Took my puppy in for his first haircut today, shattered to say the least. He is a 6 month old labradoodle who looked like a little teddy bear, I gave very specific trim instructions and 2 hours later my puppy looks like he’s been hacked at with a lawn mower. She literally done everything opposite to what I said and even worse is that what she wrote down. I realised after she read her notes back to me which were literally completely wrong that she actually just didn’t listen to me at all. Management handled it well, the cut was that bad that it ended up being complimentary. But if you want more than a shave down to the skin I’d look elsewhere.

Had booked my puppys first grooming. Got a call a week early to confirm the appointment on the wrong day. When I did attend my correct confirmed appointment, he sent me away to wait 30min. When I picked up my puppy, he told me her fur was matted but didn't ask what we've been doing or give any advice. Nails weren't clipped and fringe has been hacked at and not neatly trimmed. Overall grooming wasn't that great.

I started a gold fish pond when I lived around the corner from Petstock in Prahran. The staff are friendly and knowlegable when I was having issues with water quality. Today they were so helpful in finding just the right thing I needed and went out of their way to find a solution for me. I'd really recommend this store.

At first when I arrived I was left to my self without a hello. But then shortly after some friendly staff came over to offer help and were very knowledgeable. They pointed me in the right place and even carried my products for me to the counter. Then asked if i need help getting it (large bag of dog food) to the car.

I mean yes the place was good and the service was good. But the product I wanted was available, but it wouldn’t scan so they couldn’t sell it to me and it was the product that I wanted and went out of my way to walk to their store which took half an hour... but nice store with lots of stock, no pun intended.

Wish I went to Petbarn. Please give your staff rewards so they actually work. Today I went in to buy a few products. One was on back order. Waited 10 mins for for the manager to then give me nothing. There were 3 staff on. Zaria was lovely but Courtney is not a Manager. Very bad service.

I didn't know this shop was here .but it's on high st near Williams rd and the staff were very helpful without getting in the way when i just wanted to browse. It's a big shop and the price of what i wanted was very good. I would recommend a visit if yr looking for something for yr pet.

Awful. I bought two items showed $9.99 each on the price tag, and they charged me $13.99. When I went back they just say that it was the wrong price. But the item's name on the tag is indeed the one that I bought and they refused to do anything about it for me.

Love these guys ! Staff are always friendly here . Huge range of different options for your dog or cat. Only thing I dont rate at all is their puppy pads. They are $60 for 100 and they aren't absorbent enough. Kmart have 100 for $20 and are way better quality.

I've booked my pet in for a grooming session. They had to cancel because their groomer was sick, then I re-booked but they cancelled again. I would have appreciated a solution perhaps they could have called other branches and tried to make an appointment?

The groomer, Mika does an excellent job. I'm very fussy with my dog's groom as lots of other groomers make her look silly. Mika is fantastic and is so patient with my dog who is a bit nervous about the grooming process. 100% recommend Mika.

Always great service. They price match what ever they can for you so that you can take it home there and then, instead of having to wait two weeks for delivery from competitors. I've been to a few different stores, and they're all great.

Nice pet store with grooming services too. I was there with my foster carer organisation on an adoption day and the staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Wide variety of food and stuff you need for your pet.
