Three out of four times no live crickets, and when asked about fresh ones because all the $7.50 tubs of supposed live crickets are dead they just laughed at us. Sorry not paying $7.50 for three or four crickets and you got rocks in your head if you think people will. Not reliable as a pet food supply store as advertised.

There was a mix up with my click and collect and the manager, Emily, was extremely kind and helpful. She fixed it all up and even offered to drop it off to me personally to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you for going above and beyond.

surprising nice store team members were friendly range of stock was good full shelves. pricing qwas a bit high however team were happy to price match and made that easy this will be my preferred store
