staff - always friendly & very helpful. You can tell they really do genuiniely care for animals. Great prices. The store is wheelchair accessible, to a point - there is a nice ramp to enter but the door needs to be opened, but it is opten left open, so that's good. The aisles are nice and wide so it's nice and accessible. There's often friendly dogs, shopping, which is nice. I love coming, here. Thank you

Purchased a dog toy at Petstock Ormond. Toy fell apart on the first minute of use by my beloved dog Pumpkin. I called the store and was invited to return the toy for a full refund. On the return of the toy only partial refund provided. Store manager Christina was rude and condescending, advising in a toxic tone that next time no refund will be provided. Such a poor way to treat a loyal customer. What a shame.

I called to ask about puppy school, I was recommended two call a puppy trainer I was quoted $100 a hour and 2 hours is the time that they would need costly experience . The lady was lovely but the information was overwhelming puppy are a handful as it is . All I wanted to know is to stop my puppy from biting and toilet training . At the end of the day the information was helpful to me .

$12 for DIY dog wash without a time constraint! Lost 1 star because there was no shampoo, so either the machine run out or its a hack to buy one from the shop. Thankfully, had my own! Lost 2nd star because the bathtub was filthy from someone else's dog who shed black hair. A bit more thoroughness wouldn't heart anyone. Will go back, hopefully all will be better!

Just came back and got some really helpful advice from Adam at PETstock. I have a fussy spoodle who doesn't want to eat and he gave me some very useful tips. He wasn't being a 'pushy salesman', he was genuinely giving some fantastic advice. Adam, you deserve a raise! Hope your bosses read this

Great pet store! Staff were friendly and quickly understood what I needed and how much I was not prepared to pay. They still gave great advice and I will be back to that store soon. They care about the animals more than hard selling. If help is needed, make this your store to go to.

Not as big as the larger PETStock stores but still a pretty decent range. I found some good dog toys at reasonable prices but I found that I had to approach the staff to ask for help rather than them approaching me. Otherwise, smooth transaction and got what I came for.

Very disappointing, my father purchased some chicken food which had oily residue and mouldy black pellets that are usually light grey. The manager refused to take it back when the product was compromised and could have harmed the chickens who won’t come near it.

Love the dog baths here, a small price of about $12 I think for unlimited time including always having oatmeal shampoo available for use even if it's not in the machines. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help.

Staff is always so helpful with expert advice. My new fantails are enjoying their new home.I asked about my budgie and was given very helpful advice and the name of a good bird doctor if I should need it.Always my favorite pet shop!

I come in this Pet shop for many years. I'm always surprise by the warm welcome and the help you can have with the staff. I do not remember another shop were they are so good, helpfull and nice. Bravo and continue like that. :)

Scarred my dog... Even a butcher with clippers would be gentler on a dog than you guys were on mine. Inspite of sending photos after the clip, I got no apology or anything - not good customer service, very sad. Never again...

Really helpful and friendly staff, great range and other services on premises. Generally parking in the area is easy but it is on a busy road, convenient to drop past on the way somewhere... can be pricey though

Love this store. Great variety of stuff, well priced, (for a pet shop), and terrific staff. All so friendly and know their products. There's also a shop cat that lives there. What's not to love about that!?

Amazing service, great amount of stock and they have a store cat who is beautiful . They have a dog washing service and delivery/click collect options with somewhat extended hours so very flexible.

Penstock Ormond is our go to store for all our pet supplies. We are able to routinely get our dog food so our 2 schnauzers never miss out. Thanks guys for your great service and friendly smiles.

We went in to buy anti pull harness and the server took the time to give us pointers on training both our dogs. It’s changed the dynamic and fixed quite a few issues we were having. Top service!

AMAZING STAFF. at 9am on a Sunday. rang chasing a small inflatable collar. they checked stock before i went there, then helped fit it in the store.. lucky they did as 1st one had a hole.

Good range of products and very friendly helpful staff. Prices on par with other pet warehouses. Right on North road with parking along the side street. Also has hydrobath facilities.

Ran to Petstock at 7pm as they were shutting up - Bailey was so kind to reopen the roller shutter door and let me do a quick shop. Thanks so much for a great customer experience.

These guys are great! 4 star simply because the selection of cat toys is very average lots of the same same not much in the way of new cool things for your pet. Staff are Ace.

Just letting you all know that my husband handed in to the staff a ladies Rolex watch which he found at the dog wash in this store. Found today about 2:30pm.

This place is deceptively deep and has a full range of equipment and food. It looks small from the front so I bypassed it previously.
