Vagrant and litter in some areas is a concern too. Other council services like rubbish, street cleaning and infrastructure maintenance are mostly fine.
WELL MAINTAINED BUILDING Port Melbourne Town Hall lost its status as council headquarters when Port Melbourne was merged with nearby councils. It is still used for municipal purposes... currently a major covid vaccination centre.
Public library with free wi-fi service located inside this attractive looking historic building. Local council services can be accessed via information/help desk in foyer. Clean public restrooms also available on ground floor.
