Myself and 5 friends had one of the most pleasant experiences with Premium Lock Service. By the time we made a call to Mac, we had already spoken to a handful of locksmiths who were unable to assist. We even had someone (another business) respond to the call, but left quickly after realizing he couldn't help us. Mac was quick to answer the phone, despite our request coming at an early hour in the day. From the moment he answered the phone we knew he was going to turn the unpleasant experience of losing a key, into a better situation. He was optimistic, resourceful, patient and very kind-all the ideal traits of a small business owner. We could not have asked for better service. I will be keeping his business card in my wallet. They found what was wrong and went above and beyond to help replace the front door lock and latch. They then made sure everything was in working order. I saw some reviews about they providing rude service on the phone, and I just came cross the same thing. I called to ask if they could make a new key because we lost our key. The connection was unstabe and there are many cut offs , when I asked if the price is firm the guy just hang up on me immediately, with no answer or anyinthing. Very bad experience.

I had the best experience this evening! Locked myself out of my house, called a couple of companies who also claimed to be open 24/7 but was not able to get a locksmith.
