I have been at this pharmacy since it was a DELL pharmacy. From Randy (who retired) to Sam - this specific location is staffed with extremely wonderful people. Sam and the entire team go above and beyond for their patients. I trust Sam 110% with looking after my various health concerns including his regular medication reviews which helps me a lot know what I am taking. When my doctor missed refilling my prescriptions, he gave me a month's supply of them under his name until the doctor got back to him. He knew these were my regular meds and saved me a HUGE headache of trying to get through to my doctor's office who never answers their phone. The store is VERY small, but they have a HUGE heart and I would highly recommend Sam and the staff at Dundurn Rexall. When I moved further away from the location, I kept my meds at this location and they deliver it to whereever I am in the city. When I am out of town, Sam looks after all my meds before I go. THANK YOU SAM AND TEAM!

Please people don’t come to this pharmacy! They will let you die. I went last Thursday for my puffer and told me by Monday it would be ready. I called to see if the puffer was there today and the pharmacist left me for 20 minutes on hold like she forgot about me or something. I had to go into the pharmacy myself just to find out they didn’t have it. On top of that she was whispering I couldn’t hear her, she didn’t even ask for my identification. Very unprofessional I mean putting my health in their hands is like taking a risk. I’m literally taking all my prescription medicine out of here!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this pharmacy is pretty terrible. Their customer service is awful, there is always some technical issue and after going here for a year I am still bombarded with the same questions about dr refills even though no other pharmacy has ever hassled me over this. I’ve asked them multiple times to transfer my prescription to a new pharmacy and they never do. I also 9/10 don’t get a text or a call when my stuff is ready for pickup. Many of the pharmacists have terrible attitudes and Rexall doesn’t have great hours. It’s just not a location I recommend.

This pharmacy is an complete joke. Lifeless customer service bordering on rude and your prescription will never be ready for the time that you ask. And this has happened to me for every single visit. Most recently, I called to fill a prescription for the following morning. Then next day, knowing what I was in for, I called again to check if it was indeed ready. It was not. I said ok, well I will be coming through at 3pm, can it be ready for then? They assured me yes. It was not. I left the pharmacy finally at 4pm with prescription in hand. Switching pharmacies immediately.

Useless customer service @ the pharmacy. Called and asked if I can email the watermarked prescription that my doctor gave me for an urgent inhaler refill. Pharmacy said no. Needs to be a hard copy, even though every Rexall has an Rx email address. Or I would need to bother my doctor again and get them to fax the prescription. Don't bother calling or going into this pharmacy thinking that being a reasonable person will result in helpful service.

This pharmacy may be small but it’s mighty! Pharmacist Sam and his team go above and beyond for their patients. I’ve been there frequently over the past few years due to multiple complex health conditions and each time I visit I experience great customer service, a listening ear and even med rec support to ensure that my medications aren’t causing complications or negative interactions. 5 star service every time!

I don't know if Sam the pharmacist still works there but I haven't seen him lately. The new staff are quite rude. I said hi twice to them and not even a smile or a hello. If Sam is not there anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't know who this staff member was but maybe she should smile a bit more or even say hello. Maybe she should not be working with the public.

Don't know what happened to Sam but his replacements are doing all they can to put this store on death watch. It's hard to imagine how so many people void of personality and lacking a understanding of proactive custmer service landed in the same place at the same time. My wife and I will be seeking another pharmacy.

Very prompt service when picking up my prescription. Everyone was friendly, store was very clean. I don't understand the other reviews complaining about selection - i found what i wanted just fine and only waited about 5 min for my prescription to be filled. I am a happy customer :)

have had many different pharmacies, but he is definitely the best. Most caring, informative, patient, accommodating and kind pharmacist known to man! I have moved quite far away from the location now but will continue to use this pharmacy for as long as I can.

They provide covid and flu shots but are not senior friendly. You cannot make people wait and then ask them to wait again after the shot an offer "no customer washrooms". Recommend seniors find another pharmacy until they rectify this situation.

The staff have always remained calm, patient and supportive towards me since i began visiting this location. I want to acknowledge the Young Man at the front - he is gracious and all pharmacists for thier attention to detail and care?

Been getting my monthly prescriptions here for over 15 years and haven’t had a SINGLE negative experience! Staff are always helpful and very friendly. Very clean and always pharmacist and cashier available. No long waits either!

Best service for vaccinations. I was driving 4 different places in Mississauga and Toronto for my second vaccine for Pfizer . Here was no line ! Very nice people and they took me same day . Thank you again .

No comment about the pharmacy services. There appears to be Canada Post but You cannot pay to mail something from here. You can only drop (prepaid) and pickup. Seriously, there's no Canada Post nearby.

Good for picking up prescriptions and getting flu shot. Bizarro dollar store and touristy style products crowd the shelves, limited cosmetics and hygiene selection.

went for my vaccination, didnt feel a thing but 99% sure i actually got it. very small place and few cold drink options though
