After consulting with a few plumbers, I had the pleasure of dealing with Darren and his crew to resolve the situation. These fellas were not only prompt and quick to investigate the issue, they understood exactly what had happened and provided me solid options before any work was completed. While the unit needed to be replaced, they weren’t pushy and gave me a competitive quote for the replacement. The work was completed within a 2 hours and I barely had any interruption to my water. Darren and his team did a great job, were professional and timely in completing the replacement. Certainly recommend them

This company came for extremely basic job of replacing a water filter that was leaking. Came late. They left with it still leaking. They also took our existing filter AND cartridge. Installed the replacement filter without a cartridge (how is it possible you install a filter that is just an empty plastic container??). WHOLE job needed to be completed by another plumber with NEW filter AND cartridge as they took original equipment. So - after would not return our cartridge even though asked repeatedly. Did not return calls either before job or after job finished. Completely unsatsified. One star too high. Avoid...

We recently contacted Plumbing Bros to repair a leaking bathroom pipe and underperforming hot water system. It was quick and easy to book via Google for a next day visit. The two young gentleman who showed up were very courteous and professional. They inspected both areas and talked us through issues and pricing before any work was done. The overall cost was very reasonable for replacements, repairs and time spent. We've got several other larger issues that need addressing at the property and I'll definitely be contacting Plumbing Bros first as I was very happy with their work.

We recently had major issues with the pipes/drainage being blocked up which was an absolute nightmare! We were fortunate enough to have PLUMBING BROS to come out .(we're in Werribee) Fabian and his crew were fantastic and I can't praise them highly enough! It was a pretty big job but they were amazing. Totally professional, polite, definitely taking pride in their work it most certainly took some of our stress away. Had leaks in two bathrooms fixed and a mixer installed in the kitchen. Appreciate the quick emails with quote and prompt professional service. I had questions about future planned renovations answered at the same time which was very helpful and much appreciated. The first time I had Plumbing Bros around was to do some cistern replacement, tap washers and general maintenance. The second time I rang them in a panic with a busted pipe! They came really quickly & sorted it out. I am more than happy to recommend Plumbing Bros to familes and friends!
