Edit: I have to add that we’ve now been here often and we also recommend the Asian Chicken Nachos and the Green Chili Pork Nachos on top of the other dishes in our original review, they are all delicious! I also have to add that it can get quite busy there, and when it does they get overwhelmed as I believe they may not have enough waitresses sometimes, and they can run pretty slow. But the food is still fantastic! Original review: We love this sports bar, we were delightfully surprised with how good the food was! My husband got the Southwest Cajun Chicken Salad and he loved it! Definitely one of his favorite salads now. I got the Raspberry Chipotle Buffalo Wings, grilled and re-tossed in the sauce! They were absolutely delicious! Some of my favorite wings now! The drinks were good and my husband had a nice amount of cold beers to choose from on tap. The atmosphere was nice, not too loud but had music playing and many TV’s to choose to watch. There was even a TV at our booth! The customer service was great and our waitress was very professional and courteous! We’ll definitely be returning to try other menu items!

My wife and I ate there late one evening last week. I ordered the pastrami sliders and onion rings, and my wife ordered shrimp tacos. The first disappointment was they had run out of corn tortillas. That should have been no big deal as there is a grocery store just down the walkway, but that was not even a worth a consideration, or obviously the effort to satisfy a customer order. As it was late in the evening, my wife agreed to the the tacos being served as lettuce wraps instead. But the lettuce was not very fresh. The meat on my sliders needed only to be warmed. It was burnt/overcooked and tough. The onion rings were very tasty. The server did a good job. She was professional and very courteous. She is the reason I awarded two stars instead of one star. I'm sure this was just an off night. But when there's a grocery store just down the walkway, buying tortillas to satisfy an order should not be a big deal, especially when you have several servers standing around idle talking to each other.

I've been here for food and drink several times, usually a good experience. This time it was a stop for a to go fish & chips on a Friday. Worst fish and chips I have ever had, and I've had many. It took ½ hour for food to appear. I took the bagged carton to my car and noticed a disagreeable smell. All drive home I thinking "Hope that's not my dinner I smell." Got home, sat down to eat, opened the box and yes, it was my dinner. Stank of hot moldy fish. The fries tasted the same. The fish was so overdone that the batter coating was like mortar. I could manage one bite only before tying the whole mess in a plastic bag to reduce the smell and putting same in garbage. Cannot recommend the fish and chips here. Good G. Other stuff is mostly good.

the Google maps address is wrong the restaurant is still in business but on the other side of the same parking lot. We had to call and they were very nice and came outside and flagged us down. The food was very flavorful with a good selection of Philly cheese steak sandwiches. they also have individual TVs on your table and you're able to pick your own channel. See attached picture. Or you can watch the mini TVs on the wall. The waitresses were very attentive to our needs and the food was cooked perfectly there is a large patio that is dog friendly and also smoker friendly. But it looks like there is enough ventilation that you can sit somewhere and still get some fresh air.

I had previously given this place 5 stars and been here several times but had to lower it today. I went in to the bar (the back area that you cant really see from the front by the beer taps), order my drink and same good drinks and service as before. Theres a waitress (cute blonde and seemingly nice girl) sitting next to me on the regular-sized table area, she is on break and having a good time chatting with the bar tenders- thats cool too. But then she pulls out her red vaping pen and just vapes, several puffs across the bar. Im looking around and no one says or does anything and last I remember, not allowed. So yes, last time I come here.

What an embarrassment to the Philly's franchise. Don't order from the kitchen. I ordered a pizza with a simple request for no mushrooms. Bartender informed me that the kitchen accidentally added mushrooms but then picked them off. I looked down at my destroyed excuse for a pizza. I'm sure it was fine prior to fingers digging through it to remove the mistake. The bartender assured me they "think they got most of them". I assume they spent a good amount of effort destroying the pizza since it was cold as well as all of the rest of my order. Do yourself a favor, go to one of the other Philly's locations, this one has clearly given up.

