Very bad experience. I filled with Silver but got charged with Gold. So there is around 10 dollars surcharge. I normally pay 40 dollars to fill up my tank. I called them and they blaimed on the wind. They admitted that another person had similar issue and they found out that from the survillence camera. Even though they know there was a faulty pump, they are not willing to take any responsibility and insisted that they won't issue any refund. Their attitude annoyed me! It appears that they just want to make money and never thinking about what is good customer service. I will never recommend filling your gas with this station.

If coupons are produced or the purchase of buying gas from Pioneer ! How is the gas purchaser to know that the station won’t honour coupons for the purchase of their gas !!! Well , I’ll tell you it’ll be a very cold day in Hell before I consider coming back here to this location !!! And I will make sure people know about this and watch how much business you lose !!!!!!!! Corporate office has been notified of the scene !!!!

Journie membership always have a problem. Without the Journie membership using the CIBC credit card is useless. We don't get the discount that we need. I drive for a living gas discount is very important to me. And the printers on the gas pump always out of paper, no paper towel. I rather drive further to Markham road and Major MacKenzie Pioneer gas station to get gas instead.

The cashier here named mohit was very rude, i asked him is there any in water, he told me no, so i grabbed 2 nestle water, there were on offer at $3, when i asked him why u said no to me he told me that owner said, not to sell that water, because it’s on sale, never ever coming back to that store again( he also told me once i cant sell that).

Gas station is very excellent in prices for gas and the convenience store attached is very well stocked and got all the things customers need. Staff is very friendly to help and always welcoming. The Manager of the store is also very good in nature and whenever you have problem or something, always comes forward to help. Visit everyone!!!!

Went here today because I saw posted 145.6 on the gas as I drove by but the cashier was very rude to me when I was confirming the price vs the pump showing at 153.9. She said I’m only dealing with customers that paid already. This was my first time here and don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Cheap prices for gas and diesel.. becarefu!l at times pump nozzle handles seems to be stuck and endsup overflowing.. cashiers or owner doesnt seem to care. Compare to other pioneer gas stations this one is not cheap.. their pirce also same esso and petro canada

At night, worst service. Employees are rude, miserable and disrespectful, no matter how polite you try to act towards them. Also, gas is waaaay cheaper at the location near Markham rd and major Mac. 122.9 here and 110.6 at the markham/ major Mac location.

Very good staff. Need 2 employees at a time so staff can get a chance to take a break, breath, eat n go to washroom. Also it's too busy n most of the time its one man show unless time of shift change. Need to raise their salary as it's always very busy.

The staff is so rude, I live in Hamilton and was doing Uber, I came here for gas filling and need to use washroom but that guy didn’t allow me to use washroom, My home is more than 1 hour drive from here so where I can free my iron bladder?

Gas is a lot cheaper compared to neighbor gas stations. But literally noticed my car burned way more gas than i normally would when i fill up at esso or petro. Literally drove to Vaughn and back on my corolla and a 1/4 tank was gone.

Wish I could give less than 1,Horrible service, rude customer care, no greeting, even no redline of greeting by customer, throwing the money back. Pathetic, usually happens when I travel to east, attitudes

Please put a sign if Air Pump not working. Went inside for change and then found out. Guy behind me had even put loonie in. 1 extra start because it's only $1 for air so not ripping people off.

Gas prices cheaper than surrounding gas stations. Only eight pumps at this location and will need to wait sometimes. Attendant was helpful in finding a substitution for my journey reward.

Diesel refil meter still runs slow even they ran out of it, got charged for meter malfunction, dispicable service. All dealing ended in exchanges of middle fingers!!

Garbage bins are always full and pumps are turned off at 11:50 but sign says pre pay at 12am -5am.
