Their system was down and they only accepted cash. Also while there a customer ahead of me complained because he said that everytime he goes there the machine is down.. To which the female cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIM. IN ALL MY LIFE I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH RUDE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. That young lady literally shouted at and cussed the elderly man out. Her words exactly, "ARE YOU DEAF OR ARE YOU DUMB" and she shouted that to him. I was so angry that I just turned around and left before I intervened on that man's behalf. I wish to speak to a manager or owner of this gas station to formally report that cashier. THAT WAS VERY TRAUMATIZING FOR ME TO WATCH HAPPEN. At no time was that elderly man rude to her or raised his voice. Even in response to her cussing him out he continued to VERY CALMLY AND POLITELY SAY, "I am just asking, why are you being so mean". Please address this as it really made me never care to go to that location or any of your other locations because of this. I thank God it was not me she just snapped on because I would not have been able to handle it as MATURELY as that elderly man did. This incident happened around 5:50 - 6:10p.m.

Horrible experience here at this gas station. the women working at the front desk is not a good person. lies lies lies. i went to this store and waited to use the rest room. waited like 10 mins knowing there is someone using it. after 10 mins i kindly knocked on tbe door. 5 mins later she comes out. and saying out loud. were u the one that knocked on the door. claiming she was cleaning the washroom and using it also with a high tone voice and an attitude.then i said why isnt there a sign saying cleaning. she made every excuse saying that she was cleaning the dirty washroom. i said i do not believe you. bet you were on your phone. so when i entered the washroom. i took a picture and you can clearly see it wasnt cleaning it. tissue on floor and bowl was still dirty and sink was messy. horrible customer service and she is full of lies. hire someone that actually do their job and stop lying to customers!!! people should be better than this. if i could i would give 0 stars of out 5.

I must express my disappointment with this gas station. While the price may be enticingly discounted, my recent experience has left me utterly disillusioned. Upon refueling, I was startled to discover that the distance my vehicle could travel on a tank of gas was significantly shorter than usual. I always use pioneer stations for gas refueling & typically carries me 550 kilometers on a full tank. However, after refueling here (full tank), I found myself barely able to reach 508 kilometers with same car fuel efficiency. This discrepancy can only be attributed to one thing: fuel theft. It is clear that this gas station, in its quest to lure customers with lower prices, is surreptitiously siphoning off liters of fuel, shortchanging its patrons in the process. This underhanded tactic is a blatant betrayal of consumer trust, as they attract customers with enticing rates and then profit even more through this deplorable theft.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This was used to be a Shell station which was poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. They have always been the cheapest gas station in town. It’s now operated by Pioneer Gas Station. They have done a long way. It’s now we’ll lit and bright. Inside shop are all newly redone which is clean and organized. Gas price is definite incomparable. Do expect line up at this station as it is always tempting for all passers by drivers who would stop by to fill up the moment they see low low price. Diesel also available in this station. Hope this review helps.

Avoid the car wash here. The wax cycle never has any wax in it, and the water pressure kept dropping to next to nothing during my wash, to the point where I had to almost double the time/cost it usually would cost to spray my car down. Mentioned it to an emoyee while they were passing by and it was acting up. They looked at the timer to confirm I had paid, then said "it does that". I asked if there was anyway to remedy it, and got a no. I'll go elsewhere to wash my car from now on. Not worth paying double what it usually costs for a sub par experience.

This location has some of the best price gas in the whole GTA of this location has a lot of history they just finished revamping it turned it into a cool pioneer I commend them for the new retrofit of the gas station this place is a definite place to stop in Toronto for gas please don't sleep it always has the best prices and the whole GTA I have to say that twice for you guys don't forget that you know seven I always helping the people don't take my word for it if you're in that vicinity pass through this pioneer you definitely won't regret it

Been going here for yrs the gas price is always good but lately the customer service has gone down hill the employees have no customer service they are rude the way they speak to people then they start speaking in their own language and laughing that’s just very ignorant, another time the guy grabbed a ticket out of my hand you don’t do that it’s rude, if your going to have these people working here you need to teach them customer service, lost a long time customer lots of other gas stations around. ⛽️

New pumps with card scanners so no attendant interaction required. The gas cost is usually a few cents less than other stations and it is very easy to get reward points. The rewards, however, are comical (e.g. you get a bottle of pop that is supper small. Honestly, I did not even know that they made them that small. I'd estimate about 1/3 a pop can in size). Regardless, I don't go to Pioneer for the reward pop, but rather for the gas.