After our usual spot was having issues with their water we decided to give this place a shot. We walked in and were seated immediately which was nice. The place is quite large and had plenty of seating both inside and out. There are plenty of TVs which is what you would expect. We ordered some appetizers which were really good as was our lunch orders. The only issue we had was that our food seemed to be delayed as everyone around us, including those that ordered after us, were getting the orders. We spoke with the manager who corrected this for us and overall it was a great place and we will certainly go back.

I had to put a disappointed review on this place. 1st time coming here. The food was good, but the waitress kept disappearing and the burger took well over 30 mins to come out. My fries were soggy. Waitress only came back to refill my drink once after it been empty the whole time I was eating.. I seen the bartender open a tequila bottle with her teeth, scratching the inside of her ears and touching her hair, then proceed to touch the clean cups and make a drink for another customer. I would like to come back for the atmosphere. It feels like a sport bar. TVs and pool table. I'm not sure I'll come here again.

Nice relaxing place to watch Monday Night Football and have dinner and appetizers. The wait staff was great, drinks good and the Buffalo Chicken Salad was amazing. The fried Pickles were great and the dip was very unique and good. They always have ranch if you don’t like it. The one thing that I didn’t care for was the queso dip for the pretzels. Because of that I’d never order these again. It was too heavy and I’d prefer a beer cheese.

Fly Eagles Fly! It was definitely my first time here, and idk if it was the alcohol, the Eagles Fans, or just me and my squad, but we had a blast. The wings had no flavor, but everything else we ate was great. The ladies working were amazing! Thank you! The place was clean outside, which was even nice, which is where we ended up with the lamp heater on... sorry, I dont think we turned it off.. thanks for a great night, and sadly, our team lost, but still, BIRDGANG BABY ‼️

I don't know man. It's been forever since I've been to Phillies I used to go to the original one down in Scottsdale Tempe border. Philly's cheesesteak was horrible this time around. It's a good chance it could have just been the cook. I don't know who knows nobody knows. I'd be more than happy to pay an extra $4 if they allowed me to come back and cook my own Philly they should have that as an option. I'd even be willing to go down to the whatever the county places and get a food handler's card just for that option I'm just saying and I'm asking for a friend.

Went out to Phoenix with a group of friends for the Birds game... Ended up here for the Eagles Tailgate party and we were NOT disappointed!!! Soon as we walked in, we met the owners, who were more than welcoming, we felt right at home lol Outside bartenders were outstanding!!!! Hanna was our server, that woman hustled her a$$ off all day! We would've have had the experience we did, had it not been for the her outstanding service!!! Food was pretty good too!! If you're ever out there for a game or local and looking for a good spot, this is the place! Cheers!

I’ve Been many times, but this last time!!! Wow.. the bar tender service was horrible, attitude I didn’t recall ordering. Drinks poor that was .. aww questionable. Charging me for a premium poor and not the well pour that we watched .. bad biz.. Haley’s attitude was plain out rude. Lunch special or not, nothing special about our order!! When we come back, we hope to see the service better and management to insure there is no up charging for drinks that don’t warrant it.

I put five stars for the food the service was hit and mess since the beginning sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get my order taken even sitting in a booth they thought I was just there to drink but I got to say that sirloin steak was on top very well cooked whoever was a cook between 845 and 9 o’clock pm is an outstanding cooking deserves a raise because his food was amazing. Date is 1/6/21 Great job cook you are out standing with food you know what you’re doing 100%. But The servers truly on the grading of 100 to 0 I have to give them 15%.

Was discriminated against at Phillys tonight, sadly the "bartender" said I was being "too loud" after meeting up with my friends after a Suns game! Was gladly tending to my friends in getting them a pitcher of beer, but then poured my beer out after I ordered it. Saying I was being obnoxious after I greeted my friends only after a few minutes. I had just drove over to meet them! And he charged me the whole two pitchers of beer!! Then told me to leave even though he poured out my beer. Very disrespectful and not local friendly to locals!!

