Decent place to work if you’re single or married without children. If you’re a mother with children though, carefully consider the accomplishments you are looking to gain. I am aware of several women that are mothers with children still in the home. Despite how hard you are willing to work, despite the levels that you are willing to go to better yourself for the companies benefit. You will never go beyond the title of shift manager, you will never become the RGM or the Area Coach and god knows whatever position you will be overlooked merely because you’re a mother with children still residing underneath your roof. In my personal opinion, this is obviously a company that merely cares about their revenue streams with employees who are willing to sacrifice (personal life) every waking minute to provide the company the most profitable growth. Those with family providing solid work ethics, going above and beyond dividing their time between family, work, settling with simplicity’s of life, giving their all in hopes of positional growth within the company that merely prevents them from further growth when they reach a certain point. To me this is merely a company that values their financial growth and gains over valuable hard working employees that’s willing to get them there with time. In simplicity money and business growth at a fast rate outweigh the value of an employee by depreciating those who are willing to work hard providing a respectable customer service for the customers while keeping sight of growing with company and providing the company the business & financial growth that it desires.

Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut is very inconsistent. I thought that I would give Pizza Hut another chance after we moved and the one closest to us changed. The first 3 visits were perfect. They put a reasonable amount of cheese on the pizza... We actually stopped eating at our old Pizza Hut because there was so little cheese that you could see through it to the sauce and crust below... I was so happy to get cheese on my pizza again that I started picking up pizzas every Saturday. But then the cheese went away again. Maybe it's a corporate requirement that they reduce the amount of cheese for thier promotions. What's crazy is that the $7.99 large promo let's me get 3 pizzas for my family. On that same order, there is usually one with a reasonable amount of cheese and two with almost none... I've also wondered if the corporation had started requiring them to reduce the amount of cheese so you are forced to pay for extra cheese, which was the regular amount of cheese in the 90s, as this is an issue at any Pizza Hut location.

Wish I could rate 0 stars!!!! I paid for my food and tipped before their closing and the order was placed, then I call to confirm and Taylor tells me, “oh we close soon so I’m sorry you paid but we aren’t fulfilling the order because technically, it’ll be delivered after we close” I asked why did the system allow me to pay and submit an order.. his response, “I honestly don’t know”. I explained to him that I’m a flight attendant and depend on dominos and Pizza Hut for food when I get in from flying, the dominos near by already didn’t have an delivery drivers so I told Taylor they were my last hope and I didn’t have any other options for food. He told me “no” still. This is unacceptable. If the store is refusing to do deliveries that were placed BEFORE closing, the system shouldn’t allow customers to pay! Now I have to wait days for 2 refunds for issues that weren’t my fault! I am so disappointed and HUNGRY. What kind of Pizza Hut closes at 9pm anyway???

Absolutely horrible. Hilary the supervisor was not helpful and rude. Ordered $70 of pizza to Hilton Hotel and driver claimed he talked to the receptionist, meanwhile receptionist said no pizza guy was ever there. Furthermore, no attempt was made to call our phone number. The worst part is that we were sitting in the lobby the whole time and the driver NEVER showed up. Hilary put us on hold for 20 minutes at a time and claimed her driver was right and that we paid with cash, but we had given one of their female employees our credit card information to pay. Hilary was not helpful with reordering and told us it would take LONGER for the pizzas to get here. The customer service was nonexistent and completely shameful for the Pizza Hut brand. Hilary, who claimed she didn’t have a last name, should not be working in customer care.

Will never order from here again. Tried to do it online for the value lineup doesn't work, called the store and asked for a manager. The lady that answered said I am the manager, I asked if she could help me with the value line up for delivery she said online only. I said it's not working it says error I said can you ring it in, she said no I can't help you I can't see the value line up on my computer. Which if you're a manager you can see everything. What a joke. Everytime it hasn't worked online where I lived last they were super helpful and did it for me without a problem. Don't go to prairie view go to parkville they are way more helpful

We ordered in the middle of a Saturday night famished for some great pizza. Not only did they quote us a short 20 minutes, they were even earlier with about a 16 minute wait total from order to delivery. The way the pizza was cooked and the wings that came with it were absolutely fantastic. The 3 of us that ate it all commented on how delicious the pizza was and how fresh it was. The wings had great flavor and were still so hot, that we had to let them cool down before we ate them. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the crust was crunchy yet soft, and the wings were a great addition to the flavor. Thanks, Pizza Hut! You made our night!!

Ordered pizza over an hour ago. They delivered to wrong address. Basically the store called me a liar saying our food had been delivered. Checked my app and I had all the information correct. If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager was rude and I don't appreciate being called a liar. Customers are always right is definitely not their motto. Should have given me a refund and sent pizza too. Won't be ordering and I'm here from out of town every weekend ordering food for my stay.

I would never order from here again this delivery guy came with sauce all over his hands had bandage on fingers talking rude to customer. The pizza was in the trunk of his black ford focus. This is not acceptable. Then the delivery guy takes and puts it back in his trunk and drove off. Then the next guy brought out a empty pizza box. Ordered online for delivery when I usually do carryout. Tipped %20. Delivery driver didn't ring the door bell or knock. Just left my pizza and wings on the porch. Called to check on my order and no one at the store would answer. Needless to say my food was cold. Then I went to reheat my wings. Which I ordered medium Buffalo. Zero sauce. Called customer service and they tried to reorder my food. No give me a full refund. Never ever will I use this store.

