I have bought parts from different companies for my bikes until I found Planet bmx. This is a company that carries top notch products. My products are shipped fast. And once they didn't have my product I was wanting and the customer service was professional and sufficient in helping me find what I needed. Planet BMX is the only way to go for bike parts in my book... I bought from a different well known bike parts company before and they said 4 days before I would receive my part. I was wanting for a large bike ride so was time important to me. Well part came the wrong part. I called the company numerous times to have them send me my correct and even went to the post office showing them I sent back the part with tracking number and they still didn't send my correct part . So it was a big hassle. Needless to say that company lost my business. Planet Bmx is out of this world... I am so happy to find this company...

A buddy referred me and I took him up on it since he much more knowledgeable about cycles than I . They offer a wide variety of rides and accessories, but my turn away is communication. I have contacted by phone and left a voice message with my information for callback and have sent multiple emails without follow-up. I ordered on Friday the 29th of March and received notice that they accepted my payment and my order is complete. In that regard I have been trying to contact this company for a tracking # as well as their price match policy which I was told “ We price match on items only from certain stores and only before the purchase“ no where in the warranty policy have I read that and I’ve ask him to clarify but have received no contact via email or phone since. We were really excited to be able to order a 2019 bike so easily and put the deposit down, but I have been disappointed by the lack of returned communication when I've called, emailed, and used the online contact form to try to switch to a different bike. Hopeful we aren't going to lose the deposit, which has been saved up from many allowances. Update, June 2, 2018: right after I posted my initial note I received follow up from Planet BMX saying they found my original message, not sure about the voicemails, and were able to make the adjustment. Apparently, there was another email address I was supposed to use. At any rate, things seem to be cleared up. And I’m grateful for the response.

I live in Canada. i bought a bike 6 months ago and never recieved it. They refused to give me a refund and now they are ignoring all my emails. I'm out 1200 dollars with nothing to show for it. Do not buy from these scam artists. They will take your money and refuse to help if anything goes wrong. There was never a delivery attempt. I was tracking it every day. It did not even make it to my town. I was not given 30 days. I had to try to go through Pay Pal because Planet bmx were not responding. I paid hundreds of dollars to have it delivered to my house in BC not across the country in Toronto. As the recipient you cannot get a refund from canada post. Be warned.

Just bought two Skyway bikes from Planet BMX. For one of them, I needed a matching front brake, which their site helpfully guided me to. I emailed after the purchase to request some help to purchase a matching cable, which I could not find (likely my IT skills or lack of). A super helpful chap called Richard emailed straight back to share that he would 'find some and pop it into the order at no charge'. Both helpful / kind and very much appreciated. Lots of businesses share how great they are, and some even prove how great they are! Thank you Planet BMX and I'm sure my son is going to love his Skyway that the old man had when he was age 11!

First off i wanna say thank you all for being so awesome The staff at planet bmx is amazing very cool dudes with anything and EVERYTHING you could want they went miles above and beyond while helping me with my order and even got to meet with the staff locally and shake there hands The prices can't be beat and the selection is vast if you need parts whole bikes or just want to shop i highly recommend you check out there website or there local Jacksonville shop called planet bikes If you have questions about something on the website give em a call they will help you they are patient and knowledgeable and want to help you get what you want

Great website, good selection, AMAZING prices, and really friendly staff will keep me shopping at Planet BMX. I made two orders online , one of them was a flash sale purchase with a price that was insanely low, and I got to pick both of them up saving a fortune in shipping. The customer service was great, replying to all my nonsensical questions from someone who hasn't had a BMX bike in 40 years. They showed me some amazing vintage items related to my new bike that I was really stoked to see too. Just a great experience, I will definitely be a regular customer..

WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you want BMX parts, Planet BMX is sure to have it. Where they do seem to lack the most is professionalism and punctuality. IF you can get them to work with you, your lucky. If you decide to try and deal with Planet BMX, ask for anyone else other than Ed or Adam. If you have to choose between the two, the lesser of the two UNPROFESSIONAL individual's would have to be Adam. Do understand that the you can find the same parts for the same or better prices by searching the internet. Good luck!

Awesome I purchased my bike from here and it had a ripped inner tube and arrived right away.great costumer service. And has all the items and parts for the bmx enthusiast . I also purchased bars,tires etc and they also have a huge selection of items . the person who helped me was very nice and found everything I needed. So I definatly <-- bad spelling. Recommend purchasing from here or if you live close going there so if you need any bmx parts,bikes anything bmx related buy it from here

Planet BMX and the staff there is the best I have come in contact with pretty much in any form of business I have experienced. I am local to them and from the time I walked in everyone there has been helpful, courteous, and so knowledgeable of what I was looking for even though I didn't even know what I truly needed. They took the time to explain vital sizing of parts and had the patience to go into why. Best purchase small or big you can buy is with Planet BMX...

Great purchasing experience here. Unlike a few other bike stores that perceive to have a large presence online, Planet's inventory is real time and their shipping estimates are on point. I was looking for a relatively rare bike, even with delays during COVID19 everything they promised met expectations. Check their specials because they are always adding to that tab, and you can usually find some really killer deals. Excellent customer service. Also, Ed and staff are all riders too, so they get it. I have always really liked Planet Bmx but please do not be in the state of mind that once a bike goes out your door that you wash your hands of it. The shipping Co YOU choose to use is your responsibility. I am improving my rating again in hope that you will fix the shipping problem please. And I don't need my tracking info put out for the public to see. That's just not smart business.

I received my new very anticipated Skyway TA 24 frame set, and the forks had a blemish with poor decal placement. Brian and his team at Planet BMX stepped up, sent me a new set of forks with decals to fix the problem. The service and quality has been professional and top notch. I could not be happier. Prices are fair. My only grind is that shipping in Florida says 1 day shipping and my order was put in on June 28th and its now the 2nd of July, not scheduled for delivery until the 5th of July. That is not cool at all. This would have been easily 5 stars but because of the shipping being misleading I give 2 stars.

These guys are on point. I just started ordering from them at the beginning of the year and they are prompt with sending emails on the orders and tracking information. Love this company!!!! My items are always packaged well and they are always willing to help answer my questions. I once even temporarily lost a bicycle (on a plane transfer) while on a trip to Florida, and they let me temporarily borrow one. They are the greatest!!!!!!!!

I'm typically satisfied with services; however, I stopped by today to get some chain tensioners put on, the employee was short and rude and said you can come back Sat, its a 5 minute job!! This is for the Neptune Beach store not their distribution center.

Good inventory, good price in the parts and have most of the parts that one looks for, I do not like the delivery service since it is by UPS, horrible!!!, many times do not answer the mails, fix those issues and they will be the best ..