  • Marc C

Sadly, the service here has gone terribly wrong over the years, mad there is now an extra 2% "service fee" added to orders for no reason. Staff is friendly enough when they come by but the kitchen is so slow that it's just not worth coming here for food. It doesn't matter how busy or empty it is, the wait for a basic philly cheese steak is consistently 20-30 minutes or more after ordering, sometimes much longer. Won't be back. Previous review.... Food is good, usually have great service too making one of my newer go-to places for lunch.

  • Adrian Sear

Food... Awesome Friendliness of Staff... Awesome Mutt-friendly... Undeniably Our new spot to hang and throw back some burgers and enjoy some football in great company! Just a fantastic experience. Update... Becoming a regular here, as the food, friendliness, and atmosphere is just plain Awesome. The food is off the charts, and we are so thankful to have sound such a jewel of a restaurant / bar!

If the service was better, the food may have been at least passable. The server was inattentive to being almost negligent, we only saw her when we placed our order and when the check came. The hostess was rude and constantly walked around the restaurant eating food off of a friends place instead of greeting customers. The fries were somewhat decent but did not make up for the poor service and lackluster main course. Don't waste your time, you'll be happier somewhere else.

  • Doug Kaiser

We really like this Philly's location. Individual TVs are great. The kids love it there. Food is good. My only complaint would be that the service can be a bit slow at times. The first few times we went the service was excellent, but the last couple times not so great. The servers spend a lot of time moving from the patio to the inside tables. Might be better if they setup the sections differently so that the servers didn't have so far to go to deal with all their tables.

  • Barbara Bean

Very nice place, dine in or out on the large patio Our waitress was very pleasant, gave us ample time to check over the menu, although she said she was new, she gave excellent customer service. I wish I could remember her name, I believed it started with a S. We were there on 3/17/21 approx 13:30. I had patty melt with cheddar, n onion rings, my cousin had a Greek salad. Hope this helps to determine who our waitress was. She deserves some form of recognition. Thank you

This is a typical sports bar but with a twist. I appreciated that each booth had personal monitors available. There was a good amount of monitors through the space. The sound was really good and clear. Our server was great, too. If you enjoy sweet drinks, try a "Mexican Candy" shot (pictured).

Stopped by just before 4 PM on Monday afternoon. One waitress who was more interested in chatting with a friend then serving my friend and I. She actually told me to relax until she could get to me when they were only 2 tables in the whole place for her to serve. When I told her to never tell me to relax again she totally ignored us and we had to wait until we could get another server. In total it took us 45 minutes to get food I won't be back.

  • Tanieka Epperson

Cobb salad is delicious. Happy hour is a decent menu. The nachos for happy hour our good but it is and extra charge for meat and they use shredded cheese on them. The wings aren't really worth it. it depends on the cook if they're good or not is the best way I can describe them. Not really meant for kids. Kids menu is more expensive than your usual kids meal (Philly's price $8 vs other restaurants $4.95-$6.95)

  • Aj Zagarella

The guy who said he was bar manager here is really such a terrible worker. He looked younger than me and then made terrible comments to me and my friends. We won’t be stopping here again. Really upset because with was highly recommended from my roadhouse friends. The awful manager was a young man with long hair and a backwards hat, I hope they find a better dude to run the place, then maybe I’ll come back.

  • Christopher Slagle

I was kicked out of this bar for asking why they didn’t have any American flags. The manager on duty told me I was lucky he was on duty when I was walking out of the bar. I hope every patriot goes into this bar, and ask why they don’t have any American flags. They only American flag was in the kitchen. I am a veteran of the United States Army, and was told I have PTSD because I asked about American flags.

Stopped in for a quick 10min drink at the bar, and I had a great quick in and out experience! Staff was extremely friendly, I was greeted promptly by the bar tender, and just enough attention was given to me to not be overbearing, but still keep me satisfied. Cleanliness was above and beyond, especially during these times Overall, 10/10 I cannot wait to stop back in with friends and spend some time here!