This Pioneer station was in Toronto on Dupont Street if I can remember and it is a very very busy station or gas station the employee was fast and deficient going from one cash to another to try to sort through the lineup the cars line up to get into it because the prices are actually cheaper than anywhere else in Toronto and the service is great they also have car wash and other auto related necessities.

Been going to station for years even before it became Pioneer. Am glad they fix the direction, one needs to drive in to pump gas. Always had great customer service very polite. Now for some reason they hired this girl, she is horrible, rude, always on the phone when customers are waiting to be served, likes to throw the recipe, never has a smile. She body language is clear she doesn't well come anyone.

Bad gasoline at Pioneer. We filled our car at Pioneer and within a few days our car was less efficient and literally doubled its gas consumption/mileage. After going for service and replacing a few things for $1,000s, nothing changed. After a week or so and a new tank fill, the car went back to its normal gas consumption. There must be a reason why gas is cheaper over there!

Second time I'm there, last time I noticed the illumination in the vacuum area was not that great, last night look so bright. The service (attendance) to pay for the gas professional with me and the another costumers. I'm coming back to use the full car wash cycles (soap, rinse, wax and vacuum) hoping to give I full review of my experience .

Very very Bad experience today. The manager wasn't Here by the end I lost money and time... Another thing about this gas Station, the gas is not the cheapest anymore for months now. For sure I won't come back to this gas station. No customer service just totally the opposite. It's hard to pay for nothing especially at that times.

Great place for gas. Becareful when you buy anything from the store. I bought coconut drink. the price on the shelf was 2.99. however the cashier charged 3.69. when it was brought to her attention, she checked it and found that they were wrong. Yet, both of the cashiers adamently said they were right to charge 3.69. No apology.

When I put gas in here, the condition of the car fell and Engine check light came out. Car didn't have much power, so I have to step on the accelerator extra. Later, I filled up with regular gasoline 87 at another gas station. The car will then power up and run smoothly !

Horrible customer handling, the attendant whose name was SAKSHAM is the worst. He was swearing and yelling at me and didn't allow me to use the wash room. I was a regular customer of that location pumping gas 3 or 4 times a week, i will never go to this station again.

Pump 5 petrol didn't auto stop, and the fuel overflowed all over the outside of my fuel tank compartment. Told the pump attendant, and he wasn't helpful at all. I had petrol splashed on my hand, shirt and on my jeans. When i drove off, my car smelled of petrol inside.

Gas station with competitive gas prices. Staff is very good. There is car coin wash available. Due to abovementioned plus points the only disadvantage is that this gas station is always busy. Sometimes we have to wait in the queue.

Well, among with the Pioneer at 3279 kingston rd. These 2 are always the lowest price in Toronto that ive seen, always around 5-10 cents cheaper,plus with 3 cents from CIBC with their Journie program, great saving

I always find this gas station offering the best gas prices in Toronto. Night-time prices are even lower. Apart from the gas, other services like car wash, convenience store, restrooms, etc. are well maintained.

I was here at 4pm today and I had a discount for gas with my JOURNIE points and the lady cashier didn’t apply the discount to my bill or give me my receipt! Now my fuel discount is not on my phone anymore.

Great price and Clean place...BUT the lining system to the pump is totally disagreed! drivers are not follow the proper way to wait for the pump. The store staffs should be organize that line.

I'm mainly writing this review to tell you that the pumps work on either side. Feel free to pull up to the next available one rather than waiting on Dupont and backing up traffic

Every time you visit they are constantly changing the esthetics of the place to maximize its full potential. Clean and safe, any hourof the day, all year long.
