If I go to a restaurant and order a steak, I would expect to get a steak. If they bring me chicken, regardless of how good it may taste, it was not what I ordered and shouldn't be expected to pay for it. I ordered a very nice bouquet from point loma village florist. They sent a nice bouquet but it did not have the main flowers that were advertised. Instead they sent something different without checking with me first to see if I still wanted to place the order. After delivery I found out they sent something other than what was ordered. When I called the florist, the owner's solution was to give me $13 back on an $90 purchase or they would go and take the flowers back from my girlfriend and give a full refund. They honestly thought that was an acceptable solution...to take back the flowers that had already been delivered. The solution offered by the owner was insulating. They have nice flowers if you're ok with getting whatever they want to send you, regardless of what you ordered but I'll never do business with them again.

Ive used this company for the last couple of years to deliver flowers to my wife and even do they are not cheap I never mind the price since they used to provide good service. One year the delivery man even had a hat and greeted my wife making her feel happy to receive the flowers. However this week I sent out an $80 arrangement and they wrote the address wrong so they call my wife and started throwing f bombs when they realized they made a mistake. She was not happy at all with the delivery service and if shes not happy im not happy because my gift looses value that way, next time I need flowers I may need to look somewhere else and start over.

Beautiful flowers and personal customer service! I planned my wedding from across the country and I chose Point Loma Village Florist solely on Sophie’s communication over email and phone. Without any in-person consultation, I was able to discuss the bouquet, boutonniere and cake topper I wanted for my small wedding. Sophie was so kind and knowledgeable through the planning stages and was always very responsive. When my wedding day came, I was ecstatic to see my arrangements had come out beautifully and exceeded my expectations! Amazing florist!

Came by looking for prearranged flowers, but they did not have any. Lots of loose gorgeous flowers! The woman working said she could assemble something for me quickly for the 50th anniversary I was heading to. What an angel! The bouquet wrapped in butcher paper and tissue was so gorgeous! She was so patient too with my crazy toddler running everywhere. I love supporting local and will for sure return!

I ordered the Sentiment bouquet online and upgraded it to premium for my child's teacher from the class. The florist called me within minutes of receiving the order because I had requested somewhat of a customization to the flowers. She discussed the request and assured me she could meet all of my requests. The flowers were delivered when promised and were beautiful! Great quality and service.

I don’t live in the area, but wanted to use a local florist to send flowers to a friend. Great communication from Point Loma Village Florist about the delivery (sent me a pic of it on her doorstep, I could see her house number so I knew it was her place, I cropped the photo to exclude the number but you can see the flowers). Also my friend said the arrangement was beautiful.