  • Ben Kuehl

Google sent me here. Very very nice place. Excellent food. Friendly staff. And very clean restrooms. I usually would have picked a Burger King across the street but I’m very happy that I came here instead. Very reasonable pricing as well. Wait staff was very easy on the eyes. Minus the lady that didn’t have a back to her spandex so she was heavy on the thighs. LOL. I would recommend coming here again.

  • Gabriel Martinez

It's just an average sports bar with less than average service. There are a lot of TV's which was a plus the wings were ok nothing great. I recommend getting them grilled. Our waitress was not the best and we had to wait several times for a long period for refills, other requests and the check.

Loved this place. We had just finished a 4 day hike through the Grand Canyon and drove to Tempe for our flight home the next day. This place was a perfect celebratory place for us to go. It has so many different types of food and drink and it was all amazing. We all agreed the onion rings were the best we've ever had. The service was great even though they were really busy.

  • Josh Linkowski

This is the best Philly’s I’ve been to in the valley. It has a great setup, fantastic sound/speakers, lively crowds and friendly/personable staff. They’ve got good taste in music and know how to manage the vibe. The food here is incredible too! They’ve got a great variety of food and everything I’ve had here tastes better than other locations. Check this Philly’s out!

The fish and chips were good, one piece was a little thick, but not bad! As for the service, it was excellent, I believe they were at maximum capacity due to the Diamondbacks game, and we got our food within 20 min! And obviously the climate was fun because of the game!

Lunch took us over 1.5 hours. Half of our order for delivered, and the other half took considerably longer. No acknowledgement or apology for the delay. Half our party started eating and we're done by the time the rest of the food came. They didn't refill our beverages. I understand being short staffed, but acknowledge and apologize for the situation

  • Caroline Wanthal

This place deserves 0 stars for apparently allowing regulars to keep drinking and cause scenes and make it a horrible experience for those that are trying to enjoy a night out. The staff basically celebrated them falling and knocking over chairs and I don’t want to return to a place that I used to enjoy if they allow this kind of behavior

  • Lisa F

Great food terrible service. I had brisket sliders which were extremely tasty. Same goes for my strawberry salad. It took 25 min for a server to even notice we were there and ask for our drink order. We did get our drinks but when we needed refills or flatware or anything it was another 20 min. Too bad, the food was filling and flavorful.

  • Jasmine Moore

The first time we visited this place it was excellent. Food came out quick and was really good. We have been here 3 times in the last month and 2 of the 3 times I had to return my food because it was inedible. Not only that but we didn’t get our food for an hour after we ordered! Will not be going back that’s for sure! Unhappy customer!

Thanks to a buddy of mine for introducing me to this place. Since then I've been here multiple times and have to say the staff is what makes this place amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here to watch any sporting event with friends. Food is always good, beer is cold, and waitresses are just awesome with great personalities!

  • Ryan Patrick

Great patio. Food is sub/average. Staff used to be energetic and engaging. Lately the crew seems disconnected, most notably, from each other. Our last experience the wait person was there late, and under duress because of other no-show wait staff. Fine patio to sit and drink beer on. Just expect college bar- level management.

Philly’s is such a fun spot and the Warner location has always been my favorite. Lots of TVs and good music and vibes. Second visit here. It was very busy with Philadelphia Eagles fans watching the game against the Cardinals. Still the service & food were very good. All employees were wearing masks but some customers weren't following protocol by walking around without one. Overall it was a good time & I will come back.

This was my spot to watch all the boxing events. This was a pretty cool spot. Low key and into intimate. They no long display the boxing. Now I have to go to Twin peaks. Food is cool as well. They show ufc fights as well. Bring back the boxing events and I’ll be back to check out this cool environment.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I will definitely be back. The food was very good, try the crab fries you will probably like the special seasoning they use. My server, Olivia, was one of the better ones in this area that i've had for some time. All in all a great first experience.