My husband went to pick up our order. A whole $11.06 worth. An employee at the register took $13 from my husband and was told to keep the change. Someone else brought our pizza out and accused my husband of not paying because the other employee had left within the 5 mins they took to get our order ready. Super rude and unprofessional. Told my husband "well he left and I cant tell that you've paid or not" Just ridiculous customer service.

Ordered carry out. Picked up order, asked about dip for wings and was told it didn’t come with any. Didn’t say it was available to purchase just no. Then as I was leaving the store, an employee started chanting “no tip, no dip, no tip, no dip”. Called and was told a manager would be contacting me shortly. Still waiting for a phone call. Ridiculous customer service. Didn’t realize a tip was required for carry out....

Called to inquire about delivery to the hotel we're staying at. It's less than ten minutes away. When the polite worker told me she was going to ask the delivery driver if she'd still be delivering at 10 at night, I could hear the driver cussing me out and near screaming at her coworker that she planned on clocking out at 10:30 and no later. Don't deliver pizza if you don't want to be a delivery driver. ‍♀️

The manager, Cat, was so unbelievably friendly. She brought my pizza out to my car during the pandemic and didn't make me feel bad for asking. Was seemingly happy to do it. Most recently I went back, and being fully vaccinated I actually went in the store. The store was so clean unlike other places I've visited in the past. I'm impressed and will be going back to this location next time we want Pizza Hut.

Called a pick up order in for 1 pizza at 3:30 for a 5:00 pick up.Got To the hut at 4:58. It wasn't ready. I was told they would bring it out as soon as it was ready. I don't think they put the pizza in the oven until I was there for pick up. They brought it to the car at 5:22 it was good and hot. They said they were really busy. I gave them 2 hours to have it ready. The pizza itself was very good.

I'd love to show a picture of my pizza thin crust beef and straight burnt lol. Oh and my boneless wings I know they are processed meat but dammm!! At least gimme some chicken texture. And I didn't even get my sauce after I called and said I would wait another 30 min no problem just call the driver back. Geeeeze my hotel is right down the road a few Miles from the store.

I get there the pizzas are so hot fresh and great looking... Then omg i ordered one wrong eeww onions on a pepperoni. I told guy at register I order it incorrectly and he asked what it's suppose to be and without hesitation he yelled back to make the one I MEANT to order. Thank you so much. Went in to pick up my pickup order, there were five workers inside. The one at the cash register was wearing a mask properly, the other four workers in the kitchen either had it completely off or pulled down. Three male workers and one girl worker. I won’t be coming back here again and I filed a complaint to the health department.

Ordered a week or so ago and my order was wrong and what I got was cold I called and was told they would give me credit for a remake... I then ordered my remake yesterday and door dash brings my food.. why when I ordered through pizza hut??? And then demands cash I called the store and got blown off and never got my remake

We ordered just a triple treat box, in a motel for the night. The driver was fantastic even brought a bag with plates and napkins. I am 50 and have NEVER had anyone take the time to do something so small, but it made a huge difference for us. Neither of us caught her name. Pizza Hut earned 3 stars, she gets the other two.

I have ordered several times from this location. Every time my pizza is burnt on top, tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and the pizza boxes smell so strongly of cigarette smoke. The delivery drivers are rude. And it doesn’t matter what time you order you will always wait over an hour for pizza.

Having many issues lately with wrong and/or sloppy ingredients. Slightly over cooked, and poorly sliced pizzas. We had one last night that wasn't cut all the way through and the slices were all over the place. One huge slice next to a sliver. Going down hill. Just make sure your order is correct before accepting it.

Not pleased with having to now pay for traditional condiments ( Parmesan, Red pepper flakes, etc...) A large percentage of deliveries are to people traveling, now I have to try to find a place to pack shakers that I had to purchase instead of the packets that I really had to purchase before the "policy" change!

They don’t deliver in Ferrelview because someone got jumped or something from somebody in the trailer court and I live in a apartment complex. Because of somebody else’s stupidity they cut off delivering to everyone in Ferrelview. Why couldn’t you guys do what Dominos did and only deliver during the day?

It's not even worth 1 star! I called for delivery at 12pm, it's now 2:30 and they got my order Wrong twice!! And when I finally got the food I asked for, it was cold and had to be sent back!! Good bang for your buck. But when I went to pick up there were like 5 people in the back who clearly saw me but didnt acknowledge me. So I waited like 10 minutes till they decided to come to the front to see what I needed. A simply 'I'll be with you in a moment', would of been just fine.

This place was great! The people working here were fantastic and the service was pretty amazing. The food was hot and delicious. Pizza and wings are a great combination! Prices are fantastic, especially if you can catch one of there great deals! Definitely a recommended spot!

When healthy food just sounds unappetizing.....there's always Pizza Hut. The cheese won't judge you here. They are sometimes slower than the online ordering set up will tell you but otherwise this place is decent. Kinda hard to find your first time there.

I regularly order extra dipping sauce and I am always charged for it, but never get it. It might be just an extra dollar but by the time you pay for delivery and tip, it makes you NOT want to order again because it keeps happening.

I ordered the double pepperoni detroit pizza. If that was DOUBLE pepperoni, I would hate to see the regular pepperoni!! There were only 2 tiny pepperoni per piece of pizza. We were highly disappointed.
