First time I was told that EU drivers license is not an identity proving document and was thus denied collecting my package (government.nl website states otherwise). next time before being so arrogant to customers who bike 30mins just to be denied their parcel due to rules you personally came up with, make sure that you are at least right. luckily I mistook the post nl point so I did not have to come back here. would avoid this shop if possible - their neighbours (post nl point at the shoe repair place) were much nicer and with smiles on their faces :) and if you must come here - take your passport

Tried to send payroll by express mail . The man running the place acted as if it was a problem I was American. Told me 3 days . He didn't send express and sent standard mail . Has been over 8 days and still not showed up . This guy acted like a real dick . I don't know why he is allowed to be a postal service if such an inconvenience to him and such a dick . Thanks for nothing . I will resend my guys payroll . I would go elsewhere so u know . Might explain why he has but mine and one review . Beware