The Signature (bone-in) Wings are great! We were here on a Sunday afternoon in the Fall so lots of football games were in progress. We still had pretty darn good service and were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the day. The beer was cold and those wings are something to come back for!

The pudgy bartender would take my money and not give me back change. I had to ask her multiple times and she gave me a horrible attitude. Horrible attitude. Overpriced. Bad service. The two stars is for being open late. Would not reccomend. Pleanty of other places to spend your money.

This visit was good and our waitress was the best we've had there in a long time. This location of Philly's is interesting, the vibe and setup is good, food is pretty solid, but the service is always so-so. I'll give it a solid 4, but it sometimes is more like a 3-3.5.

Pretzel bites were good but we had ask for them 20 minutes after ordering them. The Philly was good but the accompanying fries were so soggy, cool(in a bad way) and undercooked that they were inedible. Waitress left my drink empty for over

The bar service was extraordinarily. JT was the primary bartender with whom I interacted, but two others also dropped in several times to help. The delicious crispy fried green beans are the reason we returned. This time I also ordered the

Beautiful day but outdoor dining space was so filled with cigar and cigarette smoke that we had to move inside. Good service, but taco was dry and lacked flavor. Happy hour beer wasn't cheap enough to make me return. I am never going back

The beer is cold, even had ice in our 25 ounce mugs. Had onion ring appetizer off happy hour menu and just enough for the three of us. My husband and I split a sandwich which they served already split which was appreciated. Great philly

10 out of freaking 10. A hidden gem, FOR SURE. The burger sliders are top notch, the service is wonderful, the staff is super friendly and the drinks are perfect which is a rarity in Arizona. Will be going back at least 2-3 times a month

Very nice sports bar. I love the TVs at the table that you can control. Reasonable drink prices and great service. Nice big tables and a lot of room in the bar area.

We met friends here for lunch on our way home out of the state. It was definitely a laid-back place to hang out - great food/drink selection and every booth has a personal flat screen TV! Definitely stopping by again the next trip out!

For some reason I didnt go to this restaurant even though I have been out in Ahwatukee for years. My mistake! It is now at the top of my go-to lunch locations. Great bar, very good food and super patio. Honestly, I dont know how

Sat outside at the patio bar. Service was terrible. Took over 45 minutes to get the food order, and they were not that busy. The beer is pricier than other places. Probably won't be back, at least not to this location.

There for the Bengals/Titans game. Most TV's had the game on so no bad seats. Great beer selection. Served old in chilled glasses. Had the Chili which was very meaty and very good. Served with a warm tortilla. Solid.

Waited 30 mins for an order that the bartender forgot to put in the system so I left. Witnessed them forget another patrons order sitting a few chairs over too. Service used to be good. Not so much anymore.

Always a nice time at Phillies. Great daily specials with good food and a decent craft beer tap list. Nice patio just wish they didn't allow smoking on it. Overall a great sports bar with friendly service.

1st visit. Indoor/outdoor seating. Great lounge area for casual conversation as you catch a game. Wings were tasty. Place was busy but hey on a Fri @ happy hour?!? LOL staff was still efficient & friendly.

Decent beer list, nice patio, food is pretty good and the service has always been nice. It's not the best place ever but a good, close option if you want to hang out and have sports bar food/atmosphere.

Service was amazing, good beer selection, but the Philly was not good. Definitely better at the Philly's on Priest, that cheese steak was really good. This one was like something from Applebee's.

Phillys was where I chose to have my retirement party of about 40 people. They were very accommodating in having our spot reserved and Christy our server was patient, friendly and sweet.

Had a good day there watching the SB. The staff did an awesome job. The food was tasty. Had the Sliders. Met some fun people. And they kept the restrooms clean despite a packed house.

  • Joseph Raney

The service was amazing, the atmosphere was electric, and the food was amazing. Sports fans should definitely check it out!
