My geysers inlet pipe decided to leak on a Sunday afternoon. Peter and his team came through and sorted it out very quickly. Communication was direct and efficient. They fixed my leak in around 15 minutes(cutting the broken copper pipe out and replacing it). They noticed my bath tap doesn't work, asked if they can take a look. They didn't have the part to fix it(we didn't know or tell him the tap was broken) and said they can come past when in the area and sort it out as it is a quick job. They cleaned up the area they were working in when the job was complete. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received. The bill was very fair (they are the only plumbers who don't charge double on a Sunday), I will definitely use their services again. Keep it up guys

After weeks of battling with Builders wh, they installed our washing machine in the utmost professional manner and the team were absolute gentlemen and the lady in the office is highly professional and efficient. Excellent service from these guys. Got a recommendation from a trusted friend and I thought I could try them out and yes, they solved my problem. Peter and Andrew came all the way to plumstead in the middle of the night in a short space of time, to sort out my blocked drain which was causing a strong stench all over the place. I've contacted and scheduled an appointment with them twice. On both occasions they didn't inform me that they're running late but showed up well over an hour after our first scheduled appointment. They never showed up for our second scheduled appointment and didn't bother to inform me either. I still haven't heard from them and will be taking my business elsewhere.
