I am new to the area and have to say that I don’t think Ive encountered this great a pharmacy since I was a kid! The pharmacist was so helpful and generous and the staff were knowledgeable and even applied for a discount for my medication. Is it weird to say I’m excited to go back? haha! But really, finding a pharmacy where we often have vulnerable things to do and ask for, that feels so welcoming, is a major benefit to this community. Thank you Pharmasave Dundas Valley. I have experienced top class customer service at this Pharmasave in Dundas, ON. Thank you Sam Patel for going over and beyond to help fill my son's prescription. My son was prescribed painkiller post-op. The pediatric dose was apparently on backorder in all of the area pharmacies. Sam quickly understood that the dosage was incorrect, contacted the family physician and the prescription was ready within a few hours. True example of a community pharmacy. Highly recommended.

We transferred our business to this very friendly owner operated franchise because the previous pharmacy we patronized for 10 years was taken over by an American company who in a very short period ruined a perfectly good business. This is a great little bit well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff! I just bought these masks with adjustable straps and filter pocket with one free filter for only $5.99 plus tax. And it's the best fitting mask I've bought! They have youth sizes too. The colours are plain but they are Canadian-designed (though made in China). Great store! Support local stores!

After Rexall on Hatt street wouldn't fill my prescription due to time constraints ( 2.5 hours wasn't enough time for them) the pharmacist at Pharmasave called to have it transferred and filled it quickly for me. She was very helpful and all the staff are so friendly. It's that tiny bit of effort that makes such a huge difference to the customer.

A real gem in downtown Dundas! The staff are incredibly personable and knowledgeable. In no time at all you are on a first name basis with all of them. Well stocked shelves and reasonable store hours, this has become my go-to store for all my pharmacy needs.

Hi ,I went to the pharmacy for the first time ,the girls at the front desk she is really nice and polite and I went to get my aunt COVID test ,kalpana had done that ,she is so so so nice ,she cooperate a lot .really thanks kalpana.

A pharmacy that actually cares. Employees treat you like a human and not another number in line and go out of there way to help you to the best of their abilities. I'll go out of my way to go here.
