After receiving an extremely high water bill, I realised we had issues somewhere with our plumbing. Confirmed via our meter. Jumped on Google Maps and quickly found Ryan and the team from PlumVac in the area. Dropped him a WhatsApp and received a reply 1 minute later! Onsite next day, earlier than expected! Found a burst pipe in no time at all and scheduled to get it repaired. Had their team out bright an early to get it sorted whom did a fantastic job. Communication was great from start to finish, report was clear and concise, quality of the work was excellent. I can hardly see where they lifted the pavers and everything is fixed and back exactly as it was before. Couldn't be happier with the service from the PlumVac team and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Thami and Paul did a great job for us cleaning a blocked drain. They were friendly and there for the arranged time, They identified the problem with an inline camera, They cleared the blockage with modern equipment without a fuss, including root ingress, They gave me their time to properly understand our drainage system with advice on how to prevent the same happening in future. We have not experienced this level of service by other plummers and the pricing was also reasonable. I would recommend their professional services.

I am really happy and impressed with the service that PlumbVac has rendered.The first time they were called out to my house for a blocked gully and they did not succeed I was told that there was no charge that was so nice of them but when they returned a few weeks after with a bigger and better machine it took them 45 min to unblock a gully that had lots of concrete in it,I am so happy it's clear now and was done by professional people with no fuss at all.Thank you Angie and the Team. I was so impressed with the speed of the service and the lovely attitude of the lady who answered the after hours call on Saturday afternoon. After I called the property management company and got the answering machine message with the number, I didn't hold much hope based on previous experiences with other plumbers. My 93 year old dad had a blocked drain and the washing machine had overflowed. They were there in about 20 minutes and were very professional and clean. Highly recommend.

Ryan and his team are really neat, they arrived on time, sent me photos of what needed doing with a quotation, they did the work there and then, I was worried about mess etc. when I got home all had been cleaned up and I no longer have drain and sewer issues, they sent me photos of the roots and blockages they cleared.
