I have to agree with all the other reviews stating the pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I go to this pharmacy out of convenience because it's the closest to me. God forbid you have to ask a question regarding your medication or when it will be ready, your certain to get a salty response from one of the pharmacy staff. I've been in 3 times now to pick up one prescription and everytime it's "it'll be in on this day", okay well I've been told that for a week now and everytime it ain't there.They need to hire people that are actually personable & know what they're doing. Some people actually have illnesses that require the meds to stay, you know, healthy and alive? To be talked to with annoyance and in a condescending tone because I need my medication and want to know when I'll have it isn't cool.

While the front desk clerk today was lovely, this pharmacy has the rudest staff. I was basically kicked off of the phone when requesting prescription refills, and when I arrived to pick them up, the pharmacy manager told me that I had already gotten that prescription (which was not the one I had asked for) and only then told me that I would have to talk to my doctor for a refill of the one I had asked for. Incredibly poor communication from the whole team. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated by the whole experience and will be taking my business elsewhere, even though it is further away. I never really thought a bad pharmacy would bother me, but I can’t recommend that anyone go here. Stay far away

I was treated very badly by the pharmacist. He basically said my Prescription was fake. I just came back from a very painfull dental surgery and needed two Prescriptions to be filled after he even called the dentist he tried telling me they were not a real dentist. And that good luck to me taking it somewhere else. Because I needed tylenols threes he was pretty much saying I was trying to make this all up. I should have showed him my mouth and the work I just had done but u don't think of these things till after because I was in pain and just wanting to get home. I am disgusted at how he made me feel. Never again well I go to this place again when in need. Watch how u treat others and be f#%ken kind!!!

Honestly I really love this location. I see all the negative comments about staff members and having to wait but honestly i feel like people are always in a rush and think its the pharmacy job to accommodate their rush … i suffer from epilepsy and my memory is always gone. There’s a lady named Tish that i always see working hard running back and forth making sure everyone has everything but what i love most about Tish is she has an amazing memory and when i walk in the door she already has what I need ready and im out the door ! Shes an amazing person and i hope she gets the Recognition she deserves ❤️

Went in to get some naloxone for our first aid kit at work (I work retail in the industrial sector, you never know who will need it) and as soon as I asked for it, the pharmacy staff became incredibly cold and uncaring towards me. They did not inform me on how to use it or how to store it, I had to ask because they seemed to just want to get rid of me as soon as possible despite me being the only customer there. Cashiers and other staff are lovely, just would not recommend the pharmacy here, they do not seem to be very compassionate people.

The most Helpful and welcoming atmosphere!! The staff top notch! The Doctors are kind and actually care and go out of their way to help you in any way they can!! By far the best pharmacist you could ever want super informative and kind he goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and takes his time and answers all the questions you need asked! I'm so lucky to have found this all in one pharmacy& doctor you will not be disappointed!!!

I think they are doing the best they can at the pharmacy and my need so staff training experience on phone calls.I was greeted at the front door from rexall employee and she did a great job,I'm optimistic and believe they just need a break and it's been really hard on everyone with everything in this past year,so I'm sure everything will work it self out in 2021 have a good new year to Rexall and staff.

Let's just say if I could give 0 stars I would...... Extremely rude and stupid as they come. Told me they would fax over my son's precipitation to my DOCTOR... To find out they faxed it to my pediatrician had to call back the next day and have them fax it... Called my doctor right after to make sure they got it... I don't think I've EVER delt with such ignorant pharmacy staff....

Worst experience at this pharmacy I've ever had. Time to move to another pharmacy. Guy at the desk had to write down the name before he looked for the prescription. I had to finally tell him to look under "M" for my husband's prescription. Couldn't work the cash register to save his butt. Had to finally go to the front counter to pay for a $3.75 prescription. Very poor service.

On a couple occasions they have mixed up my medications. Today was the last straw i was just discharged from hospital and when i went to fill my prescription they said it wasnt a prescription lol how do you not know what a hospital prescription looks like? theyre going to kill someone with their incompetence. I will drive the extra distance to never go here again

Everything is very expensive. The staff is very nice, but I can't get over how expensive this store is compared to other drug stores in the area. It's alright if you can manage to catch something on sale (which is still more than it would sell for elsewhere) or if you're buying bus tickets or stamps, but in general this place is a complete rip off.

I was only stopping to grab a birthday card , which I was able to locate easy and the cost was suitable . They also took our credit card as our payment method. Wasn't busy in the store and the cashier was very friendly and helpful . Was a nice clean store and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

the pharmacy never answers the phone. Very hard to contact anyone in the pharmacy. When dealing with large chain pharmacies, patient care drops. For better pharmacy experience, go up the street to Parkdale Medical Pharmacy. The staff there shows more care and medications ready in half the time as Rexall.

Nothing beats when you finally arrive to the pharmacy with 6 minutes to spare and the doors are already locked and the staff look right at you and turn their backs. Shout out to all those amazing folks whom clearly should not work with the public! Thanks for making life easier

I asked if they saline nasal rinse kits and was pointed to row with different items I asked again an told we dont have that. No effort at all on the part the staff member. Like I was an inconvenience. I mean what drug store doesnt sell them . Off to Shoppers then.

Rudest pharmaceutical staff The doctor jabbed me with the covid shot and told me to sit for one minute and that I can leave right after. I left and just 2 days later I was in the hospital for myocarditus. Terrible doctor

I always go to the one in Jackson Square Hamilton Ontario for all our prescription needs and everyday essentials the staff are always friendly and the pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable about extremely helpful

It's your average drug store. Not as big as Shopper's but a good drug store none the less. It concentrates more on the medicine and medical side of things. It does sell cases of pop though.

They were closing when I got there but Darlene & rest of staff kindly helped me. I appreciate it & highly recommend this pharmacy for other customers

Closed at 3pm Saturdays ? and closed Sundays? Very odd times and super inconvenient, with no notice when you call to order a prescription.

The pharmacy is incapable of being friendly or doing what is asked . Closes too early and Sunday they are closed . The worst
